I'm usually happy to go here. My entire family was. We brought in a car that was given from are passed away relitive. Gave us a list of lies,2000 dollars worth of lies. Web bought all the parts to return them from another place. Wow, plus a fake video saying are ballpoint and frame was shot. Just got shown under grandpas car. I'm so mad wasn't even are car in the video. was priced 400 and returning on a bunch of parts. I don't know what happened? With this business. But what a scam. Staying away and all are family is as well. The family have been going for years. Your loss. You should not lie to people.

Always professional and friendly. They never cheat me or tell me I need something done when I don't. I was even sure I needed new brakes once, Matt checked them and assured me they were fine. I appreciate their honesty and integrity.I take my car to them for EVERYTHING, even oil changes!

They make you feel more like a friend and the job they do is awesome! What we like about them is they are very knowledgeable and explain what is wrong and ask you if you want the old parts! The are very reasonable and let you know how much it is before hand! We are very satisfied with the work they did on our 2005 Ford Escape, we definitely will go back to them with our vehicles !!

This place moved from Allegan to Otsego fortunately not too far down m-40. Great prices and they really know there stuff. Would definitely recommend and like always will be back for my next car repair/ oil change.

They really are trying, but we've made several trips and spent $680 in repairs and the serpentine belt just won't stay on. Normally they are an amazing shop that fixes within your budget and make things right!

I've used them twice, fair pricing. Most recently my door pins getting replaced. The paint on the outside of my door got destroyed.
