Took my 2017 Honda Civic in for a routine oil change today. The gentleman here are extremely nice, and the most professional I have ever seen in a quick stop oil change location. They are extremely thorough, and ensure you know exactly what is going on, and being done with your vehicle. They make constant call outs to the people down below, which really limits the chance for mistakes. These guys are rockstars and need some praise.Edit: I went on vacation the day after I posted this. After about 15 minutes of driving, I heard a very loud grinding sound. When they did my oil change, they didn t re-install my rock guard underneath my engine bay properly, and that caused a massive delay in my vacation, and now I have to take my car into the shop to get it serviced for all the damage that was done due to this negligence. The company refuses to return my calls, or give me any kind of information. I am moving forward with legal action against the company as a whole. My car is brand new, and hasn t been serviced in any way since I purchased it 3 months ago. So this isn t something that has been an issue, this is sheer worker negligence, and managers covering up mistakes.Service: Oil change

Fantastic experience, very friendly staff who are patient and not pushy at all for the extra services. Call ahead and get a coupon texted to you to save money on your oil change. Best experience I've had so far with my jeep in 3 years (first time I've got somewhere other than a dealership) and they know more than all the dealerships I've been to.

My card wasn t working and I was a tad short on cash, so the guy gave me a free coupon that made my oil change affordable. Whatta gem. Was also very quick. I d definitely recommend this place.

Nina, Kal, and Frankie are all-stars. These three helped me with an oil change, a transmission flush, and new wiper for my car. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I ve never once felt comfortable getting my oil changed. Typically the guys that assist me use language about my car that I don t understand, assert pressure to replace parts in my car that work fine, and don t have a great explanation for why they need replaced. Kal, Nina, and Frankie made me feel the most informed I ve EVER felt about my vehicle s well-being, and promoted an inclusive experience for me to feel like I could ask questions. They were all so personable and efficient with my time. I will never go to another place again!Services: Transmission, Oil change

Took my jeep in for an oil change a few weeks back. That night all the oil was on the ground in the parking lot. I had it towed to a repair shop. They found that the oil filter gasket had a fold in it when it was installed. I paid to have the oil change done again and to clean the oil off the bottom of the vehicle.I returned their valvoline survey promptly with my story. I got no response. So i submitted a claim a few weeks later...........which was denied. They said they did nothing wrong.

SCAM!!! This place is an absolute joke! Do not go here if it s your last option! I took in my Nissan which has regular inspections from Nissan. I had to come here being the only oil change open on Sunday in Okemos and leaving town this morning. Getting there and the run down the guy goes your back left tire has a leak it won t hold air. I could see in his face it was a lie and I let him know I would of got a alert from my car. Never having a problem with the tire and driving here 5 mins away from home I shoulda left right than. He keeps trying to make jokes and the whole time it feels sketchy. I woke up this morning loaded up my family and when I turnt on the car it said check tire pressure. I get out and sure enough my tire is flat to the ground with a clear break off on the air sprout that wasn t natural. Do Not Go Here!!!!Service: Oil change

Thanks for not tightening my oil filter all the way after a $120 oil change. Nice big oil patch in my driveway now and $1000 worth of other resulting engine damages. You guys really know how to kill a motor.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This place always does a good job with my car. Today Nina went above and beyond to replace my cabin air filter. It was hard to get to but she was tenacious and a problem solver, she finessed it and replaced it! There were a few big jobs that all came in at once so there was a line, but Nina s team kept good attitudes and worked hard to get the jobs done right.

Took over 3 hours to get my oil changed. And on top of that they broke my washer fluid cap without offering any sort of partial refund or anything, telling me it would just be 1 or 2 dollars to replace and it cost $13 when I got to a parts store.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I highly recommend this place. I was in and out of there quickly, the staff were polite and professional, and they even found a coupon for me. I like that while they mentioned other possible services, they did not push and were real about what wasn t really necessary at this time. Truly the worst oil change experience I ve ever encountered. Took over 70 minutes to get into the bay even though I was only behind one car. Two lanes open but only one mechanic working. Beyond slow service.

I come here for regular oil changes and always have a nice time. Recently my car's AC went out and this location was the only one that had a certified AC technician working at the time. My AC was recharged at a much lower cost than I had anticipated and the service was lovely as usual! I really appreciate how the mechanics talk to you about what's going on with your car instead of leaving you in the dark.

I've been to this location multiple times and I've had average experiences at best except for my last visit, it was truly terrible. Ethan and Kip were very disrespectful about the potential work that needed to be done on my car. Including the list of repairs that I should get done after 100k miles I don't know how many times I have told them I have checked or serviced my differential fluids, trans fluid, and transfer case with someone else yet they still insist I have them get the work done, apparently they can't put that into their computer systems. I'll happily spend my money elsewhere.

I was in a mega tight time crunch, rolled up, asked if I was possible to get me in and out within this amount of time so I could make another appt scheduled. They said "we should!;" I pulled into the bay and they had me in and out in record time! Even though they were speedy, they were still thorough! I was beyond impressed!

Do no hesitate. If you re in need of an oil change or tire rotation, take your vehicle here immediately. Manager Adam was able to accommodate my unique tire rotation. Tire master Ethan got the job done. Believe me it wasn t an easy job. He had to deal with heavy tires. Ethan was not only professional he was nice. Damian checked me in/out he was a joy to chat with. The guys were quick and friendly the only thing that annoyed me was they told me they checked my tires to make sure they were at the correct PSI. I knew one of my tires was low going in, when he had me turn on my car I noticed the light and reading on my dash was still going off saying low tire pressure and measuring at the same number as when I had entered. I questioned him on this twice and he assured me all the tires had been done... They had not. I have a 40 mile drive home from this location, I only chose it because I work in Okemos. The tire pressure never went up and ended up having to pay for air separately. They get four starts for a friendly staff, speed, and convenience. I took away a star due to unreliable service.

Told them I needed the drivers side running lamp pulled as the bulb had blown. They then pull out the passenger side, say it looks fine, and then tell me I don t know what I m talking about. Loved how they then walked around talking about me and my car like I wasn t there. Will not be using that station again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I brought my car in for an oil change on Saturday and while most of my experience was good, the tech ripped my air filter while trying to sell me a replacement. He quickly dropped the filter out of view and would not acknowledge the tear. Damaging a part you are trying to get me to replace is not a good sales tactic, nor is denying the damage you caused. I have to replace the filter now but refuse to give this place any more of my money. I would not recommend using this establishment.

This was the first time I've gotten an oil change where they didn't try to up-sell me on all of the other things they have to offer. I appreciated that! Maybe the person wasn't doing his job correctly by NOT offering them to me but I usually say no to everything anyway so the up-sell is wasted on me. They did a great job with the oil change and I was in and out in no time!

Very helpful staff, though they will try to upsell you on fluid changes, filters, etc. However they are not overly pushy and were very friendly and respectful. Would recommend for anyone needing a quick oil change or tune up. Seemed very knowledgeable, easy going and comfortable environment.Of note, they could not change the transmission fluid on my 2012 Subaru Legacy because it was sealed. Therefore if needing repairs or service beyond the basics (oil change, tire rotation, etc) would recommend taking to a more traditional mechanic or dealership.

Fast and friendly service. They did an oil change and a fuel injector cleaner treatment. Gave me recommendations, but weren't pushy about it at all. If you're looking for a quick oil change, this is a good place to stop.
