After dealing with two other companies that quoted a price and showed up and said it would be much more, I called Gaffner and they quoted a fair price, Chandler was there promptly and ready to get my truck out of the field in which it was stuck. Chandler was exceptionally professional did not try and make excuses and charge more, he did his job and did it well. I would highly recommend and if I ever need service again Gaffner will be my first call.

When it s becoming frigid outside, car won t turn over and not a morning person the slightest, Gaffner T&R made a world of difference to get my morning back on track. Gaffner towing Helped me move a old street light. Driver was very careful loading and unloading. I had them come back when I was ready to install. With two people and a different type of wrecker they help me put it in place. They took there time and were very careful. The two employees were polite and very helpful.They were experienced and knew what they were doing. I would definitely use the company again and will recommend to my friends and family.

I cannot day enough nice things about them!! I took off on my solo cross country trip and my rv broke down 100 miles into it, I had no clue what to do or where I was!! They towed me to a wonderful shop and I was fixed and on my way back across the country! Thank you so much!!

Dean and Dylan made my morning so much better! My truck wouldn't start after my shift. I called Gaffner and Dean asked me how fast I could be back to the truck. I told him I could be there with the keys in 10 minutes and his response was "then I'll have a truck there in 10 minutes." Dylan was quick and and efficient getting it loaded up and was pleasant to chat with on the road. He was friendly and understanding about my frazzled nerves. From the time my truck wouldn't start for me to the time I was standing in the mechanics shop was just a little more than an hour! This was my first experience using Gaffner Towing and they will for sure be my first call next time... which hopefully won't be any time soon... sorry guys! Service: Car towing

I had car issues and had reached out to the insurance company which was auto owners. Auto owners has a towing service although they were unavailable for at least an hour. When I finally got through they said it would be two hours before they were able to assist. I reached out to Gaffner Towing IN Owosso MI at 8 PM by 8:30 PM they arrived with a flatbed to tow the vehicle to the repair shop of my choice. The service gentleman was friendly and said he would handle everything. This company will be number one in my directory for towing services moving forward! Gaffner Towing gets an A++ for speed of service, efficient & friendly!!!!Service: Car towing

My family and I were travelling to Canada for Christmas on the 24th and before we hit the border, our tire went out leaving us stranded on the side of the road. Roadside assistance couldn't get anyone out to us for 5 hours so we waited and waited until a state trooper eventually stopped to check on us. He got ahold of Gaffner Towing and Dean was at the scene within minutes. By this time it was late christmas Eve. Instead of us going back home and missing Christmas with the relatives, he towed us to his shop, changed the tire and got us on our way! I can't begin to tell you how thankful we all are that you took the time away from your family/Christmas Eve to be able to help ours come together. <3Services: Car towing, Tire change

I slid into a ditch near my home after the recent snow storm. I tried to call several companies and found several would not answer their phones and other were too busy to come out. I called Gaffner s and he was working a few miles from my house. Awesome people here !!.. Chandler at Gaffner's Towing is an awesome and incredibly guy. Very helpful, quick, and efficient service with freindly customer relationship skills. Would and will recommend Gaffner to everyone!.. Great job guy's, y'all saved me from a huge headache and a lot of hassle.

They didn't answer the phone and then they took too long to get there it's like they didn't care oh and they were absolutely not going to pull me out unless I could pay them first which I could not it was late I didn't have money in my pocket but I have plenty in the bank and on my cards so to me it was rude. I mean really it's not like you have a choice there's only so many towing companies so make your own opinion try them out it's only like 100 and a quarter

Watch out they wanna b with state cops n steal all our vehicles in Owosso mi n not wanna b held accountable for there actions this place n state cops like to lie to steal all our vechiles round here watch out 2023 when they goin to b held accountable is the real question here folks along with state cops that like to lie round here that's shiwassee county mi exposed just pay attention as we've had eight state officals arrested round here n u all think there honorable that's Matthew Stewart courthouse theost corrupt in the county pay attention people

I was able to get help in the middle of the night after hitting a deer on the highway fairly quickly. They also worked with my insurance company to handle the billing without me having to do anything.
