Super fast and easy service! I highly appreciate it everyone's friendly demeanor and willingness to help me! I had made an appointment and came in with questions regarding the trim around my glass and the problem was resolved in moments and I didn't have to sit and wait as I would have if I went elsewhere. Definitely will be coming back!

Gil and his team are great ! They were professional and very prompt with my reapair. Totally happy with the work they performed for my vehicle. I would highly recommend Hodge Glass for any and all of your glass needs.

Absolutely incredible customer service! Very personable! Went in with some chips in my windshield, was done in 20 mins and was charged less than originally planned. Will be back for any future issues and will recommend to anyone!

They did an excellent job on my windshield for a reasonable price. The store is under new ownership since late 2020 and I noticed that almost all the poor reviews are prior to that time.

I called four different windshield places for a chip fill, and this place was the only one that made room. Very nice front desk lady and Luke finished up in less than 10 min! Also, most reasonable price from all the four places. Highly recommended.P.s. could barely even see the chip filled in properly.

Since winter is upon us I needed to get my back defrost fixed, I had been looking for a company that could help me with this and I decided to go with Hodge Glass to support local businesses. Since I was in a hurry they graciously came to my place of employment and took my vehicle back to their shop and replaced my windshield while I was at work, at the end of the day it was returned to my place of employment and it is now working like it was never broken. I highly recommend Hodge Glass because of their convenient service and quality of work.Service: Installation

For the good. First what I had done was residential window replacement. The measure and installation itself was fantastic! Quality is much too early to determine as it has only been two days. Now for the bad. When we actually orders the windows. we were told it would be 7-10 days... It was a MONTH! and not once did they call to notify us of anything. Yes It took me a whopping 2 days to pay them and they literally called about payment Both days! I found this both very greedy and unprofessional! If I have need of work again I will definitely see another company.

How fast is fast? I went in at 9:30 am to get my rearview mirror put back on. Seemed like I just sat down and it was done. For only $5 and they cleaned all the tape marks off my window from me keeping it up until I could get it fixed. Will be returning for more window work in the future.

Terrible customer service. They were polite but incompetent. I called a total of 5 times to get a simple estimate on replacing a window. It took 2 calls to get the first trip out. Unfortunately the worker came back with the glass replacement measurements and not the vinyl double pane window & frame and all as I had specifically asked. To just replace the single pane glass on this old wooden frame was going to be $60 which seemed high for an installation that only included 15x15 glass that's caulked in place. I asked again for them to go out and get the correct estimate. I called again a few days later and had the same conversation (apparently my info kept getting lost). I left on vacation called 3 weeks later to be told that they had to have a special guy come out that knew how to measure it correctly and he hadn't done it yet. He "hadn't had time to get over there". No time?! It had been over a month of dealing with this company and I can't get a simple estimate. I would not use or recommend this company ever again.

I have needed their service more than once, repairing broken glass is a pain... So it's nice to work with a friendly staff who don't mind answering a few questions.

My friends and I have come here for many years and are 100% satisfied. I had a stone chip repair that started to spider back out a little and they fixed it on the spot today. They also repaired a chip I hadn't noticed at no charge.

The owner of this place, Kelly, is totally psychotic. They did some damage to my car and he said that he would replace the dashboard. I asked him if I can have that in writing and he went totally psychotic on me and said he would not sign something like that. He is not a man of his word and his workers did an awful job on my car. I had to have somebody else fill in the rain holes in my windshield. They ended up replacing the whole windshield. Since this has happened , I have met a few others that had bad experiences with them also. The workers act like they've never done this before.

I would recommend this business to anyone in a heart beat! I called on Hodge glass for the first time ever this past weekend. I needed locks changed on a house. Dannen came out that afternoon knowing I had to travel the next day. He was super nice and helpful. Dannen also explained the process to me so well. The lady answering the phone was also very polite, patient, and helpful. This is obvious a well run business with attention to detail!

Always great service. Stopped in to make an appointment for the following day. Didn't have my glass, 4:50 pm, and the next day the glass was there and installed.

Easy to work with, great service, fair prices. They have installed glass on our commercial vehicles, cars and made a big vanity mirror for my house. All great quality glass and workmanship

I agree! Terrible customer service!! We measured and went to the store. Picked out the glass and finished edge we wanted. Was told because of the edge we choose they could not do in house and would send it out for a quote. It would take 24 hours. 4 days later, never received a call, called them, they had no idea who we were or any knowledge of our order. Waited again, 3 days, never received a call, called them, oh she was just going to call me because she wasn't sure of the edging finish. STILL DON'T EVEN HAVE A PRICE AFTER A WEEK AND A HALF!!! Looking for a different company for my next piece of glass!!!!

Had my windshield replaced here and taken it back twice to have it fixed because it leaked Everytime it would rain and could hear wind through it on the top seal...still don't know if it's fixed yet. They pick up a clean truck and get it back with hard water stains on my hood and the front of my truck... my carpet was also soaking wet now I got water damage and now I got to pay to get my truck cleaned claybar and wheeled... they don't abviously care about the customer's vehicle and can't seem to put a windshield in right ....so I wouldn't recommend getting your windshield replaced there or do business with them at all...I should get my money back and pay for the damages

Had my windshield replaced, it's been about a year. Just had a hard rain, inside of my car is soaked! Top edge is leaking bad all the sudden, filled my cup holders with water, carpet is wet. Needless to say I'm pissed! I've never had a windshield leak like this and I've had several replaced. $35k car, I'll never go to hodge again!

2 maybe 3 stars, still have finger prints on interior from windshield removal, that will not come clean. Left car filthy 1st attempt at changing windshield, wrong size windshield. 2nd windshield fit, but didn t use new trim, so therefore the re-glued trim didn t hold & eventually flew off. More than likely, I will not be a return customer, like I had been.

I have returned to Hodge several times now in hopes that my experience would change. Every single order has been incorrect resulting in multiple trips back to resolve. This time I measured the polycarbonate while in their showroom to ensure the size was correct. Close enough, so I left. Got home and realized the cut edges appear to have been cut while the machine operator was severely intoxicated...while on a ship...in a storm. Seriously, I don t know a better way to describe the waviness of this edge. And it s on both pieces, so it wasn t an isolated incident. I will return to Hodge glass exactly one more time, and that is to get my money back for this project that could have previously been described as impossible to mess up in its simplicity.

They did a wonderful job replacing the mirror in a vintage frame. Associates are very friendly and helpful. The replacement took a little longer than scheduled but things happen in business that are unforseen.
