Bought a car with license plate holes drilled and a scuff on the front bumper. Took it to 4M to smooth and repaint it. Looks great, and they only needed the car from Mon-Fri. Mitch and Nicole were very friendly! Would happily bring my car back here.

I can't say if they do good work or not. Dropped my car off Monday at 3 no word from them .. I finally call to check on progress Thursday 6 times... with the lady answering all my ?? With I don't know.??I say I want to pick up my car ( we only have one car) who knows when the parts will be in? I picked it up Friday morning only to get home and find the lower shield was not bolted back on so it dragged all the way home! It's all cracked up so now I have to buy another part thanks to 4M. They tried to blame me for it. They sent someone to bolt back on but only after I got nasty. This is the most rinky dink business! They have zero and I mean zero customer service I will never ever take my car to these people and I will never recommend them to anyone even my enemy Good luck with your business! no common sense no common curiosity

4M had our vehicle for over a month. In that time they- tried to tell me that the insurance company kept sending them substandard used parts for use in the repair, which really doesn't make sense when the insurance company paid the requested amount for parts and labor in their estimate.- regularly claimed the vehicle would be ready "Thursday or Friday" to later claim parts issues delayed it to the next week.- returned the vehicle with 200+ more miles on the odometer than dropped off with but it still says 400mi less than what they claim was on the odometer when we dropped it off.There are entirely too many red flags for this shop to be considered a good place for your business. Steer clear and don't let them at your vehicle.

Please don t ever go here! They do not communicate and you ll probably never get your car back.On November 13th I took my car to 4M Collision because I was referred by Summit Place Kia. My car was evaluated and I was told it would take 10 business days to fix up the damage. They said I could bring it in on November 6th and they would start working on it. I called in the morning on November 6th to make sure I was all set to bring it in. Really good thing I called to check because Tammy informed me they did not have my parts there yet or even ordered! She said I could bring it in a week later on November 13th. I called that morning and was told I was all set to drop it off. When I dropped it off I was once again told it s 10 business days of work.They claim they are open on Saturdays but know that doesn t mean they are working on anything on Saturdays. Tammy confirmed that they do not. Because my parts weren t ordered in time my car got pushed back to the week of Thanksgiving. Tammy assured me my car would possibly be done November 28th but definitely by the 29th. I called November 21st multiple times to get a progress update since I hadn t heard absolutely anything from anyone, and no one answered. I called again multiple times on November 24th and no one answered.��I called on the 28th and it took multiple calls to get through. I asked Tammy if my car was going to be ready since it was the day she told me. She said they were pulling my car down that day (November 28th) for it to be painted. She said it now would for sure be ready Thursday (November 30th). I was frustrated but understood. I called Thursday to see what time I could pick it up and Tammy said it will be ready the next day (December 1st) and gave no more additional information. I called first thing in the morning on Friday December 1st to make sure my car was able to be picked up. I was told that my car was just now in line to be painted! Even though she assured me it was being painted 3 days prior!! I asked if it would be done by the end of the day and Tammy said yes. I called around 2pm that day to confirm it was being painted and she said they still have to paint it and it will for sure be ready Monday. So I called Monday morning and was told it was now being painted. This time I spoke to Bryan. He was the first person to actually tell me what stage my car was actually in and was realistic that it likely wouldn t be able to be picked up today, but he said he would call around closing time (He did not). Apparently the rain the past few days meant they had to put cars in the lot without doors etc. in the garage, which meant my car wasn t getting worked on at all.I finally got my car on December 5th, 22 days after I dropped it off. I am so frustrated with this place. No one communicated with me whatsoever. I had to call and beg for answers. They made it clear that I wasn t a priority and neither was my car. My car had very minimal damage and should not have taken so long to get back.

If you need any collision work done then 4M is the place to go. Mitch and his crew fixed my truck after a deer hit and it is perfect and didn't take very long. Those guys are great!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Let s talk about 4M Collision.. I got my license March 1st. New tires. Oil. Alignment. Got hit by a box truck June 11th and my drivers door and front panel needed to be replaced. They had my car till August 17th. I drove my car from the collision shop to my mechanic (11 miles) he instantly asked who s been doing burn outs in my car. My brand new front tires are balled. My receipt says they had my car for 11 DAYS. MY brand new tires are balled after they had my car for 3 months. (I would not mind them having it for so long as tho they would tell me on Wednesday oh sorry this Friday for months.) I need help on what I should do on this situation as I don t know how to prove they switched my tires or drove them down or whatever they did. I put so much time and money into this car and this collision shop caused me so many problems I don t know what I m supposed to do. I m a young female and they took such advantage.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Well they will tell you that your car will be ready and then tell you another day and then that day comes and your car STILL WON'T BE READY. So 2 weeks turns into 3 then 4.... **** Beware*** Check yelp reviews. Run from this place. They had my car for insurance work for 5 months, they kept returning it with the same issues it was towed there for. They took 9k from my insurance, an extra 2500 to repair the stalling, and returned my car unfinished, still stalling, and 20 miles down the road the check engine light returned. The backup camera was not connected, and now pieces of trim are popping off. Had to take it to another shop to have the work completed, and he is currently under investigation. I d give zero stars if I could.

4M went above and beyond my expectations. I had some minor cosmetic damage on the front of my SUV and had to work with my insurance. I was very impatient to get my car back, calling daily to ask when it would be completed. They worked with me politely and efficiently and also took car of all the insurance claims in order to get my car back within a timely manner, washed and interior detailed as well. My car was involved in a crunch, went in to get an estimate, great running office with a beautiful receptionist. They quoted me three different times at my request. They helped me to get a car rental. And they did a fantastic job on my tailgate!

HORRIBLE! Called 4 times, emailed twice NO RESPONSE! I spoke with both Courtney and Mitch. The office itself looks like they can pick up and move at any time...and to think this place came highly recommended by SUMMIT PLACE KIA in AUBURN HILLS! Shame on you SUMMIT KIA! As far as 4M Collision, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place!

I have a 2020 KIA Sportage that had a right rear panel damage. The work was top notch and done in less than a week. Received the car with the exterior and interior cleaned and polished. I definitely will recommend this repair shop to all I knowService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

We took my wife's 2019 Ford Explorer in for a repair after a tree limb fell on it. Mitch let us drop it off after hours and took care of everything, including dealing with Insurance Adjuster who was a total pain my rear. He knew we were headed out of town and need the vehicle, so he stayed a little late and got it done a day ahead of us leaving. Her car looks great and we would suggest 4M collision to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Be carefull with this collission shop. I sent my kia to them because SUMMIT PLACE KIA Auburn hills told me that they do the repairs for them. And it's been two months since I sent my SUV and till today they havent finished it. They offered to pay a rental car, and now they don't want to refund me for what I paid for it. The owner was very disrespetfull with me! THIS TYPE OF BUSSINES ARE NOT RELIABLE! PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR VEHICLES HERE!

Quick and reasonable. Brought in my car to fix a dent that had the paint scraped off, they had it done in 1 day. Everything looked great when they were done, would highly recommend.

All around excellence: quality, customer service, attention to detail. There was one nagging problem as they finished repairing my Yukon XL. The 4M team stayed on top of it until it was resolved. They even delivered the car to my home!

My friend took her car here after an accident. While the car was in their care, we watched on her tracking device as a member of the staff drove her car to their home and a retail store. She called them about it and they denied it. We even noticed how her mileage was off. It was highly irresponsible and unprofessional.

Mitch was extremely helpful every step of the way. He went out of his way to help with every detail of the process and he knows what it takes to provide great customer service. I definitely recommend him and his team if you are looking for the best of the best service.

I had the worst experience with this collision shop. The owner Mitch returned my car with my passenger side door not working and claims the parts where not in the door. I bought my cadillac from a certified dealer. He was the only one who took my door apart so where's my part??? Im stuck with my door broke. He has no compassion and after explaining that I've just had breast cancer surgry and can't be climbing over the consul to get in my car and how angry I was about the terrible job he done and what a scam artist he is he had the nerve to try to stick me with the "free loaner" rental fee. This guy's should be out of business before anyone else gets taken. I'll be filling a complaint with my insurance company as well.

The Team at 4m Collision was GREAT!!!! I met with the owner, tech and office staff. Everyone was great and helpful. The car came out looking great, you can not even tell it was hit.Thank you for everything
