First time visited on 7/19. My experience wasn't that great. Lee was very helpful during my visit. He is very much experienced, professional, helpful and kind.I was asked to setup an appointment and it was quick 'n easy! When I dropped off the vehicle, decided to wait at lobby. That was good and I was quickly informed about what needs to be serviced during this visit. As the service going to take sometime, I was dropped off at home!Evening when I picked up my vehicle, it was good. But the next day I started noticing oil smell while driving /stopping at lights. Checked under the hood and noticed some kind of liquid splash happened. Also, where ever I parked the car, I was making oil puddles. The same day I took my car back and did not get a great response from service department and asked to setup another appointment... I was a bit frustrated!! I had to call the service department several times and of course I called Lee and left a VM.I was able to get the next day appointment and the same day morning Lee also responded... I really appreciate his help and got a chance to drop off my vehicle early. He was able to see the issue with the service. The service personnel had to clear the mess happened under the hood and then top off the oil spilled out. I was told that, this could have been happened due to a bad part (I am not sure what is that about to do with such a messy splash and leak)Though my car got fixed and told that the oil smell would go away in couple of days ONLY. Also, the oil spill totally messed up with my garage floor and the same case if I would have parked on drive way or the street.My overall experience is Moderate only & Lee was very helpful. Hopefully no such experiences in the future!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Quick and efficent, waiting area filled with seats and drinks, staff provides constant estimates, and updates. Reliable wifi and was able to get work done. Not many desk areas, so plan to work on your lap or arm of a couch, but doable and cozy.

Service is second to none. Very polite and friendly and never try to sell you thing's you don't need. Always a pleasure to go there

This place is great.I have never had a bad experience ever.Very accommodating.Thanks to all there work.Fantastic.If your Honda needs help they got you covered.Also have a very clean and comfy waiting areas.

I stopped in to set the appointment for my wife to get our car serviced. When she took the car in, they had no idea why she was there. After she got home, I checked the oil and it was 3/4 of a quart low. They left greasy hand prints on the wheels from the rotation. They talk a good game but seem unable and unwilling to deliver.

I was visiting family in Lansing and my 2019 CR-V had a perplexing problem. Lee and the guys in the service department were extremely helpful and did a fantastic job figuring out what was wrong.

I rarely have a good experience with any dealership service departments. I find the service writers rude and uninviting. That's what I encounter at this visit to capital honda. Won't be back.

Every time I go in for an oil change it is suggested I need several hundred dollars of repairs. I want to care properly for my Honda Accord but I get a feeling of over suggestion of necessary repairs
