Make sure you take you're vehicle for an inspection before you buy it! A little over a month after purchasing my car it flat out died on the expressway. I took it to a shop and every part of the engine was leaking oil but there is a shield under the car so no drops on the driveway. The mechanic said it had been going on for a long time and the dealership definitely should have known. I worked so hard to build my credit and get to a point where I could purchase a reliable car and now I have 18 months of payments left on a car that costs 4500+ to fix. Literally 6500 dollars for a car that drove a little over a month( just past the 30 day warranty, go figure).

Elderly Father was sold a used car (to transport wife/cancer patient to the hospital) and immediately the following day it stalled in town, electricity never worked, many problems you didn't know during the 20 minute test drive. They suggested he take it to a mechanic with its "warranty", ended up paying thousands more because the warranty didn't cover electrical. Car continues to die while driving in town. Dealership said "Sorry, you took it to a mechanic it's out of our hands." Sheer robbery. Have small claims court phone number ready when buying from here. OWNER SHOULD BE ASHAMED HE DIDN'T TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER. 1. Identify customer needs (a car that ran), 2. Offer to help YOURSELF after it turns out you failed step #1.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTWe purchased a vehicle which seemed perfectly fine. A couple days after purchase the car won t accelerate. After the mechanic starts looking at it the check engine light comes on and we need a new transmission seems pretty fishy to me. I would give negative starts if possible .but lesson learned thousands of dollars later.

Small selection of cars. Vehicle I was interested in was much higher price than Kelley Blue book was going for. I choose another vehicle at another dealership that was much newer and had less miles. Not a bad experience, just wasn't in the market to over pay for a vehicle.

We bought a truck through them and they were beyond exceptional!! Patient with us, kind and professional, honest! We dealt with Justin and another man we didn't catch the name of and we would highly recommend them! Worth checking out if your looking for a new vehicle

I bought a truck from this place back in February (2 months ago) and was told it was mechanically sound, with any needed repairs being done by them. So far I've had $2500 worth of repairs to do and have barely driven it with how much it's been in the shop.This place is the perfect embodiment of why people don't trust car salesmen. Do NOT purchase a vehicle from this place.I never write reviews, but I felt it was important to write one now in case I can help save someone thousands of dollars and a lot of hassle.

Car was a bit overpriced but it was very clean with no rust carfax came from Florida. They came down on the price to help me out and were very patient with me as my credit union was taking a very long time to process things. overall i had no issues with the dealership

I install windshields when they need them, and the vehicle they bring to me are in a lot better condition than some other dealers I have worked with. I've recommend them to family members.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Have purchased several cars from them. Dale is fair and honest in my experience and we have been extremely pleased with the vehicles and service. Will be stopping in today for a new vehicle need. Thank you everyone at D and L!!! Have noticed some vehicles are even being offered with a limited warranty, Nice!

Bought a truck from Dale and staff in November. Test drove the truck, and checked it out for any defects, or things that needed attention. Found nothing major. They gave me a good offer on my trade in. Financing was made super easy from LAFCU. I went to the west main location, was literally in and out in fifteen minutes with a check for the dealership. The paperwork at the dealer was quick and easy. Very easy process Have put 3000 miles on it so far with zero issues.

They were our first stop in buying a car, and they ended up being our last! After nine weeks of searching, multiple bad experiences, severely-over-priced cars, and lack of salesmanship from dealerships in the area, we ended up buying our 08 Saturn Outlook off of the D&L lot. They didn't breathe down our necks and never once pushed us in to a vehicle. We have been driving our Outlook for 4 weeks now and it hasn't had any hidden problems, no surprise check engine lights, and is just as reliable as we had hoped it would be upon purchasing it. My parents bought their vehicle here one year ago, we bought ours here, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a quality vehicle at a great price. Thanks guys for a great SUV!

They lied about the car that were shown a 12 jeep liberty jet the system had been cleared so the check engine light didn't come on but a friend checked the diagnosis for us with his computer and it showed the catalytic converters were shot. You can only guess what else they were lying about I have requested forms from the Sec. Of State to file a attempted fraud complaint against them. It's time consumer fought back against dealers that take advantage. Buyer beware has never had a greater meaning.

We got two cars in one day (01/14/2016) ,a 2005 siverado and a older 2001 Subaru on a Thursday from d&l. It was a cheap car for $1560 (asking $1650) and drove good with no problems the first day. Two days later on Saturday (01/16/2005) it started missfiring and just running bad and not drivable. I limped it down to D&L to hopefully have him look at it. He was very hesitant to have his guy look at it. They looked at it and then sent me on my way, didn't offer to keep it or look into what was wrong. So it took me a hour to go 10 miles home to park the car. It sits in driveway broke down two days from purchase date.Thanks for a great experience, our family now has bought three cars from here, the first was my sisters mini van ($4200) that blew up motor 28 days after bought.so she was out the $4200 plus her car she traded in (that was a sign not to go back!) Then our two on 01/14/2016. The truck is running great with no issue's. Should have trusted my instincts, (remebering the sisters van) I knew it would go this way if the car didn't run right. I bought it, now it's my problem. Don't expect them to help you once your off the lot!!

I just bought a 2007 Ford Sport Trac and prior to the sell they took care of the small issues with the vehicle. Kind and courteous all around! I would buy another vehicle from them next time I need one and I also recommend them! Thank you!

Bought a $8000 Jeep Commander from them. Within 200 miles the engine was shot. Dale, the owner said he didn t make $50 on the deal, wasn t much concerned about the $8000 cash I just gave him for a piece of garbage. He would not do anything to help at all. Bad business!!

I was looking for a used vehicle and looked towards D&L for help. I did an online application and it told me that someone would get back to me shortly. This was a Tuesday. Nothing happened, so Friday I called them and completed yet another application over the phone and was told he would see what he could do and get back with me. Well it has been almost 2 weeks now and I have not heard nothing from them. Needles to say, I went elsewhere and now I am completely satisfied to be driving my.new used vehicle that Hank Graff in Durand helped me with. I sent in an online application and within an hour I got a response. The next day I went out and did some test driving vehicles. Within a week of contacting Graff I am now driving and awesome vehicle. Sorry D&L you lost a sale.

Horrible business!! Will scam every last cent out of you for a piece of junk car. Have never and will never buy a car from them. Highly recommend finding a different place to look for a vehicle.

Stopped to look at truckSpoke down to me as an ignorant person when I stated a few things about truck part. Did my homework about truck before I went.looked up costs and conditions that were wrong. Overpriced.Customer service horribleOwner and co worker had bad and rude attitude towards meTalked down and mocked what I stated about damaged truck /item they were selling.Not recommended to anyone especially femalesRude.

I will never recommend this place to anyone. I just paid over 850 for a brand new moped and got to drive it home. Next day when I tried to drive it all it kept doing is stalling out. Now it won't start at all. I have tried calling several times and get a fax machine. Talk about a lemon. I will make sure I tell all my friends and family and all over Facebook what a rip off this place is.

Do NOT give these people any of your money. They will lie to you while they look you straight in the eye and shake your hand like they were giving you a great deal. Truth is they sold us a piece of junk tied together with zip ties. Deceitful snakes is what they are. Stay away!

Bought 2 mopeds...one was fine other had an issue...brought back in day after buying, owner is a complete As##@le but the mechanic and sales man were very helpful...If you are thinking of coming here, I would recommend finding a different place...Problem was fixed but as I stated if you have to deal with this owner you will wish you never stepped foot at this buisness...

Horrible dealership. SOLD us a vehicle with disabled air bags which is illegal. When we contacted them about it they were rude and nasty. I specifically asked about the air bags and the guy lied to me and said they worked. Would not recommend this dealership.

This place is a joke. I just went to buy a car from them and they gave me a vehicle purchase agreement to give my bank. Then after I had everything in hand check and all they said they wouldn't sell it for that price and wanted 412 more dollars. Well let's just say they lost the sale and no one should go there.

Bought a car, 2 weeks later the transmission went out. The dealer would not help out in any way. Stated it was my problem. These people are a SCAM AND WILL NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL FOR 30 DAYS. Seeking an attorney at this time.

RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE!!I did read online that they have extremely poor service. Thought that maybe someone (either the customer or the sales person) was just having a bad day. NOPE!!! Sales guy was extremely rude and I walked out. If I could give negative stars, I would have.
