NO STARS! I only put 1 because you have to choose at least 1. Bass towing was supposed to get keys from Bob's tires before they closed, pick up cash for towing bill from us, and deliver our van to Nicks transmission. SORRY to say they did not get the keys, called us 4 times to try to find where we were located, and did not deliver it last night--or even first thing this morning. I had to call them. Was furious to find that they had done NOTHING after receiving CASH payment. DO NOT RECOMMEND and WILL NOT BE USING THEIR SERVICES IN THE FUTURE! WE SHOULD BE REFUNDED!!! THEY DID NOT KEEP THEIR END OF THE BARGAIN

Only gave 1 star because I had to give them something but I would have given them No stars as I called my roadside assistance for my teenager who had a flat around 9pm and was told Bass would be there in 45 minutes or less. After an hour of me waiting in my car behind my teenagers car both with hazards on, on the easiest main road to find I between 2 other main roads I called my roadside back, which called Bass and they said they were 10 minutes away. After waiting yet another 25 minutes I again called my roadside and they again called Bass who claimed they came down the road and couldn't find us. I mean come on 2 cars on the side of the road with hazards on REALLY. Anyway long story short they never showed we canceled them and are filling a complaint and ended up driving the car with the flat tire a half mile down the road to park it at a church. Nothing like spending almost 2 hours on the side of the road in the middle of the night. Would Never Ever recommend Bass to anyone as apparently the font care about helping people and get lost easy which leads them to just give up and not let anyone know. Not sure how they are even still in the towing business
