I purchased a brand new GT3 from Porsche Okemos. The sales staff and team are beyond exceptional. Jake Walker provided the best delivery experience I have ever had buying a new car, especially on one of this caliber. He has earned a long term customer ! Highly recommended !

Purchased my second Porsche from Jay Douglas and the team at Porsche Okemos. Truly a fantastic buying experience. Jay and the team are exceptionally knowledgeable of the product, and go out of their way to make it a pleasurable experience.If you are thinking about buying a Porsche, I can without hesitation recommend reaching out to Jay. He was also extremely helpful in helping me configure my car; not an easy task when ordering a Porsche. I am looking forward to enjoying my new 911 GTS.

I've purchased several cars online from Porsche dealers and non-Porsche dealers. Transactions online require courtesy, patience and honesty. Jake Walker of Porsche Okemos exhibited all three characteristics. Other assisting personnel at the dealership, Jay Douglas and David Mendoza, were also outstanding in their contributions to a very successful purchase of a nearly new Porsche vehicle. The whole organization is first class and top-notch. If you need a new or used Porsche, or perhaps another marque, do not buy until you visit Porsche Okemos!

Porsche Okemos, Paula, Jay, Jake, John and everyone I dealt with all were wonderful. Paula was so kind and made our visits delightful. Jay & Jake kept me updated on my order and helped me build one of my favorite cars made. I had a fantastic experience. I was very pleased with my purchase & ordering process. Jay made it very simple for me when we put together the package deal for my Porsche Macan. The vehicle came in right on time like Jay said it would. I picked up my vehicle and the service was just outstanding. Jay showed me all the features in the vehicle and Paula had a nice gift basket waiting for me!!! Paula filled me in on all the fun get togethers the Porsche owners have. Jay made sure I was happy with the vehicle before I left. I will definitely be coming back!Thank you for making it simple!!

From my first inquiry by email through the delivery of my Porsche, Jake Walker provided timely, courteous and professional service. He made the entire process very easy and most pleasant. The purchase was topped off by Jake s delivery of my Porsche at the impeccable Okemos dealership. All his associates who were involved with the transaction were congenial and efficient as well. I have purchased more than a few automobiles over the past years. Jake and his team provided an unparalleled experience, one certainly worthy of the Porsche marque.

I just recently purchased a new Porsche Macan from Porsche of Okemos and the experience could not have been better! I have been searching for my midlife crisis dream car for a long time and ironically I found the perfect one in the area where I grew up and went to school. Jake Walker was fantastic to work with and made the purchase easy, fun and very enjoyable. Since I now live in Tennessee he made it very efficient to work out all of the details via email to make sure that everything would be perfect when I picked up the car. On the day of delivery the entire team including Jake Walker, Paula Zimmer, John Krzanowski and Noe Beltron-Lujano made my car buying dreams come true by creating an experience that I will never forget. I have been to several other Porsche dealers throughout my quest and Porsche of Okemos is one of the best there is!

I'm quite upset with my service to say the least. I choose to come here over a luxury dealership because I wanted my Macan treated with care. I went in for an oil change which was 400$. When the service was done the manager slipped in that I had a windshield crack. I honestly didn't understand what he was saying because I just bought my car a month prior (from a luxury dealership, XYZ motors). I get into my car and there's a sizable crack rising up from the dashboard. This dealership cracked my windshield (admittedly in their car wash) and blamed me for it?I don't know if they're trying to swindle me because I'm a young college student, but this kind of service and lack of responsibility is ridiculous. The manager literally shrugged his shoulder's and told me to file a claim with my insurance. They never contacted me back regarding this matter and they didn't discount the oil change. I will never return back to this location and I advise you never visit.

Jake Walker was very fast, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire process. I email him and receive responses quickly, if I call him he answers. He has a solution to everything, and makes doing business very very easy. I have never had a better experience buying a car than the one I had with Jake, and I hope everyone uses Jake walker when buying their next car.

Had a fantastic experience ordering my new vehicle. Jay kept me informed through the whole process. He even saved me money by recommending the pre paid maintenance plan. Would recommend everyone to see Jay if you are looking for a Porsche!

Got my Cayenne GTS today .The Best car buying experience I have had in my life. Collin K to the closer was smooth and painless experience . No hidden cost or surprises .This my eight Porsche and by far the best dealership .I drove from Bloomfield Hills to East Lansing was literally done in 45 mins .Only regret I broke the bottle of champagne in my gift bag .I highly recommend this dealership to metro Detroit residents they have several different makes to offer . I am super picky car enthusiast.Dr Q

We have had excellent customer service at Porsche of Okemos. From our salesman, Dian, to our service advisor, Marlon, and everyone in between. They are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Marlon has gone above and beyond when we ve had service needs. He is amazing with his knowledge of the Porsche brand. He is compassionate and caring and adds a personal touch to the service experience. I feel like we ve made new lifelong friends at Porsche of Okemos. We would definitely recommend Porsche of Okemos!

Just bought a "cherry" 2018 911 Cab from Jay Douglas @ Okemos Porsche. The process was so quick and easy it was amazing. I had told him what I was looking for and when the right one became available, he called me, I drove it, we agreed upon a price and he made it happen.He kept me informed of where things were in the process, what was going to happen next and then made sure it happened. It was a great experience.I would highly recommend Jay and the Dealership.

Tremendous. This was a big purchase on a 17 year old vehicle. Jake Walker went over and above on every aspect of the deal. He not only answered dozens of questions but also made sure that the transport was seamless with my shipper. Having dealt with this dealership for other vehicles, I bought the car based only on pictures and Jake's integrity.
