Mark was my service guy, he was great. Appreciated his feedback. Service was great. I was told 2 hours when I called and they were absolutely accurate and they washed the car. Highly recommend the Nissan Graff team! Thank you!

Great friendly service. Completed work as promised. Only problem was the car had to be there two days to do a 4 hr job. The indication was not enough staff. It seems a scheduling issue to me. The car sat for a day before it was looked at. Anyway, we were still happy with the experience.

Shaun, the salesman I worked with, was very well informed about the Nissan Rogue Platinum I purchased. He was super nice and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him. Mike, the Finance Manager, I worked with, made the financing end very easy and fast! I highly recommend this dealership.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They turned a very stressful situation into a really positive and relieving experience. So glad to get out of my Kia, I'm a Nissan fan for life now.

Quick, friendly and a nice sitting area with good coffee!Update:If I could give this place more stars I would. The people here are so nice. From the service department to the salesmen, I highly recommend everyone. Especially the salesman, Pat Eagan. He is real and up front with everyone. I came back today for my first oil change after buying the Rogue 2 months ago and he still knew me and my wife by name. I would recommend this dealership and him to any and everyone.

I've brought my Nissan in multiple times and I have always had excellent communication and my issues solved. I don't know what happened in the last year, but the service department this time around was extremely awful to work with.I scheduled an appointment a month in advance for them to service a sensor that has continually malfunctioned. We dropped of the car the evening before an 8 am Friday appointment. We did not receive any communication from the dealership. We called at 4:45 pm when they closed at 6pm and they proceeded to tell us they hadn't looked at our car yet. Considering it was a Holiday weekend we didn't want to go without our car over a 3 day weekend, we picked up the car. When we picked up the car they did not apologize, but asked to bring the car back Tuesday morning. We did as asked. Again no communication. We called at 12:30 pm and they said we were next in line. We stated that we needed our car back that evening. Again no communication. We called at 5:15 pm and were told that our car was currently being diagnosed and they wouldn't be done before close. They said they would finish the diagnosis and call our warranty company first thing in the morning. Again no communication. We called again mid-afternoon and supposedly the sensor was going off due to "old code" they removed the outdated code and couldn't get the sensor to go off again. We picked the car up and didn't even make it 3 blocks before the sensor went off again after being told they couldn't recreate the issue. We understand it is a Holiday weekend and people are short staffed, but we live over a half hour away and just not calling us is not okay. To assume we don't need our car over a holiday weekend and not send an email, a text or make a phone call is very unprofessional. We now have to take our car an hour away to the next nearest dealership. This has been very frustrating and no one apologized or acknowledged the lack of communication. The only positive was they did not charge us any money. We are unsure they even looked at our car.

I bought my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder in for a check engine light. It took 3 days for them to even look at it. And when they finally did they said i needed a new engine for $23,000. I only paid $7000 for the car. Later on they clarified that it was $18,000 for a new engine and $15,000 for a used one. I m disappointed that they didn t offer any solutions besides replacing the entire engine.

Made an appointment for a diagnosis and days later still hadn t even been looked at. The young man who I checked in with was so disrespectful I almost didn t even leave my car to be looked at. Well they decided to just keep my car for days and not look at it anyway. Total waste of my time. (3 days) Plus they were charging a ridiculous amount for the diagnostic test. Avoid this place and drive 60 miles to Grand Rapids is what I ll do instead of me and my time being disrespected by the rude and unprofessional service department staff.

Needed a diagnosis. Made an appointment for the next week to have that done. When dropping it off the young man at the counter was so rude to me I left in tears. Was told it would be $160 per issue to diagnose. That would be $ 320 just to look at our car without having anything taken care of. Had our car for two whole days. On the third I called to see what was going on and they still hadn t even looked at our car yet. Still out the money for the car we had to rent to get back and forth to work for three days and not one step closer to getting our car fixed. Worst experience, terrible customer service, all around not the place to go if you expect you or your time to be respected.

Sabin was a great salesman! I like it when the salesman knows what he is selling. Sabin was just that person and was really honest with us. He even walked us to the Graff Chevy so that I could compare a Chevy with the Nissan Rouge. He is hands down a great find for Graff Nissan and did a great job with me. All of the staff were really friendly. Thank you!

I came, based upon a previous visit and assessment, to get my front brake pads and rotors replaced, a preventative maintenance task. The service staff serviced my car quickly and efficiently, also updating me on the appropriate timing for the replacement of my rear brake pads and rotors. These are expensive repairs, and I appreciated their counsel. For the record, their price point was competitive with non-dealer pricing.

They were very polite. The work on my car was finished quickly. They sent a car to pick me up right away. I do think if I'd gone elsewhere though, the service would have been a lot cheaper.

Called 2 weeks in advance to have a rental car during the time of service. Acknowledged to being my personal car in at 0800 on Monday am, per the kid behind the desk Nick he stated we will have our techs look at the symptoms and call you by the end of the day, along with contacting the warranty company . It has been 48 hours and no response from their personnel. The rental car is not fit for driving the calipers are hung up and brake pads grind severely, along with a clunk in the rear end. When calling to clarify with Matt the service manager he states you will have to bring the rental in for us to inspect . I acknowledged him at this time and point I do not want them to work on my vehicle and to not touch it, I will pay out of pocket to my local dealer to repair before utilizing their services, please note Matt . Laughed at me on the phone. Poor, rude, disrespectful, lying company. The Graff name is the Flint area is respected but obviously not in the Lansing region! Drive to Grand Rapids Nissan or utilize another dealership bottom line.

My issue is that I was not sure what was wrong with my car so I asked to have them tell me what the noise was from but more than likely it was from the brakes. I was told there was a cost to have the noise found and I said fine. It did need a rear brake job and I was charged for the brake job and also for them to tell me it needed a brake job, but instead of the cost of the inspection being a part of the brake job like any other brake job i have ever had, as they would have had to take the tires off the car and look at the brake pads, they billed me on top of the brake job. For this reason I will not come back to Graff for any future work on my car or ever purchase another car from you. I hope the $75 is worth it to you.

Terrible service. Not even gonna bring up previous cars. Brought my current car twice to get diagnosed with an appointment. Both times my car sat 1 day without getting looked at, no phone call or heads up or anything. At the end they didn't even figure out what the issue is. Ended up paying for "yup there's an issue" and a shoulder shrugg.O and the also disconnected my dash cam for whatever reason...

Everyone I talked yo at Graff Nissan was helpful, courteus, and patient. I was looking for a car to lease and had a lot of details to sort through as an international student. I was very happy with my experience here. Shaun, the sales representative I worked with, was very thorough.

What a great experience. I couldn't go into the dealership due to a medical issue so they came to me. Salesperson Shaun Dickey helped me make my decision and walked me through all the paperwork and forms. Explained all the options and I felt very confident in my decision. I love Graff Nissan.

I purchased my car from Graff. Right from the get go problems started. The car was certified. I thought this would eliminate having things go wrong right away. Luckily I purchased an extended warranty. At every turn the service department people were rude and unhelpful. I'm not saying that I didn't get frustrated. I sure did. I believe I have taken in my car at least 3 times. Not once did they have a loaner. This last time my car was in, it was there just shy of 4 weeks. I knew I needed an oil change. I asked if they could throw it in. No ,why would we do that? Because it's good customer service and you had my car for almost a month. I was quoted the price around $70. I did sign the paper. Funny though after they told me I needed new front brakes. I passed. Another problem came up they said. I asked them to print it out and I would look at it. To my surprise my oil change said it would be $19. When I asked Nick about this he was snippy. You signed the paper with the $70 quote. They did not even wash my car. I bet because today was too cold. But they had it for almost a month. But Nick reminded me that they gave a free battery for my fob. Lol. Right before I brought my car in I spoke to someone and he said fob batteries are free. I would love to talk to a manager. But I will not be reaching out because l have given you too much of my time.

I used to rank purchasing a vehicle right up there with dental work, absolutely awful...UNTIL Graff Nissan.Prior to meeting Pat and Mike with Graff Nissan, I did hours of online searches, checking and communicating through FB marketplace, drove around nearly every used car dealership in the area, and took time to visit some for a test drive. At each site I was left to my own devices, except with Graff Nissan.Pat approached me and was instantly personable. He offered to ride with me or was comfortable with me going solo. He offered extensive knowledge about each SUV I drove, answered my questions and addressed my concerns cordially without being condescending. We talked purchased options without pressure. He gave me a direct line to reach him should more questions arise as I left to process the information. When I returned ready to move forward with the purchase he transitioned me into the care of Mike.Mike continued to make an impression that left me knowing I won't ever go to another dealership because of how relational and organic the whole vehicle purchasing process was with these two. It was unlike any other I have experienced. They actually turned a, historically, painful thing into a wonderful experience that I look forward to on a few years. Thank you Pat, Mike and the Graff Nissan team!

I just bought all 4 new tires for my car a couple months ago here. Out of nowhere, I got a flat tire while driving, didn t hit anything or pothole on the road. So I drive to Nissan Okemos to get a replacement and get another new tire. They made me pay for another new tire and had no clue the possibility the tire was defective and I should be reimbursed. It wasn t right that I had to pay for another new tire when I didn t even have them for more than 1K miles/couple months. The whole situation was a red flag for me.

$150 hourly rate for labor. I get that it s higher at dealerships but that s absolutely ridiculous, and it s made worse by the fact that they re significantly overestimating the time it s takes to provide the services. It takes me 10 minutes to change the battery in my car. My bill claims it took them 45 minutes. Criminal.

I have been doing business with Graff Nissan in Okemos for several years now, and they have yet to disappoint! The sales and service dept always go above and beyond with their customer service and care. Never pushy, and will give it to you straight. If you're looking to lease or buy, stop in and talk to Pat and/or Mike... they'll take care of you!

Received an ABS Recall in the mail, called the service department and explained I would like to have the work done but would need a loaner vehicle for the day, he checked how long the recall would take to fix and stated that it would fall into the timeframe of being able to get a loaner and he would call me BEFORE the service date to confirm that one would be available. I received a text stating they needed me to bring in my car within 3 days to have the work done, I did not receive a call to confirm that they would have a loaner vehicle for me to use, so I called to confirm this, I was then told that I would have to rent the vehicle because Nissan would not authorize a loaner because the recall was older, I stated that I had only just received the notice. This made no difference. I canceled the recall service. Every time I try to deal with this dealership I am disappointed.

That was my first ever visit for a service to Graff Nissan and that was the first service of my car. I was really impressed about the service. Friendly staff. They did a super clean and neat job. Thank you all.

This time I felt I was treated fairly with a knowledgeable representative that explained to me my problem and why it occured... I'd wished that I was told early having two different fobs would mess up the antenna, but I was not...when I came the first time for programming....I bought one online because I had waited a month for one to come from the manufacturer of Nissan thru the dealership last summer...I took it in for programming and they programmed it never telling me it would mess up the whole system. ..im just glad its straightened out now with another new fob...especially with winter on us, I was stranded with the other one as a grandma with it not starting..

Called for service, they were able to schedule quickly. Brought vehicle in, and they went right to work on it. Quick, responsive, and successfully diagnosed the issues.
