I called at 7:20 am on this snowy Monday for a jump start. AllStar Towing showed up less than 30 minutes later and saved my day!!! I appreciate you guys for your quick service and Christmas spirit!!! Thanks again!!!

Great experience! I can't thank these guys enough! When my front end started making a terrible noise I called around to price out a front end inspection. Everyone was busy and I can't say I was thrilled to be charged to have someone tell me it needed work when that was clear enough to me . I called All Star as a kind of last ditch effort knowing that they did some repairs but not the extent. Rick told me he was booked 3 days out but that he would determine the problem without an inspection fee. Compassionately he told me that if I got the truck to him he'd see if he had a quick moment at some point, to tell me what I was dealing with. Trying to get there the sound got worse and I was worried to drive it so I called him back and they had my truck on a flatbed and on its way to the shop within 25mins. Knowing how busy he was, I was shocked to get a call in just a few hours letting me know what happened and what was needed to get it taken care of. Not only did he squeeze me in to get the inspection done, but they had the work done and I picked it up the next morning. The tech was knowledgeable and friendly and explained the sounds I was hearing. When I paid for the work I asked for the tow to be billed separate so that I could submit it to the insurance company and Rick told me he didn't charge me for the quick tow. These guys were knowledgeable, affordable, and friendly. They were compassionate to my frustration and truly went above what I was expecting . Allstar Towing was very professional, quick to respond, and very very helpful. After our crash, they helped us work through our options, and drove us to a hotel where we could gather our thoughts, and pick up a rental the next morning. Even the next week they were helping us by sending a couple of small items that we had accidentally left behind. I can barely express my full gratitude for their help during what could have been a traumatic event. Thank you!

Today was my lucky day! I pulled into a grass lot to park at couldn t get out! Spinning wheels, no budging that van. Called Allstar for a tow, and they were there in 10 minutes. The driver got into my van, turned off the traction feature and pulled out. He showed me the traction button and DID NOT CHARGE ME!!!! Thanks a mail million!!!

I needed a tow a couple months back from my home. Allstar was here fairly quickly and towed my truck. They were very professional all the way through putting a new starter into my truck all within one day. Today I also needed my oil change and they was able to get my truck in right away. Excellent prices!!! Thank you AllstarI will be a returning customer very satisfied with the service I received.

I usually don t write reviews. However, I called to have my car towed, & they dropped it off at the wrong place. Called the dealership to see how my car was doing & was on the phone for 30 minutes while they were trying to locate my vehicle. Now I m having to take 2 days off of work because I don t have a vehicle & the first place they dropped it off to (which had my car for 24+ hours) didn t even fix my tire..

Best customer service I've ever had! Leaking antifreeze badly in owosso on my way back home to the other side of Lansing. They said it would cost a lot to tow that far so they said they'd tow it back to their shop to save me money. The owner came in and it was around 930pm and got me back in the road. Did the work fast and very reasonable. Very happy with their service and I will highly recommend this company. Very friendly and helpful! Thank you!!Service: Local hauling

Edit: I m not sure how frozen the ground is when we just buried my emotional support dog in our yardI really appreciated when they picked up my bfs car that they drove through my back yard and over my well! Fun fact: in the country our drain field and septic are right next to our house and if you drive over it there s the possibility of them breaking and it can cost up to $5000 or more. Who just drives in someone s yard? I can t wait to spend my time in the cold trying to hide the tracks so I don t get yelled at all day. Also another super fun fact: we have a literal turn around in our drive way, and I m a 110 lbs girl that can push the car myself. So you can t tell me you couldn t have pushed it back the 10 ft needed or DROVE it in reverse 10ft instead of THROUGH THE YARD. Thank you. I really appreciate itServices: Car towing, Local hauling

Highly recommend! I am extremely happy with the service I received from a gentleman named Mike , he was very polite and professional. Prices were very reasonable and he kept me updated throughout the entire process. I actually had my van towed by them twice within 48 hours after it broke down on I-94E , the first time it was towed to a shop and I was told the motor was no good anymore so I decided to bring it back home to Toledo,Oh so I called the same company . Mike was my driver and again he was very helpful he even went out of his ways to help me park my van inside my driveway . I ve read a couple reviews and I won t lie , I was a bit afraid at first but after the service I experienced myself I am very great full for them and no this isn t a fake review, if it helps someone then by all means .Services: Special vehicle towing, Long distance hauling

We didn't appreciate how the driver went through the yard to get the car turned around, there is literally a turn around built into the driveway itself. This brought a lot of conncern from my gfs family, who have to work very hard to maintain that yard, and had recently put in a new well underneath the area that was driven over .This was very unnecessary and unprofessional, and left my girlfriend and her mother very upset.Edit there was barely more than a dusting of snow, if your driver couldn't tell where the yard is please get new drivers. It's not safe to have blind people driving.Service: Car towing

Always been super customer oriented. I broke down yesterday and their tow guy was out there within minutes. Fixed the next day.But the best thing about All Star is their customer service. I been to a couple different mechanics around Owosso and they've always been somewhat stuck up when discussing what's wrong with my vehicle. But not Rick and his crew. They were great.I own O. Marie's downtown and if Rick or anyone on his crew want a treat they can come on down and I'll be happy to get them something special.Great guys.

BIG SHOUT OUT!I recently locked my keys in my vehicle, and after failed attempts with OnStar to unlock my vehicle, I googled roadside assistance near me. Rick, took my call and came to my rescue. He arrived to my vehicle, less than 10 minutes, after speaking with him.He was extremely speedy, professional, kind, and unlocked my vehicle with in less than a minute.If you need any roadside assistance I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Allstar Towing and Repair. I got my van stuck in the middle of copas road, andgot it stuck 'real good'. I called Rick on Thursday evening and he assured me that he could get it out the next morning. He quoted me a price on Thursday evening and kept his word on that price. He and his son used a military truck and pulled my van out just as he promised. Thank you rick and son! Wonderful Outstanding Service. Tuesday evening 1/17 left found I had a flat tire and needed help to get to a tire repair shop before they closed for the evening. This gentleman put an air tank in the back of his personal truck because his other trucks were already busy taking care of other situations. After he aired up the tire he made sure I made it to the Budget Tire Center to get the tire repaired. Excellent Customer Service.

The young man who came to unlock my moms car offered to do it free of charge, and even offered to come right then if it was an emergency. He told her she didnt even have to come outside, and this was just because he knew they were staying in a hotel. He had no idea that they were staying in a hotel because of a total loss house fire. Would highly HIGHLY recommend calling them for ANY lockout or service you may need. The compassion they showed my mom says a lot about their character.Service: Car lockouts

Couldn't ask for a nicer place. My sons car broke down 2.5 hours from home and Brian was nice enough to go pick up the car but did the repair and came in on a Saturday so we could pick it up! Highly recommend this business if you're ever in his area.

I would recommend this company to anyone! Rick especially gets a 5 star for helping me through this accident with these snowy roads. The fact that he was more helpful than the police officer is hands down deserves more than 5 star rating. Thanks again for getting me safe and my car taken care of!
