Need help with your vehicle? This is the place to go! I got wiper blades & the staff put them right on for me! When I needed a nee car battery thry also put it right in! They also will do a check engine diagnosis free if needed! Very helpful & handicap very friendly! Staff will come out to you if needed! Super service & friendly! Definately best place to go! I Highly recommend & go there.

Used to be my go-to but a few things have gone south. 1) their parts lookup system is increasingly inaccurate. Hard to trust it anymore. 2) prices went wacky. Used to be confident walking in that I could get a fair price on whatever quality level I wanted. Now it seems you have to order online, with a magic code, while parts are already on sale, clear your cookies and shop incognito, and then comparison shop very carefully. Too often, the price is much better elsewhere. Definitely don't buy anything universal like fluids, cleaner, filters. Those are much less expensive elsewhere. 3) stock status is not great. Simple stuff like spark plugs cannot be counted on. Sometimes you buy an item online and go to the store to pickup and they don't seem to know where the item is or if it's even in stock.Bottom line I no longer trust their prices or their knowledge. Whereas I used to walk in and fill a cart with everything I need, now I only use them for specific parts and only after careful online shopping. Amazon, Walmart and Napa get more business as a result.

Through all my experience of my whole life ever since I could remember these places I have never had a problem everybody is always helpful even when they're tired and cranky keep up the good work

a complete hit or miss but decent auto parts store. you are definitely rushed by some employees, specifically one, could name names but am not going to. he also is extremely rude and have caught him being completely lacking in care and empathy to upset customers, rushing through jobs, criticism left and right based on how much you know about cars, and reaks of b/o. read a code, told me i had an issue with my drivetrain which scared the heck out of me, then says it was my gas cap.on the other hand there s another employee who s incredibly kind. who takes care of you and who genuinely cares about the store. takes any request to find a part seriously and will bend over backwards to help you find a part. so, thank you to this guy.

My father's car broke down this weekend in Owosso. He was able to get it to Auto Zone. We returned with a trailer to pick the car up and the staff went above and beyond to help us. Timothy is the only name I remember, but everyone was so kind and helpful, making sure we had everything strapped down properly. We so greatly appreciate everything they did!

If I know what I need, I can get it. They are not much help with trying to diagnose problems....they are sales clerks. I sent my mother in with a specific part pulled up on their app and told her that's what I needed to fix her car. They argued with her that the part was incorrect for her car, which I absolutely knew it wasn't. Eventually they gave her the part I requested and it fit her car when I installed it later that day.

Timothy was really kind to me. He came out in the rain and helped me look at my fuses by hand. He explained how to tell if they're bad, helped me find all my fuse pannels, and never made me feel dumb for not knowing. It's hard to find that kind of employee. My experience was really good, and I'd come back again.

Andrew Is great. Tim, Jesse and more will get your part done with a smile and joke if you wish.Just don't buy bearings there as they are of poor quality but I've had good repairs with lots of other parts they have

Went to get my headlight replaced and the guy said he couldn't do it because you have to take off the bumper.... I'm guessing he didn't want to mess with it. Even I know you don't need to take off a bumper to change the light. Took it to Walmart and they had it changed in about 5 min. Thanks for nothing. I gave it 1 star but only because it won't let me post without a star.

Highly recommend this AutoZone! It has the best employees! Alex and Austin went above and beyond to help me with my windshield wipers. They not only installed my new wipers but also fixed them! Thank you so much guys!

The assistance I received today was beyond exceptional! They patiently helped me look for my old purchases on 4 different phone numbers, by name and store. While I was disappointed my purchase history has been scrubbed for my lifetime warranty on my Duralast Gold SM brakes, I haven't paid for pads in a while. I will be saving this receipt! Still my favorite parts store.

I had an issue with a tool rental deposit returned to my card. It has been more than a week.They were not very helpful. They told me it didn't specify going on my card and they blamed my credit card company and wouldnt refund me with cash. I'm not coming back and recommend avoiding them

Just went to get new windshield wipers. Had them put them on for me. My car decided to be difficult, but they stood out in the cold trying for longest time. Eventually they got me a different (better) pair of wipers, and gave me a discount for them! Truly awesome service! I will definitely come back here whenever I need something for my car !

I would like to thank Matthew for being honest with me today and changing my windshield wipers for me! Every time I go into the store in Owosso they are always kind and helpful. I tried to tip Matthew but they are not aloud to accept money. Just saying thank you is not enough. I so wish I could do something else for our people. They always have a smile on there faces. Thanks again Matthew!

The manager was amazing. The distributed cap on my boat broke and he looked to find a replacement personally. There wasn't a match but he tried to get me on the lake for Labor Day.

Great help. Manager will bend over backwards to help look up parts hunt them down for you. Even if tracked down elsewhere. Hes a good Joe. Earned my repeat business.

Never had a problem with AutoZone they always have what I need when I need it better than Advance Auto Parts where they will sell you something with no idea what they're talking about then you get it home and find out that it's the wrong part for the wrong vehicle store is always clean they're always staffed to meet your needs and very knowledgeable

Seeing as how I'm new to the area and I only used autozone in my previous city, I figured I'd continue to use the company. Seen it has great reviews and mostly positive feedback but after trying to call on 5 separate occasions I have given up on the Owosso location. No one has answered my phone calls. Anyone else have this problem? If so then the management needs to be made aware that the employees aren't capable of performing their job duties
