Called and in dire need for a part and the guys there found a way to get me the part asap! They are so wonderful and such a lifesaver!! They have a customer for life! Thank you for having such friendly and caring staff!!

My first visit went well. Very reasonable charge for an oil change. I ll be returning for all future maintenance. This business is run professionally, the staff was respectful, the wait wasn t long.

Mechanics are always knowledgeable and they get the work done in a timely manner. Ed is a super nice guy. I never feel like they are trying to pull a fast one on me. The parts side is equally as good. Customer service is great and if they don't have what I need they can usually get it the next day.

Great place the owner helped me out making a hydraulic hose and he listened to my problem and decided to make it a little bit longer than the one i brought in and i tried it out infact i did need it to be the same length and he had no problem to make it shorter. I appreciate them for trying and fixing the hose for me. Thank you

Great local automotive shop with fair prices.My hometown shop for all your car needs, they set you up with accounts, give you good deals, help you out, can get things ordered quickly for you if needed, my family is friends with the owner it s a great spot I would recommend them over any other shop

Always a good place to take your vehicle when the $$$ light is on. Haven't had any problems with any vehicles after they leave here. May be a day or two before you can get appointment but that's only because of the good work they do that keeps them busy. But you don't have to take my word for it.

Dropped my car off for overnight service due to tire problems. Received a call and diagnosis first thing in the morning. Car was quickly repaired and returned to me.Great service.Thank you.

Took a tire in to have it fixed it had a slow leak after they fixed it drove to my job in Jackson to come out to a completely flat tire yes the one they fixed

Excellent Personal service for parts and repairs , going Above and Beyond what is Expected ...Even on Vintage cars and imports and heavy Equipment and small engines stuff. Service is unparalleled, Knowledge in parts unprecedentedSO.. I Keep driving out to Onsted for repairs, and p/u parts at their local store in Adrian....when My son took his Jaguar there the last time ,we saw there were more 3 being serviced there at the time...WHAT DOES THAT TELL YA ? WowKeep up the Outstanding Service

Have had nothing but great service with Hubbard's...might take a few days to get you in, they are usually pretty busy...but once they have your vehicle it's very timely...highly recommend

Man at counter was easy go work with a woman at the brooklyn branch said they didnt make that part hubbards found it said they could have it next day need to cross train at speedway in brooklyn,a nd bring her up to speed

If for some crazy reason you haven't already stopped into Hubbard's Auto Repair, located in Onsted, MI, I urge you to do so the next time you find yourself needing parts for your vehicle. They have a little of everything in-store from windshield wipers, detail cleaning products, to spark plugs, parts for small engines, boat motors, and tractorThey even have the neatest antique tractor on display inside for you to check out while your there

UPDATE 2/14/23 brought my car in to have it checked told them had a burnt out fog lite 85$dollars latter had it fixed 60+$ for labor think service managers would have called for that much money for lite 1.5 stars

Their prices are too high! Went here for a diagnostics test and was charged $50! Should have went to autozone and got one for free.
