From day one, Autocrafters did an amazing job keeping in touch, making sure all of my questions and concerns were taken care of, and when the time came to pick my car up, it looked AMAZING! Accidents are stressful enough but Greg and Cat did an awesome job getting everything rolling, did quality work and had it done fast! I can't recommend them enough! Thank you guys for getting me back on the road!

Excellent service, fantastic staff, great workmanship! I won t take my vehicles anywhere else. They do great work, in a timely manner (as timely as possible with strikes and parts.) If you re using insurance they make it a very simple stress free process. I highly recommend them for body work.

Jeff, Greg, Cat and their team are amazing!!! This will be my place to go to from now on. It was worth the 30 min drive and getting a few quotes. I am new to the area so I did some searching on Google maps, and found them. It is a family shop and you can tell by the moment you call and walk in the welcoming environment with outstanding customer service thanks to Cat and Jeff. I went to 3 other places and Auto Crafters gave me the best, most thorough and reasonable quote. One place quoted me almost 5 times more because they didn t take the time to look well what had happened to my side bumper. Jeff, on the other hand, took the time to look at my car closely, explained what happened with my side bumper, and what it would take to repair it. As a young single female, I never felt taken advantage of, or treated differently because I am learning about my car. In fact, it was all the opposite and I am so grateful God led me here. Thankfully, my repair was a simple one and my car was done the same day, but I have confidence they would have done a great job had it been something larger. 100% recommend them!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Went to Auto Crafters for my daughters car door was bent a little.and the runner was lose. They were able to repair it quickly and very professional! I am very happy with their work. Our Honda CR-Vbroke down and was towed here. They looked at it for us and explained that the repairs would be more than the cars value. They helped us find a parts buyer and handled everything since we lived an hour and a half away. Honestly ! These people went above and beyond and never charged us a penny! It sure is nice to know that there are still good people and good businesses out there. I highly recommend this place.

Great results. Took longer than expected but was due to COVID making parts unavailable. Yes, I checked and the parts really weren't available. End results was a car that looked just like before, a good thing. I called with questions about something related but not that they worked on and they were very helpful. Recommend

I've been turning to Auto Crafters Collision for more than two decades, starting with my first Pontiac. They've never let me down. I think it speaks volumes about the quality of their work, considering they've been a part of the Oxford community for such a long time. Thank you again for such nice job. It is appreciated.

I wish I could adequately express how impressed I am by this ppace of business. Greg was awesome in working with our insurance. They are extremely easy to work with...quality work...and quick turn around. This has been my 3rd experience and they do not disappoint. Highly recommend.

I have been taking my cars to Jeff and Greg for 20 years. Not only are they very good at body restoration and paint but there prices are very good as well. They recently repainted the front of my Lincoln MKC because of stone chips and they matched the existing paint perfectlyService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Auto Crafters Collision does A-M-A-Z-I-N-G work! They're really great with working with customers needs, have competitive prices, and VERY friendly and approachable staff. They respect/value their customers time and are flexible with scheduling. They also follow up with customers through the whole process and makes sure you're taken care of HONESTLY! Best auto body shop in town! Highly recommended.

Always take my car here and have for years. Even after I moved up north I trust them to do a perfect job and drive Back downstate to make sure It s done right. They are pretty damn amazing and they provide a wonderful customer service. They are definitely good at everything they do.

Typical auto mechanics. Give a price, have you wait 3 weeks to bring it in, then they won't honor their estimate and want more money .....buyer beware. Don't waste 3 weeks of your time to get yanked around by dishonest people
