John and Nathan went out of their way to look up all the options I had to meet my needs for a new car, they worked fast and made themselves available anytime I had questions. I was greeted by other staff that was not working with me offering me coffee/water. A very comfortable environment 10/10 recommend for anyone.

Top-Notch Experience at BMW of Okemos!I recently purchased a new BMW from Okemos, and I can't say enough good things about the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I was met with professionalism and attentiveness.My client advisor, Nathan Morrison, truly went above and beyond. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions thoroughly throughout the entire sales process. He even took the extra step to personally deliver my new car, despite me living over an hour away! This level of dedication is rare and truly exceptional.After taking delivery, Noe Beltron-Lujano provided an excellent orientation of the vehicle. Been in business with BMW of Okemos for seven years I own two BMWs now and they are just superb. They tell the customer what's needed, get it done perfectly, and answer any questions or concerns. It's a nice experience too to go in for the car, find out they reduced the price, and then drive off in an interior that's been carefully cleaned up and detailed. The best auto dealership I've ever worked with, by far.

Recently trade in my 2022 X3 with new 2024 X5 with Serra. It was great experience, since this is my 3rd BMW so already knew the sales guys over there. Justin Murray is awesome sales person, he helped me with my X3 in 2022 and now helped with great APR and in finding new X5 of my choice. Tyrone Ramsey is business manager and made the trade process very smooth with all the finance and paper work quickly. Overall I had great customer experience in whole process. Thank you Justin, Tyrone and John.

Tyler in service was such a pleasure to work with. I have been treated with the highest respect by Anthony in sales. He said laughs, wisdom, and excellent BMW service.- He was not quick to move, not a pushy sales man. He has honor and treated me with honor. He helped me purchase the dream car I've always wanted....Life happened. I had to return the car before it even arrived from Germany...upon my return Anthony showed kindness and respect saying that life happens and he was happy to see me and see that I was doing well once again...then he tried to sell me a car very subtly and I almost did haha...waiting a few more months and will be back to buy for sure :)Jason has always been up front and honest, giving me the best service in the service side of BMW. He makes eye contact and doesn't add items I don't need to my vehicle's service ticket that day. I have always enjoyed working with Jason.Lee is a new experience to me. I worked with someone in BMW who was absolutely terrible and I believe Jason worked it out. I have not seen that employee again and have been happy. Upon my next visit, then I was working with Lee and have felt the same support and treatment I was originally shown by Jason.All around wonderful world class service. I love Sharp BMW!

This was definitely a better experience than my first with the brakes. This repair was the turn signal. The final repair cost was closer to the estimated cost quoted to me. The repair was fast, and they even washed my car. I got quotes from two local auto repair shops. By far, BMW of Okemos was the best deal.

4.3.24 The charge port door on my electric BMW i3 wasn t opening. Tyler at the Okemos Serra BMW and the mechanic staff were on top of it. Tyler set clear expectations about the diagnostic services and provided a realistic timeline when my vehicle would be ready to pick up. Only took a hour!! And they ran my i3 through the on site car wash. Nice touch. Thank you again - CJ

We purchased a 2024 BMW X3 at BMW of Okemos. The process went smoothly from the moment we walked in and met Jessica. The BMW website allowed you to build your car the way you want it. Jessica was helpful in showing us what the options look like on cars on the dealership. She provided updates throughout the car building process. Jessica returned every email promptly and made us feel valued.David was very thorough walking us through the paperwork that needed to be signed. David explained all of the options and made us feel confident in our decision. He made what is usually an arduous profess seem to flow smoothly, quickly and calmly.The car was ready when we were told to expect it. The car had a beautiful bow on it as it was a Christmas present. Jessica made sure the bow was sitting perfectly on the car.Before we left Jessica walked us through all of the features in the car. We highly recommended giving Jessica a call if you want a BMW. You will get the experience you should expect buying a luxury vehicle.We are very pleased with the car and experience.

My appointment was handle in a timely manner. The service tech was timely in making the requested repairs. I never have any problems with getting my vehicle scheduled for maintenance and all the mechanics are very approachable

I like the staff at BMW of Okemos, but I am really not thrilled with their pricing. I received an email the other day indicating that oil changes were $99.99. I clicked on the link and scheduled an oil change. When I showed up with my car for the scheduled oil change, I was initially quoted a price around $125. I mentioned that I had received an email indicating that I could get an oil change for $99.99. The person assisting me said oh, sure, I can apply the coupon for you. That seems like a bit of a bait and switch I was assuming that that coupon would be applied when I clicked on the link in the email to schedule the oil change at that price. Nothing in the email indicated that it was a coupon that I needed to present, or anything of that nature. In addition, my total cost when I checked out after the oil changed ended up being $113.14. Looking at my bill, I am not even sure where the $99.99 would play into it. Labor and parts are listed as a total of $102.94, then there are shop supplies of $6.03, and then sales tax of $4.17.I also wasn t thrilled that, when I first dropped my car off in the morning, I was given a printout of recommended maintenance listing 12 different items (including the oil change, but additional things as well), with a total of $1017.98, without any item by item breakdown of any of that recommended maintenance. I declined any other services and said all I wanted was my oil change. I m not really sure how you could give person an estimate for a bunch of different services without breaking down the amount that each service would cost, and just presenting a total of over $1000.Finally, they don t seem completely coordinated with their service website. When I went onto the website to schedule my oil change, the site suggested that I might want new tires, and listed the specific tires that I currently have (Pirellis). I have thought that my tread was getting low and so figured it would be a good idea to get new tires. So I clicked the box saying I wanted to get the tires, and included that is part of my service scheduling. Yesterday I had an extended back and forth text conversation with a staff person from BMW in Okemos regarding the tires. First, she wanted to know if I was intending to get new tires or I was just switching out winter for summer tires. Then she wanted to know if I had talked to the parts department to order my tires or to see whether they have them in stock. Then, she wanted to know what brand of tires I wanted. You know, I had assumed that when BMW of Okemos s website had specifically suggested to me that I buy four new Perelli tires, with the specific size, etc., that they would know that was what I was selecting when I clicked the box indicating that I wanted them. I didn t think it would require me to separately call the parts department and check to make sure that they had tires.

The service was done within the estimated time frame, the cost was a little less than quoted that s always good. The service writers were polite, but not friendly. They sat and watched me park and come inside. No opening the door for me, no good morning, no welcome to BMW of Okemos. I asked if I was in the right place. He asked for an oil change . Yes. Quoted me a price, said coffee & water are over there help yourself end of conversation, guess I m just used to a little more friendly from my dealerships. Now, the parts guys were very nice. I m not saying I won t be back for service, but would a smile or a Good Morning hurt?

Great dealership they stand behind their work.We bought a used car from them and as we drove it home it had a hesitation. thought it might go away but it didn't. We called them talked to Jimmy one of the managers. They had me take it to one of their nearby dealership who knew exactly what the issue was the transmission needed flushed and it seems to be working perfect now. Thank you Ask for Colin k when you purchase a car.

Good service and reasonable prices pretty much. I was satisfied with the service but the communication about it was kind of iffy. I would recommend them from my one experience with them I've had so far. My car is 36 years old, not their normal project. (replaced transmission).

Brian at BMW of Okemos went out of his way to find the vehicle and interior and exterior color combo I was looking for. He spent a significant amount of time to find it (on the dock in Munich) and did what was necessary to dealer trade for it. He kept me well informed along the way. Everything was perfect at pick-up. Anything that could be completed in advance was. An all-in-all great experience! I love my new car!!

During a road trip we had an issue with our BMW at a charging station in East Lansing. Okemos BMW responded quickly, analyzed the situation and solved the problem (which was the fault of the charging station NOT BMW). We were extremely pleased with their efficiency, professionalism and courtesy.
