Very happy with service, they fit me in, and got my fifth wheel 4 new tires and on the road in a hour and half. And price was great. Highly recommend this tire store. Would definitely do business with them again. Thanks again

So I took my car in for a front-end alignment, they said should be about an hour. After waiting 2 hours I returned to the shop and paid the bill. I assumed all went well. This is where I was wrong. My passenger side tyre began to make noise, after a few miles on the way home it began to shake violently. When I pulled into my driveway I pulled off my rim covers and to my dismay I had 2 lug nuts missing and then other 3 ( I have a 5 lug pattern) were barely holding the wheel on. This was late at night so I could not contact the shop. I will be returning today to make a formal complaint. I will not return here nor will I recommend it.

Was just super disrespectful to my mother over the phone, refused to set up an appointment for an alignment check, told her if it ain't puling don't worry about it lil lady, and when informed we just put new set of tires on and want to protect the investment, we were given the completely wrong information that you shouldn't replace all four tires on an AWD vehicle. What a bunch of fools and now I know to stay away and tell everyone in this small how town how they treat people over the phone.

Friendly and honest. They checked out my SUV for me and let me know that the repairs that I was there for were not necessary and explained and even showed me the real cause of the problems I was having and gave me an estimate on those repairs instead of charging me for something I didn't need done. Prices were WAY under the average prices that I found searching on line. I will be getting all my repairs done here and strongly recommend them to anybody who wants honest quality work at a fair price.

Had a ball joint fail while visiting Oscoda. Stopped at Hart's and Jim the Owner fit me in, did quality work for a fair price. Very friendly service

We were visiting the area on vacation and had a tire noise develop on our vehicle. Jimmy took the time to check it out and squeeze in a tire rotation. Very professional, good quality, and fair pricing. I genuinely wish their shop was in my home town. Hart tire took a difficult and challenging issue and worked hard to resolve it and did. My jeep is now running great. Their prices were more than fair. They exceeded my expectations and treated me respectful and courteously. They are my ho to place. I paid attention to the other costumers that brought in problems and perceived problems and the addressed their issue and did it at very honest prices when the clueless costumer could have been taken for a lot if money.They are a honest repair shop which is rare.

The owner was very friendly and helpful! He took great care in getting snow tires for both my son's vehicle and my mini van. Excellent tires and very pleased with his attention to a quality product.

My brake line on my truck broke the Monday afternoon of Independence Day week. I was 150 miles from home at our family cabin in Sid Town.Not being from the area I called a few places but none had room for us. We called Hart Tire and Jim got me in on Tuesday. He fixed my line so I would have my truck to take our family fishing and tubing on the 4th. I was a hot day and he was scrambling to get all his customers taken care of on time. The price was reasonable as well.Thanks so much to Jim and his fellow staff at Hart Tire for getting us out of a jam. Really appreciate your service!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. This was without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had with a car place. I took my girlfriends car there when I had a problem I could not fix right before Christmas and they said that they would probably try and troubleshoot the issue. None of that was done. Christmas plans were ruined. And as of today it has been exactly one month since we took the car in. A few times I stop by to see how progress was going and not only was the car not in the shop but there was about a foot of snow on it a clear sign that nothing had been done and no effort has been made. Do not go to these guys. Complete waste of time and money.Update: took the car to complete auto and they fixed it in a day. go there not here.

Been there several times now. The bill always falls way short of what I expect it to be, and they're pretty quick too. Very friendly staff as well. Would recommend.

I was told it would take 45 minutes for a 5 minute flat repair and when I came back it was STILL in the same spot I left it. When someone finally came out of the repair area he said, "is this yours?" It was another 30 minutes before they even looked at it and that was only b cause I asked about it. I will never waste my time here. Worst customer service ever.

Jim, Jimmy, and James have always treated me fairly, I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else in the area. I was on vacation brakes went out on my truck said it would take 1 day to replace the brake line took 4 days. When i got home had to have it done over because of all the kinks in the line and it was leaking. Worse experience

Awsome got brand new tires at walmart and less then a month one was totally flat it was fast and easy to fix I was on a time limit to my obgyn and only cost 14$ to plug my new tire love this place!

My tire was low on air and Jim figured out how to air in my tire and how to turn the mode off on the dashboard. During it pouring down in the rain, At no cost & kept his sense of humor while he was getting wet. I definitely recommend Hart Tire

They don't play games with you. They find problem let you know what it is and tells you price. They are very honest and will work with you. I never had a problem with them
