Went in for a trans fluid change the pan was needed because the filter is built into the pan. They got it done in a few hrs and was way cheaper than the dealership. We're nice and professional and quick and didn't stick it to me for a fluid change. Highly recommend

Amazing service! Ron was honest about my repair estimate, and after deciding not to repair my transmission, he allowed me to leave my car on his lot until I was able to secure new transportation. Definitely 5-star service! Highly recommend!

Seems like a cool guy. Took my truck in to have an expert verify my own diagnosis. He checked it out, explained a few things to me, told me I shouldn't have any trouble fixing it myself, and wouldn't take the $20 I offered him for his time and advice.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Hands down one of the best auto mechanic experiences I've ever had. Honored the warranty and even went above and beyond and fixed my muffler on my vehicle. 10/10 hands down best mechanic I've ever been too so awesome! Just saved me a few thousand dollars!

Had another transmission shop from out-of-town give me the run-around after having issues after having them install a reconditioned transmission. It did not end up being a transmission issue, but still kinda related. Ron was the most knowledgeable person I could think of that could track down the issue. It ended up being a communication problem near the computer that didn't show all the time. He took someone else's headache and found the cause. He didn't put any new parts on, but he did have many hours invested - it was well worth the cost. Great service!Services: Transmission, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Very professional and honest. Took time to look at our trans issue and explained that it was not to the point of needing immediate repair. Will definitely take it to Longs when it becomes necessary!

Ron is an awesome guy, showed me how to fix my transmission by showing me an empty shell. and how it all worked for the parking pawl for disassembly. Highly recommend this place to anyone that needs transmission work. They know their stuff!

Transmissions are expensive work so costs are what they are though I do know he will same you every dollar he can. Otherwise very professional... Hope to not have to revisit...lol... But do recommend them and would go back if needed.
