It took over an hour for a basic oil change!!! And no they were not busy I did it first thing in the morning, only two people came in and still it took over an hour!! Go some place else time is money and they are willing to waste yours!!!

Service was great only have 4 cuz they didn't have all 4 tires at time of appointment but they more than made up for it will be back!!!

Oil change lube , tire rotation and tire sensors on 3 tires, is what I asked for. I got oil change, no lube and rotated tires WITHOUT balancing and replaced 3 tire sensors but didnt know how to program. Cost me another 40.00 somewhere else to balance them due to the shake, and free with tire balancing to progam sensors at other place. The walmart auto dept sucked as far as friendly customer care, and even worse as far as knowledge about basic service of vehicles. This was the auto dept manager and one other. I'd go over triple service miles before I'd even think of using this team again.Services: Tires, Auto maintenance, Oil change

This place is a joke. I had tires put on here and they charged me for balancing them even though they definitely didn't balance them because my car was shaking pretty bad after they were done and there was no tire weights on any wheels after they changed them. Then when I took it back to have them balanced they broke a lug nut off but didn't say anything. The guy in front of me was having a windshield wiper changed that they broke and they couldn't even manage that being that when they were done it was upside down. These people have no business working on anyones vehicle. I definitely will not be returning to this business.Service: Tires

Service was much better this time! Yeah! Staff was professional and helpful. Ordered tires online, service center installed. Great price! Installation was only about 1 1/2 hours! Thank you Caleb!

Apparently you have to ask for them to check your coolant/other fluids, otherwise they will literally only change the oil. Standard oil change anywhere else includes these fluids checked, without you having to ask them beforehand to, well, do their jobs. Never again.

I had a flat tire when I got out of work on July 4th. Luckily the auto service center was still open for another hour. Turns out I had a screw in my tire which basically caused it to shred inside. The replacement tire was reasonably priced and they were able to put it on for me before they had to close.

Shift manager Allan changed my tire asked me to change tire sensor too. I did all and took his advice but I was wrong, he wasn t able to reset my tire sensor light in the dash which he promised me will go away after I change TPRM sensor. He made me visit three times just to reset dash light by saying it will go away itself by more driving. It cost me hassle , time and Gas but he couldn t fix it and wasting my time . Finally I took my Sienna van to Flint Walmart auto care center they did re-program all four sensors and problem was fixed instantly. I wish some one at owosso Walmart train that guy otherwise no one will waste their time to go to their auto care center.Service: Auto tire replacement

I had a 7:00am appointment to get a set of tires installed. My tires were already waiting and I was their first customer. It took them 2-1/2 hours to install them! And they asked if I wanted the raised white letters out or in? I wanted them out. Well, mine were installed black walls out! I would have made them switch them, but after 2-1/2 hours, I had enough! And after driving for an hour, my tire pressure indicators in my truck showed three of my tires with only 41 psi and one tire at 57psi. My tires require 55-70psi. I checked them with a manual pressure checker and sure enough, 3 were under-inflated! I will think twice before getting anything done there again.

Bottom of my motor was coated in oil after they did the oil change like requested but then used loctite on my drain plug

Went there this morning. They put on the wrong tires. Now I have to go in again and get the correct ones. Took them 2 hours. What a huge inconvenience.Service: TiresService: Tires

Everytime i go here something new is wrong with my truck. Today i needed a simple tire plug and it took over a hour and when i got my truck back the spare wasnt put back under my truck just thrown back in the back of my truck so now i have to find someone to put it back where it belongs. Also now my abs lights on and my traction light is on. The general manager tried to tell me it was on when he took my truck back but i know what lights were on and those 2 were certainly not.. Just tring to pass it off like they didnt do it and its not right. I wont be going here for a new service again only the road hazard i paid for when i got my tires.. Horrible place wouldnt recommend them to any one..

Wouldn't recommend them! We had a nail that was explained to us that may not be able to repair which would of been fine but in the past we've spoke to the manager and signed a waiver saying we wouldn't hold them responsible. While my spouse was out talking to the manager other coaches and employees (Michelle, Joe, Eric) stood behind the counter making comments about how they would not be fixing it and that he just being unreasonable. My spouse wasn't being rude just wanted to see if they would repair if they wasn't legally responsible and the other employees made a fuss as if we were an inconvenients. So I mentioned to the manager it maybe not be good practice to speak down about customers in ear shot of their spouse. Only manger who treated us with any respect was Wassim the store manager.

If i could give this walmart 0 stars i would. I started having problems with my cars oil after an oil change at this walmart and have been on hold cumulatively for 25 minutes.No one answers the phone and when they do they say "one second let me put you on hold" before I can even get another sentence out.Litteral worst service ever. My husband and I have taken all 4 of our vehicles here for regular maintenance/oil changes but not anymore. Total waste of my time if they can't even answer a phone on a Tuesday afternoon to ammend a problem. I told multiple associates that i had been on hold for a long time and there solution was to put me back on hold, even after asking to speak with a manager.

Went for a tire rotation with relatively new tires, they wouldn t do the rotation and tried to sell me 2 new tires because of the poor condition of my current front 2 tires. I wouldn t recommend going here.Service: Tire rotationsService: Tire rotations

During a routine balance and rotation, I was told they could replace a defective Tire Pressure Sensor, which I elected to have done. When my car was done, I was told this service wasn't performed because they were out of stock with the Sensor for my car, an Impala SS. Not pleased.

Don't listen to your requests.One oil change, I asked for a specific oil that was on their board. They told me they put a similar one.Next visit, I said I had a burned out turn signal. After over an hour. I paid and found out...all they did was confirm I had a burned out turn signal

Thanks Owosso Walmart TLE for OVER filling my car with oil. Made it all the way up north (about 3 hours) and my car started acting weird. Checked the oil and on the dip stick it measured up at where the C in Caution is. We had to drain some out so I didn t blow any seals in my car. The dip stick picture is AFTER we drained around a quart of oil out. Won t be going back there for an oil change.

They never even vacuumed my car as they said or lied that they did! I am appalled & left now wondering....did they also lie about putting in high mileage oil for my oil change too??? Did they put in windshield wiper fluid or air up my tires, etc.....?

BEWARE< Employee named Kevin in Owosso Mi. is a Scammer .... Telling people that their tires are dry rotted and not safe and need to be replaced(said it to my wife once and me twice over the phone) ...Happens to like to take advantage of women who don't know no betterThen a manager tells me she must of misunderstood until I told him he said same thing to meManager then told me no its just the one tire (must of hit something) Hmmmm!!!!!Kicker is they say she has no road hazard due to the idiot in st johns walmart didn't do his job correctly...Oh it shows she paid for it on receipt but that is not good enough because it wasn't entered into computer ??This took up 3 hours of my day and nothing resolved ...Walmart just lost 7 customers

I don't see why the rating is so low they did an excellent job and finding the problem on my vehicle they fixed it and problem solved great job to all the hard working employees in the auto care center 5 stars from me

Stopped in for a tire rotation. Was told an hr and a half. Was trying to leave town so they squeezed me in real quick. CJ at the desk is great and very polite! I really appreciate it!

Great service, even when they were short staffed. Mike H. did a superb job on making sure my vehicle was well taken care of and he was very patient and calm even under a little bit of pressure.

Clean, friendly staff although doesn't seem very busy but that's a plus to me. Nice to not feel like I'm in a herd of cattle when I go to the store. Sucks that there is no Semi parking though(overnight)

Worst customer service. Can't find their inventory then, want me to buy a trailer tire with a rim to throw away so I can get the tire for my trailer. So trying to charge me 59.00 for a 28.00 tire. Scam artist.
