Took my car to have the paint job worked on. I had already taken it in to one place and they said they couldn't fix it. Michael's quoted me a price. When I picked up my car not only had the done a fantastic job fixing the paint on the entire car, but they also shined the wheels and cleaned the interior, for the same quoted price! Very happy with how the car turned out!

I called Michael having literally just purchased a BMW and hour before. It smelled old, it was dirty inside and out. I was a bit frazzled because it is a gift for my husband. Michael was great! He was professional, kind, reassuring and most of all his guys do excellent work. I will be back and I will have to drive quite a ways to get here. I dropped my car off Friday around 12:30 pm and picked up Sunday 9:30 am. I called and they said it was ready . I get home and started looking it over , they didn t even touch anything up front at all . Only thing I see they did was vacuum the back seats and clean the back carpeted floor mats. I got 30 pictures of spots they didn t touch at all. My car was just as dirty as when I took it there. The owner / coworkers was smoking cigarettes and drinking beer when I walked in . The owner offer to drive me home while holding a beer so he could clean my car !!! So drinking on the job and driving customer cars while under the influence of alcohol !!! Very unprofessional I wouldn t recommend anyone bring your car here unless you want a bunch of cigarette smoking drunk people cleaning your car !!! I got my money back to take it to a real professional cleaner

I ve had nothing but great experiences with Michael's. I ve taken multiple vehicles there and they always come out looking new. He is a very hard worker and pays attention to detail. I can call him and say I need my vehicle done ASAP he always replies with drop it off in the morning and it will be done later that day. Also, the price is very reasonable! I ve gone to almost every detail business in the area and they all failed miserably. I will be choosing Michael s Auto in Owosso and you should too.

$100 to detail the inside of my vehicle. They did a good job cleaning and use enzyme cleaner. However, they were not flexible with drop off and the whole shop reeks of cigarettes and the workers are not professional at all. I was going to let the steep price and cigarettes go and possibly even use them again in the future until they said something so racist that I felt uncomfortable being there. As they were talking about the companies they have deals with, they spoke of the charter buses they clean. The guy said, "every time a bus comes in, I have to clean all the n****r hair out of 'em." referring to the black ring of grease on the seat backs from oily hair. I refuse to sponsor any company that thinks it is acceptable to speak about PEOPLE in that way.

They are very flexible with drop of and pick up and did an excellent job cleaning the car. The interior was like new again and I have kids so it was in fairly bad shape.

These guys are flexible with drop off and pick up, work their tails off, are reasonably priced and always appreciative of your business. Can't ask for more. A definite go-to for auto detailing.

Said they were open till 6 got there at 5:45 and already closed! Waste of time Nice way to treat a customer!
