I got into an accident last week and when I called the body shop here, they gave me the best customer service! When other body shops were very rude and treated me like an inconvenience, this one did not. They were so kind when I called so I decided to take my vehicle there to get the work done and the in person customer service was just as great! I didn t have to wait long at all and they made me feel like they actually cared. They fully explained things and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Young s Body Shop!

(Update October 6, now I m stuck with a leaking windshield and door seals and damaged caused by dealership and gm not making dealership fix and pay for the parts they damaged. All because I had a dash camera installed in my truck and complained about them leaving truck out in rain leaking inside truck.)As a UAW/GM worker I wouldn t recommend this place to work on new vehicles. Their actions have made me decided myself and my family will never buy or have any Young dealerships or serviced centers have my business again. And I will let everyone I know and work with know too. I will update more when the final give my brand new truck back. Truck has been sitting outside with a known windshield leak. Had to take back truck so they couldn t do more damage to it. Almost a month and nothing fix but small paint defect which in turn they did more damage to it.

I ve tried Young s service center a handful of times over 6 years. Every time is the same lies and no response to updates.The most recent time I had a check engine light that was for an exhaust camshaft sensor.I brought it in on Monday the 10th of 2023. He said that it would be there all day but he would give me a call on Tuesday morning for an update. I never got a call.So I drove there to see what the update was. (Drove because we were looking at a used vehicle in town) I talked to Jacob who informed me that they hadn t even looked at it and they probably weren t going to be able to look and get me an update until Wednesday.I m fine with waiting but the problem I have is that no one called to give me an update or tell me what the actual timeline was. Don should have given me the truth on the timeline up front or given me a call just to let me know. Then they would have a 5 star review. However zero communication, zero honesty and no accountability.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I like the look of the building. The building is clean, and they have nice restrooms and a nice waiting area. Sometimes, it seems to take a long time to get my services done. The ladies at the checkout counter were very pleasant. I never talked to my actual service person. They were too busy.

I dealt with an engine issue while visiting Owosso and I wasn't going to have it towed 50 miles home. They were able to fix the problem within a week.However, they stated I had an oil pan gasket leak and coolant leak. I never saw any spots under my car, so I was skeptical. When I got my car back, I took it to my trusted mechanic. There was no oil pan gasket leak. Youngs wanted to charge me $440 for a problem that didn't even exist!! There was a small coolant leak, as stated, but they wanted $1,200!! My mechanic is charging less than half of that.I know other people who go here and they have stated they aren't trustworthy. This is the first time this dealership has worked on my car and based on what happened to me, I would not recommend them.

Biggest concern was why it took an hour and 45 minutes to change my oil WITH an appointment. Also the cost has gone up so much. I could have gone elsewhere for a few dollars less and it would have taken 15 minutes without an appointment.

First oil change, the technician never drained the oil and put new oil in. Ran terrible when picked up and dropped it back off minutes later. Second oil change was $70 including tire rotation, and the technician didn't reset the system to recognize the tire rotation so the tire pressure sensors went on. $70 for an oil change and each time the service techs weren't paying attention. At least with the 20 minute places you can watch the techs and correct them for half the price. Definitely not going back. They don't obviously don't care.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Service is very slow and takes over an hour for an oil change and 4 tire rotation. At our old dealership if it took over an hour the service was free. Of course if there was a problem we understood . With all the bays Youngs have maybe they are scheduling too close together.

Always great service! It is bot the quickest for oil changes, but I can trust they are taking good car of my vehicle. They are not pushy on selling me things that I don't need like most places I have been to.

Got an oil change. Waited in there waiting room, (1hr), very clean, very nice. I'm happy with the oil change. They washed my car too, which was very nice.

Friendly staff. Brought my car here for a check engine light. They had to keep for a day but they provided me with a rental car at no charge. They also had an estimate done on some minor damage I had all while fixing my check engine light, that ended up being nothing. I'll go back here, oh yeah, and a free car wash.

Extremely slow service. Waited an hour and a half for a simple oil change. This was with an appointment!! Also extremely overpriced. $60 for an oil change? Good thing I had a coupon.
