Easy to make an appointment. Friendly staff.car was in for recall work and was given a courtesy inspection too. All boxes were checked indicating everything was looked at, including wiper fluid. As I turned the car on in Morrie s service lot the wiper fluid low signal came on..it needed 2/3 filling. When I got home and popped the hood to refill the wiper fluid there were leaves on what looked like an air intake. I park outside, so the leaves were not surprising, but I would think a service department would notice and clear the leaves while they were under the hood oh except the wiper fluid wasn t filled (even though the paperwork I was given had a check mark in the ok box indicating wiper fluid was full)so maybe the hood wasn t lifted makes you wonder exactly what services were done. All the courtesy checkpoints were marked as good or ok . Marking the box OK indicating the wiper fluid was checked when clearly it wasn t undermines the integrity of this service department. Such a tiny detail overlooked will cause me to use a different dealership for service in the future. Which is sad they were super efficient and friendly.

Bryant is my service advisor, he greeted me promptly and with a friendly smile. My needs were addressed in a professional manner and I am very happy with the service that Morrie s provides. See you all on my next visit.

Fast, friendly, and informative service! I loved the video of my vehicle that was shared with me during my service! Jada is always so friendly and welcoming! The team inside was very hospitable and went out of their way to make sure my daughter had the best hot chocolate and snacks while we waited. Even the man who serviced and stocked the coffee/hot chocolate machine while we were there was super friendly! Fabulous service from an awesome team! Thank you

I ve always had stellar customer service from Morrie s. I feel like their prices are fair, and that I can trust my car is being fixed correctly. They are organized and have good notes in their system that makes you feel comfortable they actually know what s going on. I have been to other dealerships in the area, and I can say without hesitation, I ve had the best experiences at Morrie s!

So far so good, had a transmission replaced for the company vehicle and the service staff members were awesome. A special thank you to Keith who made the process very easy going and thorough. I look forward to working with them in the future, and not the other Ford dealership located in South Lansing. This one is the better one.

Recently, I needed a new transmission and Bryant at Morrie s was very helpful. He contacted the warranty company and figured out all of the logistics which made my life easier. He answered all of my questions and kept me informed during the entire process. I am very happy with my decision to take my truck to Morrie s for service.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Service was really fast and I love their lounge! The coffee machine that makes lattes, cappuccinos, and any other coffee you could want is amazing!

The service staff at Morris s was so great. They kept me in the loop every step of the way during my repair via text - super convenient! They identified my issue pretty quickly and then via their overall inspection they identified a repair I did not know I needed before the problem surfaced. They were able to take care of this repair during the same visit and took payment over the phone so I could pick up my car on the weekend. I will be back!!

Keith at Morris s was very honest. didn t try to oversell or push repairs. I was very happy with the communication and repair work. I knew the issue going in and they confirmed i was right.Will take back again for more Warranty work if necessary.

They performed quite quickly on my RV of which they did not think they could repair but after further diagnostic, they were able to diagnose and replace my fuel filter on my RV, even though they don t work on RVs they figured out a way to get it done we really appreciate their performance

Friendly, courteous service. Work was done timely. Just a bit more expensive than I had been quoted at Morrie s in Grand Ledge about six months prior, but I guess the price of everything has gone up.

I had a great experience at Morrie s Okemos Ford when we purchased our 2021 Ford Explorer. Our salesman Ryan fought to get us the best deal, and new tires. The service center picked up and dropped off our car to put on the new tires and even put on new wipers which was not planned. We got a fair deal for our trade in and fair deal on the Explorer. By far the best experience I have had buying a car.

My experience with the service department was delightful. It's refreshing to see such caring and professional staff. Highly recommend even if your vehicle is not a Ford product. The service required was completed fast and was surprisingly affordable. In line with most independent repair facilities.

I stopped by because a friend thought my wheel bearing was going. They got me right in and sent a video of the inspection. I bought my 2016 Escape there in 2021 and have always had prompt 5 star service. Thank You Gabe and Bryant!

I m a longtime Ford owner and have been through a multitude of dealership service departments, and Morrie s Ford in Okemos is absolutely the only one I will go to anymore. I ve been going there for probably the last 2 years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. Bryant at the service desk is the best I get a true customer service experiences with him every time!

Great experience. Service tech was courageous and professional. Provided a synopsis of the work to be done and estimated time. Service was completed early and a review of work and update on cars condition was provided. The young man was a great representative of Morries. He should receive additional training in preparation for for advancement within in organization

Until today, I would have said a negative 5 and warned anyone from going here for service. I have a lot of documentation on absolutely absurd and beyond disrespectful communication and treatment from the Service Manager and staff.That was 18 months ago.Today my experience with Jada, after my truck's maintenance was done, changed all of that.She was clear and completely honest. I can't seem to find that from most businesses and people anymore, especially a dealership. I can't express enough on how much this means to me and how it changes my perspective on the Okemos location.I didn't post after the unbelievably awful experience I went through that lasted 6 months and cost over $15,000 in neglect charges, let alone I was without a vehicle for over 4 months. In fact the main owner finished the service at the Grand Ledge location, to ensure it was completed and properly. I never posted because I know one person can destroy a reputation for a company and I wanted to give Morrie's the opportunity to resolve this.Today was the make or break experience, as I was going to try one more time, with some time past to see how it was.I noticed one of the employees that was involved and part of the problem, still works there, so it's clear that Ford has resolved the issue without having to remove employees. That's very difficult, but exciting to see.I am definitely going to continue having service done at this location. Thank you Jada, as well as the mgmt for supporting your staff and customers.

They performed one of two recalls, as one does not have a fix as of this date Of significant frustration is this site (Morrie s of Okemos) shared after my last 4-star appointment they would better diagnose a check engine code upon my next visit to their shop! I brought this to their attention and the service manager shared NOPE, we have to charge $150 for the diagnostic as it is not connected to the recall. I mentioned the promise of last visit and was simply told he could not diagnose check engine without payment. Frustration continues.

My truck has been in the shop at Morrie s Okemos twice in the last month. Both trips had separate issues. The last trip was for my drivers door handle was freezing. This is a known issue from ford. From scheduling, dropping off and picking, it was easy and pleasant. The team at Morrie s Okemos are fantastic. I was expecting them to do just the one door that I was having issues with. To my surprise they updated all 4 of my doors. They kept me updated with everything I have had done. They are my team to work on my truck. Thanks again Team Morrie s Okemos.

I was advised over the phone that my repair would take no more than two hours. Once I dropped off my vehicle at 11am), I was advised it would be the only end of the day. It ended up taking almost five hours. I get that the initial quote was an estimate, but taking over double the time quoted is wildly off base. I won't be returning. And it wasn't a matter of the technician finding something that the job was more complicated once they started working, I was given the new, much longer estimate as I dropped the vehicle off.

Service advisor was nice. My main reason for sub par review is when I went to pick up truck it wasn t washed. Now to be fair I never asked if they do this, but Shaheen and other dealers do.Being the truck was in for a 60k service and a recall, I was shocked to go start the truck and my battery was dead. This was alarming to me as a customer. I have left a dome light before and it shuts off but my battery was never weak or dead. So this requires some explanation.The service advisor Keith was very helpful and brought out a jump box. Upon opening the hood some red flags showed up. I noticed that my engine cover on my 3.5 had been chewed on a bit by a squirrel most likely. And there was a small nest being built on top. So I asked Keith was he made aware of this and he stated no. And thus neither was I. So now I am wondering if they even performed the oil change, air filter, cabin filter change etc because why would a blue oval technician or any responsible tech let this go without notifying the advisor and being helpful by removing the debris while performing the services.The recall was for the wiper motor and I can t fathom how all of this got completed effectively and professionally but someone was lazy enough not quickly remove the heat that was resting on top of the engine much less notifying my advisor and certainly myself.This truck is not a cheap beat up work vehicle. I love this truck and would have absolutely wanted to know of any issues. After sleeping on my experience and having the truck not start later that day due the battery again, I felt compelled to write this review. This was my first experience at this location, and although it is the closest to my house now, I don t see myself coming back. I have used the Grand ledge location before so I may try them again or have to switch to Lafontaine.David M

Love Morrie's! The buying process was the easiest I have ever had and I'm not somebody with perfect credit. Picked out my car and drove away within an hour and a half! The service department is also awesome! They call to remind me I need my oil change and tire rotation and fit me in when I have the time. Thank you so much Morrie's for our amazing 2021 Ford F-150!

Morries was outstanding in taking in my car for an emergency repair. Because they took my car in ASAP, further damage was avoided. Tony Virga was my service advisor! He provided excellent customer service advise and information. I am a loyal customer at this dealership because of the awesome staff.

My car died on a Friday night of a holiday weekend and I had to work. (If you work in a hospital, Presidents Day is NOT a holiday!) I had it towed there and I was able to pick it up Saturday afternoon after they initially told me it probably wouldn t get fixed until Tuesday. Way to go!!!

Shout out to Jada for the best service I ve seen yet from any Ford dealer! (And I ve been to quite a few throughout the state) Service was competitively priced and Jada and the team were extremely polite and clear with what was recommended and why. Zero pressure and confidence that what is being done is what needs to be done. I know I ll be coming here from now on and be recommending those I know to do the same.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil change
