Been doing business with Harrington's for a few years. In fact, both kids take their vehicles there. Harrington's have been directly involved with cooling systems, exhaust, A/C, suspension, brakes and ignition systems on the vehicles. They have been very open, honest and have perform very well over the years. They come highly recommended from my entire family.

Harrington s saved me $1000 today!! I took my VW Atlas here to have the breaks done because another mechanic told me that pads and rotors needed to be replaced. I apparently was lied to and I m glad I trusted my gut and asked for another opinion. My breaks have a ton of life left, and I know where I ll be taking my car in the future. Thank you so much for being honest and trustworthy!!!

My husband and I have taken both our vehicles here for service a few times. Absolutely the best in town! They are friendly, helpful and affordable.

I was very happy with the service we received. Everyone was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I was stressed out when I dropped my car off but they were reassuring and kind and I walked away with a smile. Thank you so much. I will definitely recommend them and will return as well.

They have been reliable and good to us. We even have some strange things that no one else will touch except for the dealer. I will Defenitly continue to use them. Mark is usually very helpful and really honest. We had other shops look at things and couldn't even start the car sending another one today hopefully everything goes good.

I know nothing about cars, but I do know a place that doesn't make me feel stupid, even when I ask any questions. Harrington's is friendly, competent, and reasonable. This is my repair place.

Didn t actually end up doing buisness together however the owner did reach out to me to inquire bout my experiences there which I thought was really kool. Seems like a decent reliable repair facility!!

I have been going to Harrington's for car issues for about 20 years. They have always been great to work with. For example, I had a flat tire late on Friday and they were closing up the shop when I called. Mark had me bring the tire in first thing Monday morning. By 10am they had already squeezed my tire into their schedule. It couldn't be repaired, but they discussed my options and helped me make the most reasonable decision and then had my vehicle ready the next day.I will definitely be going back again and again with each of my vehicles. Todd, Mark and the team are great!

Thee BEST Place in Plainwell Area!Amazing Customer Service!Excellent Quality Workmanship!Best Prices in the Area!!!Mark and Todd Rock!I Cannot Say Enough Good Things About these Guy's and The Business!I Would Give Them 10 Starts if I could!!!They Fixed my A/C in one day!AND for $500 Less Than the Other Guy up the street!If you have ANY issues with your Vehicle...Go See Mark or Todd....They Will Hook You Up!!!

Honestly the best experience we have had with a repair shop. Always greeted with a smile and friendly service. Expected to be without a car for a few days but they had a new drive axel put on within 3 hours of me dropping it off. Honestly, Harrington s is one of the few places around here who are friendly AND honest! Go in for an oil check, you ll get that plus extra knowledge. They ll always do a decent search around to make sure your car is stable and there s no immediate dangers. And they never go ahead and just fix something without calling or communicating first. They re professional and busy with the attitude of getting stuff done while being honest with customers and can even give quotes to you. Easy to contact, and depending on your situation, they can really get you in and out!

Mark is a great person to be running this business. I was referred to Harrington's after Bell Tire tried to take advantage of me and charge me over $500 dollars in parts that turned out to be just a tire alignment. Mark does Honestly care about his customers and does not overcharge. He evaluates what needs to be fixed and charges a fair price. If my vehicle ever needs work in the future, I will be back to Harrington's and would recommend anyone to do the same.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I was having some problems with my car where I didn t have power steering whenever I would start my car and I m so glad that you guys fixed it!! Mark is such a sweet a relatable guy and I love coming here whenever I have car troubles. I love Harringtons and wont go anywhere else. They've fixed both of our family cars, honest, reasonably priced (lowest when I called around) and do great work. They also have helped when I just had some questions. (At another place I was charged an hour of labor just to tell me what was wrong, when I told them what was wrong already.) Thanks for being great! Shout out to Mark and his great customer service

Mark has been more than helpful any time I have needed something. Today I called asking for a last minute help and he didn t even make me make an appointment, just helped me despite their very busy schedule. They have always treated me with kindness and respect and explained what is going on and how they will fix it.Can t recommend this place enough, feels like I m getting help from a group of really nice Dads.Service: General repairs & maintenance

When I lived in Lansing, I would make the trip to Harrington's for any work I needed done on my car. Mark is always so friendly and flexible. My lack of automotive knowledge has been taken advantage of at other places where they have oversold me for basic maintenance on my car. These guys genuinely care about their clients and have never tried to up-sell me on anything. If you want a place that is honest, friendly, and fairly priced, Harrington's is the place to go!

It's hard to find good honest, dependable mechanics that won't rip ya off. This place is all that and then some. we've taken our car to this place for 20yrs and never been disappointed. We did try other for a moment and they just didn't measure up. This is truly the best shop around .you get full service with a friendly smile and no gimmicks.

I would like to thank Todd an Mark, for all they did to my car, got me in the same day. Mark called an let me know they got the parts an price. They will work on my car from now on. Took my car for a recall for air bags in Kalamazoo, when I picked up my car they said there was a problem underneath it would b over 400.00 an wasn't safe to drive. Harrington's does great work! Mark is great and does a great job getting work done. Also is great with explaining the work if need be. Highly recommend!
