Had someone bust out a side window in my 99 Camaro Z28. Could not find a window repair shop that was willing to install the used driver side replacement window that I already purchased until I stumbled across Swift. They were wiling to install my window with no questions asked. Dropped off my car for what was only supposed to be an hour job. Because of the uniqueness of the window and components inside the door, this made the job a few hours longer due to unseen complications that weren't any of the Techs fault. Corey kept me updated in a timely manor and apologized for the extra time that was taken. Corey and Alex were able to work their magic and get the window installed so I could get back on the road. Very happy with Swift and would gladly return for future repairs!

They came out to my house and were finished in fewer than 10 minutes. The tech was friendly. The repair doesn't affect cosmetic damage, but it seems to have stopped anything from spreading. Now that it's winter and we're having cold windows with warm air, I feel confident that the repair is solid. 10/10 would recommend.

Recently I had the joy of losing not 1 but 2 windshields to these fine Michigan roads and weather, both were on older SUVs, I will say this I first contacted them though an email over the weekend but I didn't hear anything back so I used the good ol phone call and within less than ten minutes I had a day scheduled and amount agreed on for both windshields to be replaced, they were able to do it next day but for my schedule I elected to wait about a week and they were perfect, The tech Corey showed up on time he even called and said there was a slight chance that he could be a couple minutes late but he was not. Very friendly and good conversationalist did not mind in any way about chatting with me, Completed BOTH windshields in about 2 hrs, very professional and clean, When he was done wanted to make sure I had no questions left unanswered and if I had ANY problems or questions to let him know ASAP. Long story short I would and I will definitely use them again for any of my glass needs... No questions about it...

Swift Windshield Repair went above and beyond with the repair of my windshield in an expedited manner! I called Swift on a Friday and was able to drop my car off the next day to get repaired! The whole job took less then an hour! They were fast and gave me their Veterans discount that totally helped my budget for the month with this disabled Veteran! After multiple calls to more local shops that did not have the window I needed, I decided to take a chance here. They did not disappoint! If there was a medal of honor to give, TJ and crew definitely deserve it. Met with their mobile repair and was done in no time at all, IN THE SNOW! Great quality work at an affordable price. They came to my residence an hour and a half away and changed the windshield in my 2012 peterbuilt semi truck in the beginning of September. They were very professional, courteous and preformed quality work with a guaranty that it would not leak . I will definitely be using them in the future if need.

We are very happy with the windshield repair. Starting with my call, the representative helped me file my windshield claim. They came the same day that I called, within just a few hours of my call. The gentleman that repaired the windshield explained the process and what to expect and took less than 30 minutes.I would highly recommend their services!

He was very professional, acquired the sunroof glass quickly, cleaned up the glass inside my car, and when there was a glitch, he fixed it the next day,on a Saturday. I would highly recommend him.

Seems to be a great company that puts back into the community with several different locations in Owosso,lansing and Livonia should be able to kind coverage for your windshield in the area

Great professional quality service. They came to where my Peterbuilt semi truck . They came from the Owosso, Michigan location to Millington Michigan ant they were still a quarter of the price of the big chain competitor . Fast and friendly service! He was willing to stay over and replace my windshield after closing on a Saturday! I was stuck in traffic waiting for an accident to get cleared up on I69 and was over an hour late for my appointment. Also, they were recommended by the Ford dealership service department as this is who does their windshield replacement and repairs. The cost was between $100-$300 less than the other 3 places that I got quotes. Thanks again for the help and going above and beyond!

Cassandra came out from Owosso to Chesaning where I work. I had a crack in my front windshield and she did an incredible job! She was kind, professional, courteous and had it done in the nick of time. The price was great and I have no crack anymore! Thank you so much Swift Shield repair! These guys are awesome! They have repaired several windshields for the business that I work for including windshield chip fills and windshield replacements. I have had windshields replaced before. And was not impressed at franchise places. I made one call to SWIFT AUTO. And they did the rest. They got a 3 way call going with Farmers insurance, went through all the info with the adjuster for me. 24hrs later my Jeep Chrrokee windshield was replaced. Very timely. Told me if I wanted they could have even come to my home. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL SHOPS!! This is a Christian owned businessThank you

Had my windshield smashed in with a rock and these guys were awesome! Only took a couple of days due to me requesting a mold part to be ordered the windshield is perfect and they cleaned the glass up super well thank you so much.
