It s only a one star because I had to pick one. I m paying off a car for $3K and still have $900 left I took it in yesterday for my struts and serpentine belt because it was so worn out and a month back he told me it needs fixed. He refused to fix it and said it doesn t need it he never checked out my struts that I needed neither never gave an option on that. Anyway I was driving home today and my serpentine belt snapped off. Highly recommend anyone else. 0 Stars

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! I gave it a one star only because it won't let me put zero stars. This guy will not disclose everything you need to know about what you're about to buy. And he will lie about it later when questioned. Just be aware that everything he sells is from salvage/insurance settlement auctions. You will be getting an orange title from the state. It might be category FLOOD, or it may be SALVAGE. Either way, you need to know what an orange title means and what restrictions come attached to it. First off, most banks or credit unions will not finance an orange titled vehicle/trailer. Most respectable dealers, which this guy isn't, won't take it in on trade, and good luck finding an insurance company that will provide coverage. These are facts that Owosso Auto Mall will not disclose to you. I bought a 5th wheel RV from him and he never mentioned the word ORANGE TITLE or FLOOD to us when we were signing papers. It was never explained to us the baggage that comes with the orange title... and Oh, by the way, once a vehicle/RV has an orange title assigned to it, you can never again get a clean green title. When the paper work to apply for a new title was filled out by him, he failed to put down the credit union as secured party, knowing full well that if the credit union knew this was an orange title deal, they would not finance it. I did get the orange title in the mail and sent a copy of it to the credit union. They called me and said the secured party was not filled in. They missed the word FLOOD, as I did. It wasn't until I went to trade this 5th wheel in at a reputable dealer for a new travel trailer that the orange title came into play, they didn't want anything to do with it and the deal we had setup fell thru. I then contacted Owosso Auto Mall and demanded that since they failed to disclose the facts about the title, they need to buy this unit back. They would not buy it back. When threatened with legal actions, they never batted an eye and was told to do whatever I thought I needed to do. After reading many other reviews of this place with threats of legal action, I could see why.So, save yourself the headache and avoid this place like the plague, you'll thank me later. I know it'll be a cold day in hell before I would buy any of his junk.

Came in to get my tires resealed. While working on my tires it was noticed that my back brake pads were almost wore out. Josh replaced my brake pads and took care of my tires before closing. This was a definite God-send as I was traveling to the U.P. in less than a week. Very polite, courteous service. Willing to take the time to make sure you are well taken care of. Great small town service!

Bought a car for $1,000+. Paid 400+ to tow home. Was told it only needed a head gasket. Had to pay cash because apparently it was cheaper for them. Said they were giving me a deal and only put on paper for $400+. So if I wanted to take it back I d get ripped off. Took it home, replaced the head gasket. Then found fire and flood damage. This place should be shut down ASAP!

Not Very Honest Business. Kid Running the place. Sneaky Business Practices. Agreed to drop the price, makes the Deal, then Adds 260 for Title and Taxes. Really wet Behind the ears. Misrepresented the Transaction and Was pretty shady overall. Dont Recommend at all.

This guy and his buddy's that works on people's cars are not license and they will sell you junk this guy is a rip off if any had him work on there cars and is still having trouble i would sue him thats what everyone that i have talked to is doing
