My boyfriend and I have had work done on multiple vehicles at Rearick s. Their pricing is fair and competitive and their work is prompt and honest. They have always been on top of communicating every minor detail with us. On top of all of that, they are very nice people - could hang out at their shop and talk with them all day if they didn t have so much work to do. All around an awesome family operated business. Highly recommend Rearick s to everyone!

Took my daughter's car in for brakes and they were very helpful in checking other maintenance items so she is safe on the road. Didn't try and up sell me on any service, but educated me on what to watch for. *WARNING*Rearicks Truck and Trailer Plus, Osseo Michigan, was hired more than 1 year ago, April 2022, by Black Widow Logistic Specialists LLC to do an in-frame on my 2004 International 9400i. Lein Against Ttle filed April 2023I, was a newly established, single tractor, 100% American Woman Owned trucking company. I had my semi towed to their previous location in April 2022. In-person spoke with Curtis Rearick emphasizing urgency and need to complete the repairs as agreed so I could fulfill the asphalt contract I had in place for the 2022 season.After a few weeks i was notified Rearicks was unable to locate the required kit to complete the in-frame due to it being on backorder. I located, purchased out of my pocket, traveled 8 hours to expedite providing the kit to Rearicks at their repair shop on May 4, 2022. May 2022 I was informed several times additional parts were required. I again located each, purchased out of my pocket, and had all parts delivered overnight directly to Rearicks.I again emphasized the urgency and spoke with Curtis Rearick about the already exceeded time-line agreed.Failure to complete the in-frame continued. I lost my contract. Lost monies spent for insurance, hiring of a driver, uniforms, banking, software, etc.Due to failure to repair as agreed and out of pocket cost paid for parts provided, I was unable to put a down payment on a second semi I had obtained financing for to fulfill the contract I had signed.I was put out of business by Rearicks Truck and Trailer Plus.In addition, at some point Rearicks relocated their physical place of business. I was not notified. Rearicks transported my semi tractor with the motor open to their new location.In March 2023 (nearly a year later) I was informed though a by a third party communication with Allison Rearick the repair was complete and storage fees were being charged at $80 per day dating back to the date the repairshad beencompleted.No direct contact was made. No invoice received. Yet, April 2023 Lein Against Title filed by Rearicks to foreclose and take ownership of my semi.I have since requested to verify repairs and photograph my semi to post and sell. My requests were denied.

Will go no where else for my mechanical needs. Helpful, honest, and knowledgeable, Rearicks is hands down the best mechanic in Hillsdale. Did I mention affordable?
