It's a real love/hate thing with napa. They catalog parts for dang near anything. They sell top quality wix filters. They are normally lightning fast. Sometimes they have stuff at reasonable prices when everyone else has gone insane (spark plugs anyone?) The online prices can be decent but usually require a discount code of some sort. Unfortunately, the online lookup has been inaccurate lately. Stock status has been poor on a number of filters so I've had to seek other sources. The in-store experience sucks too. Apparently if you aren't in there daily or if you don't arrive covered in grease, you get treated like a very suspicious stranger. It's like walking into a biker bar wearing a velour tracksuit, after jumping out of a yaris. You also get the most highly marked up full retail prices. As a result, I generally use napa only for buy-online pickup at store.

Austin is the man! I'm not a car guy at all.Thanks to Austin for being patient and explaining some basics.I've been able to save a few bucks doing maintenance and small repairs myself. I highly recommend him for any help!

This place always has the funniest signs outside, but I never needed to go in! Earlier this week my turn signal starting blinking extra fast and I looked it up and it said the bulbs needed changed. I called them and they said to come over and it would only be a few dollars. They changed both of my turn signal lights for less than $5 and they had great customer service! Thanks for your help!

Not happy with this establishment. Owner is extremely unfriendly and rude. Everytime I come there to pick up merchandise, the customer service people are always sick. When I ask why do you come to work sick and interact with the public...they shrug their shoulders and say no sick days are allowed. I am disturbed by this. I dont need to get sick when I'm picking up my materials. What century is this owner living in? Please let these employees stay home and not infect the public!!

Have great parts Zach and Adam always are extremely helpful. Napa has twin house brand filters made by wix at a much cheaper price.If you do plowing or drive a semi they have plenty in stock for commercial equipment.

This is the closest NAPA parts store to Flint. They have lots of parts at this location. Staff was friendly and helpful.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ... Not sure what happened ?? ...(They try harder to get u out of the store than try to find part u need)--GREAT for Local Dealerships-- Was told to go there (Twice) ... 4 guys at counter and no one in store...To: Guy at counterI didn't need to go to ---"DEALERSHIP"--- MURRAY'S AUTO had it !!!!!!!

This is the only place I will shop for parts since 2011 and have never had a problem, and the staff is nice, Friendy, and knowledgeable. There are other auto parts stores but none good as this place!

Good place to go for hard to find parts because they can get them . Prices are higher but so is the quality of the parts ...get what you pay for !
