Great service and friendly staff. I brought my car (Honda Accord) in after being quoted an extremely high price ($5k) at another dealership. Charlie was able to explain the issue the same day in a way that I could understand. Told me what was needed why it was needed and the price and had my car fixed and ready to go running like new the next day for a third of the price (under $600). I highly recommend this location for speed and excellent service and would bring my car back if anything happens in the future. Thank you!

Took my very old car in for some belt issues and they replaced two belts quickly and for a fair price. They even had coloring books to help keep my 3 year old occupied. As I was driving away my check engine light popped on again (like I said, very old car, it was not the fault of any mechanic) and I took it right back and they read the code for me, said it looked like a sensor so they made sure to check the connection was working right and sent me back on my way. My car is running much better now and I appreciate the great customer service, will definitely use again :)

I had a problem with my battery, and once I jumped it my check engine light came on. I called Midas and they were able to get me in right away to look at it. Granted it s a manufacturers issue, they looked it over and didn t give me a fee. Great customer service!

All guys there are just great! They are very nice, honest, efficient and helpful. The technician is very professional with great expertise but also sense of humor! A great experience for me. If you have any issue with your car, Midas would be your first choice. Highly recommended!!

I took my Q5 in for a exhaust clamp repair and they took care of me immediately and did a fantastic job.Mark was an amazing person to work with, he is super honest and I recommend this place with 5 stars anytime. Aaron helped me over the phone and he was excellent as well.

Great people with great skills! I had an exhaust leak up front and they put my car on the lift and had me come out and see for myself where it was and what parts were going to be needed. They ordered the part and it was hand delivered in 20 minutes. They put it on and there was still a leak somewhere else so they took the time to find it, repair it by welding, and didn't charge me any extra for the time to do that. I had to wait with the car and didn't have a ride but they said if it was going to be awhile that they would drive me home. It took about an hour in total and everyone was so nice and professional. Overall an absolutely wonderful experience!

While replacing car battery a rusted bolt was broken and hard to get it out. I went to Midas to get it fixed. Mark took a look at it and he already knew what the fix is. Since I went there at the closing hours, they scheduled an appointment for today. I went in today and Mike fixed it in no time. I am so surprised to see the work done so quickly and this is the fist time I have been out of an auto repair shop in less than half an hour. They are very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I would recommend this place for any of your auto repairs. Thank you Mark and Mike!!

Took our vehicle here after it started making a weird noise. Come to find out the place that installed my tires didn t tighten them enough, Midas took the time to not only tighten them but not charge us for an inspection. We appreciate the help so much!

Fast service with the diagnostic. However, they were unable to repair the issue with my Nissan Murano. But was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful in recommending someone who could. Therefore, if anything less major occurs with my vehicle they will be the first I call. God bless the entire staff.

I was in need of new brakes for my vehicle and called to get a quote, I was offered a free brake inspection. Afterwards, Mark was thorough about what they saw during the inspection and completely broke down the cost. I felt they were 100% real/honest and did not try to sneak in extra costs/repairs like some other places I ve been to try to do (especially to women).I went back today to get the brakes replaced, along with an oil change. The gentleman who checked me in was fantastic, I got text updates while they were working on my vehicle in addition to a call when it was finished.Overall, I m very pleased with my experience and I definitely plan to return for future needs.Services: Brakes, Oil change

My daughter is attending school 7 hours from home and she called me crying telling me there was a piece of metal dragging from the bottom of her car. I called the Midas closer to her and Mark helped ease the situation by talking me through it. Sometimes you just can feel the trust and sincerity seep through the cellphones without ever meeting someone. That was Mark! She got her car there and they got it right in. Fixed it up for her and checked out a few other of her concerns. They never charged her for the labor or the time they took to fix it. If your looking for an honest establishment that you can trust? My husband and I took our car in for a brake line issue. We were given a very high cost estimate and were told we needed to replace the brake line and all of the brake pads and rotors (I was told on the phone that they *needed* to be replaced and were in bad condition). We decided to take it to another shop for a second opinion and found that both sets of brakes were fine. The cost to fix the brake line was a fraction of what we would have paid here. It definitely felt like they were trying to take advantage of the fact that we were young.

Go to Midas for many services. Am always greeted by friendly, helpful staff and get excellent service. Appreciate their honesty in letting me know when I don't need anything! Mark the manager is especially helpful in sharing tips about car care and maintanence of tires and brakes. Plus, they have good coffee and comfortable chairs if you have to wait in the shop.

Let me tell you about Juan and the break job of nightmare's. I pulled in for new brakes. The brakes hadn't been worked on in a long time and I knew it was going to be a costly repair. Juan, the technician who did the work for me was absolutely phenomenal trying to save me every penny while ensuring the car was at its safest.I was in a bind and I needed to get to a safe place for a short time, I'm leaving here with brakes and a new caliber and I will without a doubt return for future work

College student at MSU, I did my brakes over thanksgiving break at home and not a week later the hardware holding the pad slipped and was grinding against my rotor. They put the hardware back into place free of charge, I was in and out in 30 minutes. Had great conversations with Mark in the lobby while they worked on my car. Definitely coming back here for any future issues I may have!

Great customer service! Came in with squeaky brakes, ready to pay for new pads and the team informed me that new pads were not needed and the type of pad on there was squeaky in nature. Did not try to make me pay for something I didn t need! Highly recommend!

Terrible treatment of women. Did not fix my vehicle, as it broke down the next day after paying over $100 to look at it. I went with my toddler son in his stroller to pick up my vehicle. Nothing ended up being wrong with the vehicle they said, rather I had a broken key. After discovering the key issue, because I brought it my spare key...I was charged a $130 service fee for all of the diagnostics they ran. The diagnostics were obviously wrong because I was stranded in the middle of the road the first time I drove it the next day. I was calm and honest, not unkind, but simply said I thought that fee was too high after I brought in my spare key and the issue was resolved. Mark began raising his voice at me after I tried to understand why the labor fee was so high. He repeated himself many times and said "do you really think this is unjust!? Do you really think this is unjust!?" I wasn't using those words and I wasn't raising my voice, all while I had my baby with me. I called him the next day after my car broke down requesting a refund and he denied my refund and told me to get it towed to another shop. I asked if I could talk to the owner and he said no, "it's an employee owned business." He talks down to women and is abrasive. I would not recommend taking your car here if you don't have a man to speak for you, or if you don't want to be ripped off. I felt bullied and unsafe.

Took my vehicle in for a possible oil leak. Mark was great. He did a full inspection and found that nothing was leaking. No charge for inspection. Thank you so much Mark. Great place.

Went in for an oil change and they checked out the whole car and let me know that my tie rod was about to snap. They then took care of it in less than 24 hours. This is why I've been bringing my vehicles here since I moved to the area.
