I was having an issue with my odometer not showing on the dashboard. The techs were able to fix the issue as warranty work. They made the repair process easy and worked with me to avoid a long wait.

Needed service without an appointment, was very willing to get my needs taken care of and were able to give me a ride to work and then deliver my vehicle when it was done. Was completed sooner than expected. Great Service !

As has always been the case with the team at Young, we had not just a great experience, but an outstanding experience. Specifically, Mr. Jared West went well above and beyond to get us into the desired vehicle and in a manner crucial to our timeline. It is people like Jared in New Car Sales and Michelle in Accounting and even the personal touches shown by Tony Young himself that keep us buying vehicles from Young for nearly 30 years now. Note that we are in Ohio and are nearly 2 hours from the Young Dealerships and have GMC Dealerships much closer and available to us, but it is the Young Experience that you just cannot get anywhere else.

Purchased a 2024 Sierra and was lied to initially about the details of coverage. After 3 weeks of owning the truck, I was told that I had to pay $25/mo to continue to use all of the features. Then customer service told me, "you can afford it since you just bought a new truck" and pawned me off on OnStar.Have had nothing but issues with this vehicle. Have a Kia and a Ford at home and they both are much better than GMC.Highly disappointed with both the truck (at least 4 issues in 6 mo with less than 10k miles on it) and also the service that i have received.

I went to Flint Shea Buick GMC and Al Serra Cadillac Buick to trade in my 2024 Cadillac XT6 Premium Luxury AWD for a new 2024 Buick Enclave Avenir AWD, but they could not help me excuse after excuse.Then, I contacted Young Cadillac Buick in Owosso, and they helped me. Their " can-do" attitude was renowned. Amanda Berndt and Ron Tyner were the best sales reps I have ever dealt with. They went above and beyond. Not only did they earn my business, but they will get it in the future. The Young dealership owners' sales process was flawless. They should give both employees a 25% salary increase for a well-done job.Lastly, Dillion and Camden should also be rewarded and recognized for their quality work. I thought it was ridiculous that I schedule an appointment for 1:00p.m on Thursday 3-7-2024, I arrived at 1:00pm for an oil change for my 2020 Yukon XL Denali and was there for over 2 hours.

On the date of purchase we were told that we would get 3 years of on star with the vehicle. On delivery date when the delivery person and I tried to enunciated the On star we were told that it was a 3 month trial plan. No one called to explain anything different than what we were told on purchase date. When I call salesperson I was told they made a mistake and 3 year on star was just for remote unlock of car. Asked salesperson to make this RIGHT for three times repeat customer, but nothing as of this survey. Very disappointed with this aspect of sale.

Sold me a p.o.s volkswagen tiguan. Put pver 700 dollars into it in parts before my first car payment. PCV was not working causing check engine as soon as i get home with the car,called them and they told me they dont work on Volkswagens. Coolant leaks from water pump and multiple hoses. Car has no heat on the passanger side due to ruined heater core. Oil leaks from the oil pan and oil cap ontop of the engine. ALL this after i was assured the car went through their "service". Looking into returning it and have the bank deal with them. Wont ever go back here for a car again.

Brought my 3500 Denali in for service. Don was great. While I was there my mother was in the market for a new SUV. Nick hooked her up. She was ready to go before my truck was ready. Met warmly by Preston, TJ and other service member. Preston saw my tire issue and offered a solution. I was offered a loaner as it would take several hours for a replacement. I was notified when everything was ready including a car wash . Thank you.

I came in for a routine oil change as well as having them look at a window button that didn t work and my car was shaking. They were able to determine the cause of the shaking and fixed the problem. Two things I was not impressed with we re 1. I did not ask to have my tires rotated, however they did it and I was required to pay for it. 2. I had to take my vehicle back two days later because it was smoking from my exhaust every time I turned it on. They admitted to over filling my oil and replacing it. I was however Impressed and appreciated how they turned my experience around by changing my oil at no cost, washing my car, filling it up with gas and admitting to their mistake. JT called me for a follow up on everything and was very pleasant to interact with!

I bought my new vehicle from Young's in Owosso. Ted took excellent care of me. Showing me many of the features on my new Encore. He got me rolling with a good foundation of knowledge on some of the more important bells and whistles! I got a very fair price for my trade in as well.
