I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They go above and beyond to help you out and to get you into the vehicle you want and at a price you re comfortable with. Diane McKay was awesome as well as Cheryl the manager. Even the other employees that would walk past us all spoke to us, just a very nice relaxing atmosphere. I d give them a 10 star if I could!

This was one of the better experiences I had at a dealership. The sales guy Rocky was great. He took the car I was looking at out of rain and took it inside and let me take my time looking it over. Everyone seamed very nice and friendly.

I've been working with this dealership for nearly a decade and have always had good experiences. They have always treated me with respect and are always clear in their communication.I recently had a very pleasant experience with their Mobile Van service for a recall on my vehicle. Josh and Jeremiah were very punctual, polite, and efficient while performing the service call. The card they gave me says the mobile service does mobile-friendly recalls, oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacement, wiper blades, battery replacement, brake replacement, and accessory installation at your home or work.I'll continue to use this dealership because they are reliable and respectful.

They made buying new truck a pleasant experience. Our salesman Rockie was awesome as well as the rest of the staff! Would recommend buying from them. No lies or hidden fees! We drove pretty far and would recommend the drive was worth it!! Thanks again to the whole staff at Lunghamer Ford!! Love my new truck!!!

I am impressed. I've had some bad experiences with dealerships before and this was the complete opposite. They were extremely accommodating, very kind, so welcoming and all around a really great experience. Carrie wasn't pushy at all, listened, and really made the whole process a great one. I would hands down refer them and go there again.

I drove over an hour to work with this dealership! I had been to quite a few dealerships and didn t get the type of interaction that I was looking for. I was blown off, and pushed to the side, and not looked at as a real buyer more times then not. I took a chance and gave Lungham Ford a call one morning because they had a Bronco that I wanted in my price range. I was treated amazing from the start of our conversation! I wasn t just another buyer . The whole team there is absolutely terrific! I was able to get there after work (I get out at 5 and got there around 6:30) the next day. They stayed late and try their hardest to get me home in my new car! I wasn t able to because all the banks were closed BUT they sure did try for me. After being disappointed I couldn t drive my new Bronco home they offered to DELIVER it to me the next day so I didn t have to drive back so far! They seriously went above and beyond for me and I will definitely recommend this team to everyone! THANK YOU I APPRECIATE ALL OF YOU!!

Amazing place 2 buy a vehicle! Loved their service! Seneca was awesome and communicated thoroughly! Randy was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming! Colin was super friendly and thorough! No one was pushy! 20/10 customer service! Kudos 2 this establishment! Me and my mother were treated like royalty! we'll definitely buy again from here!

Jackie was outstanding to work with. We met twice in person. Once to go over options, and then after finalizing all details over email and phone conversations, we met again in person on the day I picked up my new vehicle. Every employee I encountered from the front desk personal, to the document signing personal, to my actual salesperson, Jackie, were welcoming, accommodating and personable. Overall great experience to ensure I'll be returning to work with this organization again in the future.

Brent and the service team have always been there for my service needs! Even when it was an obscure high frequency sound no one else could hear, they took me seriously and found the problem. I can't explain how good it feels, especially as a female, to have a mechanic that takes you seriously that you can trust. I purchased my Ford elsewhere, but when it's time to trade it in I'll be going to lunghammer for sure! Every dealer has good sales service, it's rare to find good service in the service department as well.

I have bought many vehicles from many different dealerships and this place is the best. No hidden sneaky fees. Vehicle was clean, staff was polite and not pushy. Definitely would recommend them to everyone. Great price on my vehicle.

Very organized and professional. Went to look at a vehicle and was offered a test drive of two vehicles. One, the vehicle I was interested in and the second, a vehicle I had not considered. I purchased the second one as it was a very outstanding deal. Two days later ( the dealer stayed late due to my schedule) I drove home I a new vehicle. The entire team were great, especially, Randy our salesman. I would highly recommend Lunghamer Ford.

I had TERRIBLE customer service experiences with this dealership s service department. They couldn t diagnose the problem and told me to go to a different dealership. I personally would not recommend this dealership. I called a dealership out of town who quickly helped me.Edit in response to reply: I have tried contacting management and left a couple of messages. I would be interested in discussing this. Please call me back.Update: I was contacted by Nancy from Customer Care three weeks ago. She inquired about my experience. I told her the difficulties I had and she said she would have the General Manager call me back. It has been three weeks and no one has called me back. Will I ever receive a call back?

Brent at Owosso Ford service center showed excellent customer support and made sure that the issues plaguing my brand new vehicle were addressed promptly and professionally. The resolution of these issues only took a few days and Brent was very communicative during the whole process, keeping me updated on a daily basis. They even gave me a rental to use (covered under ext. warranty) during the days my vehicle was at the shop. Very happy with both customer service and mechanical services at Lunghamer Ford Owosso and will be coming back for all future vehicle needs.

The service and sales team are great. Super friendly, informative and no hard sell. I also love that they asked me to bring my dog in from the car and offered a bowl of water and treat. They have even picked up my car for service and brought it back to me at work so I didn't miss any work time!

Over the past two months, I ve visited five different Ford dealerships. Had I known how amazing the experience at Owosso was, I would ve made them my first and only stop, not my fifth. My entire experience from start to finish was EXACTLY what customer experience is meant to be something I personally feel our society has lost over the years. They were truly invested in securing me as a customer. The offer they extended for my trade-in was more than fair, and the discounts they were able to offer were more than reasonable. I truly walked away a happy customer and in the future I will absolutely return there for my next vehicle. I ve already recommended their business to 2 other buys looking for new vehicles. Thank you to all the staff who made my experience wonderful! I will return!!!!

I can t express enough how informative and genuinely nice Randy is. We did most of the transaction over the phone as I drove 100+ miles to find my dream truck. Randy make the process of signing a lease easy and simple, even for someone who has never leased before. I can t recommend this dealership enough, my entire family shops here. Randy and Colin are 11/10

LOF and tire rotation went fine. Prompt work.Unimpressed that they were unable to explain why I recently started getting a message on my 2020 Ranger stating that "system off to save battery; please turn off ignition or start engine" even though the battery appears fine. Doing my own research on line.

I saw a listing on the Lunghamer website when I was in need of a new car. I called about it and a couple of hours later I was taking it for a test drive. I wasn't really sure I would get approved for financing because my credit is not the best. But everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. And I drove out with a car I never thought I could get. The reason I am only giving this 4 stars is because I never give a perfect rating for anything, because perfect does not exist.
