Excellent customer service, fast turn around time and quality service. The staff are very kind and compassionate and helped us fix our flat tire right after business hours on a Friday on Memorial day weekend! Prices are reasonable and we will be always be thankful for their willingness to help and save our vacation. They really cared about us!

Got in to a local campground on Friday afternoon. Drove my pickup over Saturday morning. Had a ride lined up so I was able to drop it off. Called Monday morning, was given a diagnosis, and price. The owner of the campground, Norm gave me a ride to pickup the truck at noon. Very fast service, with a fair price. I feared a lot worse and and thankful for both the campground, and the Nala shop

Way to pricey just got my van done and they charged me double what they said it was gonna cost. Forgot to order the same parts twice. And also wrote it out phone number down wrong. So took longer for our van to be done.

Our car broke down while at the Porcupine Mountain State Park. They tested our battery and helped us diagnose the problem. Turned out to be an alternator. They overnighted it. Knowing that we were stranded 6+ hours away from home and needed to return ASAP, they pulled the bad alternator and got everything prepped the night before so that once the overnighted part came, they could quickly put it in and have our car ready for us...which they did by 9:00a.
