Jonah is always professional and punctual with providing service, even when it s an emergency. Knowing that I had to suddenly leave the state for a family emergency, he and his team picked my vehicle up from my residence and dropped off completing all service prior to my return. His and his team s diligence in communicating effectively during my travel is noteworthy. I continue to recommend others to contact him for all their vehicle needs.

Phenomenal expertise and guidance throughout the entire process of order demand, allocation, configuring and delivery. Over the past two years Jay has gone above and beyond to ensure the car of my dreams was delivered. On a side note, I chose Porsche Experience Center Delivery in Atlanta and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Truly a bucket list item if you've never done a euro or PEC delivery. Cannot wait to do it again!!! Thanks so much for making this happen Jay.

Nick Parks did a great job helping us find a car. There was no pressure as he let us lead the search rather than trying to push us in any particular direction. I usually sell my old cars outright, but the trade-in offer was fair and made it worth avoiding the hassle of selling it myself. I m completely satisfied with the sales experience.

My sales Rep and teacher was Cameron Ball his skill to navigate the many features of my BMW x-7 was amazing ! BMW of Okemos/Serra Group and its people were immediately responsive when I inquired about a used vehicle through its website. Within 24 hours I was doing a test drive and signing a purchase agreement. Everyone was welcoming. I felt valued as a customer. Brian Thompson was my salesperson. He was friendly, genuine, patient, informative and helpful every step of the way. I highly recommend him and this dealership!

Chuck (in the service department) is always super friendly, very responsive and extremely accommodating. Makes getting my BMW service a stress-free, even enjoyable, experience!Jonah was fantastic! He went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience.Brian was very responsive, super friendly and helped get me into my new BMW iX XDrive50 on a tight timeline... Basically he got me into it just hours after it came off of the truck! As always, the team at Serra BMW in Okemos was thorough, communicative and easy to work with. I always feel appreciated as a customer there. Actually, my past experiences with Serra BMW were a significant factor in me choosing to buy another BMW.

Exquisite. The new 992GTS is my 11th Porsche 911 and my 15th Porsche. Three of my Porsches were bought through Jay and 6 through Serra (Okemos Auto). I have dealt with Porsche sales people in 4 states, including Florida and New Jersey. Jay is by far the best Porsche agent and marketing manager I have had the pleasure of working with. He loves the brand, understands it, is technically sound, is sensitive to the needs of the customer, is creative, and is responsive around the clock. One of my regrets in my move to Florida is that Jay remains in Michigan.

Jessica is awesome. I had an issue with my 2022 GLE 450 that two other dealers had not been able to fix. She was persistent and was able to locate and fix the problem. I have had a number of BMW and Lexus vehicles and Serra s service is better than any of those dealers. I can honestly say that I will purchase my next vehicle from Serra because of Jessica and the Serra service team. She really cares that her customers are satisfied and that is rare nowadays. I really appreciate that.

I'll make this short and sweet. Marshall at the Mercedes side is top notch no nonsense, a great sales experience. The service department is beyond excellent and fixed what I thought could not be fixed, it's a long story. I will definitely be buying my next SUV from these folks. The genius at BMW was awesome! Owy figured out how to resolve my issue within minutes.The backstory is the dealership I purchased my car from could not. He made sure I met the tech who checked my tires, the tech then proceeded to make sure I met a service advisor to schedule my next service.We have purchased 3 cars from the dealership and I can honestly say they have stepped up their service level tremendously. Everyone was engaged in the customer service process!

Dian was phenomenal and making sure I had first priority on the vehicle and walked me through every step of the process. He answered all questions quickly, promptly and honestly. Furthermore, he was an advocate for me when a possible issue came up (it ended up being only a blown fuse but Dian made sure I would be covered no matter what the issue was). Highly recommend Dian!

Ryan was the perfect representative for us. He understood quickly what we were looking for, found a vehicle we hadn't known about, and had us off on a test drive almost immediately. The purchase process was simple and easy to follow. And Ryan has been available to answer any questions we've had about our vehicle.
