I needed air in my tire early winter and was unable to remove the valve stem cap - I went to the desk inside and they immediately resolved my tire pressure issues (checked pressure on each tire and brought up to code) at no charge. Yesterday I had another tire pressure alert and went to the desk to check tires - they came out immediately add discovered I needed a plug as one tire had virtually no air. They offered to repair three tire immediately! They removed a bolt that was over 2" long and completed the repair - I was home within 1 1/2 hours. Amazing experiences at the Okemos Belle Tire over the last 10 years - they have won my forever business!

Had a good Customer service experience when dropping off and picking up. But I m not pleased with the end result look for my 4 new tires. When I picked up the car the tires did not look like this, however later that evening this is what the new tires looked like. This is left over tire grease on rim and sidewalls of each tire that no one cleaned off.

I may not plan to revisit this particular establishment. I invested $900 in purchasing new tires and requested an alignment for my 2015 Ford Explorer. However, I was informed that my rear upper control arms needed replacement, and they would only perform the alignment after a $1000 repair. I decided to seek a second opinion from another mechanic, who found no issues. A third mechanic also confirmed that there were no problems. Ultimately, I obtained the alignment at a different place, and it was provided to me at no cost. So, I appreciate your decision to push for a $1000 repair, you could have just charged me for the cost of the alignment but got greedy and ya gets nothin.

After calling 11 places in the area, Belle Tire had the lowest price for tires. After asking others for recommendations for great service, multiple people told me Belle Tire in Okemos was great. Highly recommend them!

I made an appointment for 10. I get there, and I'm told it will be a couple hours, 1, 2, 3, I wasn't told. I do not know why i bought tires there. Horrible customer service and horrible tire. Will never go back

Terrible customer service. My MSU daughter found a nail in her tire. Dropped off the car after hours and called first thing in the morning. They were too busy to spend 10 minutes to plug the tire. Left her to drive off. Thankfully there is a Firestone shop nearby. They had her tire fixed in no time! Thank you Firestone on Grand River!

Why is everyone so darn slow?!?! I had a horrible experience at the Belle Tire in Frandor. The manager, Jeremy, was rude and disrespectful so after talking to the corporate office, I took my business to the Belle Tire in Okemos. While the staff was friendly, I've never experienced such slow service. I've been here nearly 3 hours and I only needed them to check my tires and do an alignment. I bought my tires from here, so I'm held hostage for awhile. I will think again about choosing Belle Tire!

Edit - Of all the people that I have had to deal with on the three trips in 4 days, Felix was by far the worst. Come to find out he is Mr. "I'll get to it when I get to it or it will be finished Saturday"I would give this store ZERO stars if possible. I do my research like a good consumer, find tires for cheaper and Belle says they'll match the price. Great! I can do my tires and alignment at the same place like I usually do. Welp, turned into a nightmare. First, the guy is angry that Belle would match the price I found even though I provided him the confirmation email. Seemed to try everything not to honor it. Second, they didn't work on the tire pressure system as asked even though they said they did and the lights were still on when I got into the car. Third, the tires were losing air immediately so I had to take the car ba k and wait another 3 1/2 hours. The reason "the chrome was flaking off and corrosion was under the valve stems causing them to leak". So you're telling me they didn't replace the valve stems the first time and clean up the rim like they were supposed to? Oh and all of sudden the tire pressure machine doesn't work and needs updates so still no resolution on that problem. NOW the car is shaking once it gets to 55-60 MPH. Call to see about them doing a quick look and fix it since you know, it's been less than 24 hours since I left. Response "you're more than welcome to drop and I'll get to it when I get to it or it will be finished tomorrow". This store has been a complete disappointment. Poor service, poor quality work and and a nightmare to work with. I'm sure the response will be something to do with a good deal on the price match but last I checked that doesn't warrant substandard quality and service.

My appointment did not go through even though I was able to show the confirmation on my end. The man who helped me choose my tires was extremely helpful. When my truck was returned to me, I checked out the new tires. I was utterly disappointed in what I saw. My tires were covered in grease or whatever they use around the rims and my rims had damage marks all around the edges like they had been pried off. It was like this on all 4 tires. I have always used Belle Tire in a different location with great success but was very disappointed with this location. I didn't report it to them because I had no proof of the damage about the rims, only my word which I'm was certain wouldn't be enough. I figured even though I shouldn't have to, for the $900 I paid in tires, I would just go to a car wash and clean my tires myself. I used Belle Tire because I have there credit care with no interest for 6mths if paid in full. Perhaps next time I will pay cash somewhere else where they can appreciate the pride I take in my truck.

I brought my truck in for a front end alignment and I also brought in one of the spare tires from the company that I work for to have them change the tire on that and I told them that my boss would be in the next day or the day after that with the front Driver side tire off of the shop truck because it had a nail in it and they could put the spare for the shop truck in the bed of my vehicle since I was getting a front and alignment. The mechanic there loosened my front driver, side tire, and then realized that , the spare tire that they just replaced didn t go on my truck and he never tightened the Lugnuts. I almost got home when my vehicle started shaking out of control so I pulled over to check and my front driver side tire was missing the center cap one of the Lugnuts, four of them were about to fall off And only one was holding the rim on and it was barely finger tight then they tried telling me that they don t pull the tires for a front and alignment yet I went back to the people that did my suspension and they have video cameras in their shop, proving that they used an impact and torque wrench to check all tires so not only did tire lie they could ve killed me if that tire would ve fell off, and the rotor would ve struck the ground. It could ve flipped the vehicle killing me, but they refuse to take accountability for it.

Never had an issue here. Always come here for my (& family's) tire stuff. Usually cheaper than Discount Tire down the road and have superior service.

I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it right away. I was on a deadline and taking my daughter to event and they got me out on time. Everyone working there was nice and professional. Thanks for your help

Horrible service, unstaffed, unfriendly, and super UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Had 8am appointment been waiting for over 30 mins for a fleet oil change! And I first one here and they repeatedly took customers over me! I REPEAT NEVER NEVER BRING YOUR ENTERPRISE FLEET HERE!

I set an appointment online for a $96 alignment on my Chrysler van, having just replaced the front struts myself and knowing that it needed a camber adjustment sooner than later so as not to chew up my tires. I'm glad I specifically mentioned this, because I was promptly called and told that the required camber adjustment bolts are an extra charge. Ok, cool, nothing unexpected, but imagine my surprise when the guy went on to state that the two bolts needed were $80 each plus 30 minutes of labor @ $70/hour for EACH SIDE to simply remove and replace one bolt. This is on top of the $96 in labor for the alignment itself, which covers adjusting said bolt once it's installed.My $96 alignment was presented to me as a $400 job.Belle Tire, don't screw your customers. I'm sure you aren't even paying the whopping $11.69 that I paid for each Moog K90474 camber bolt kit on Amazon after our call, and we both (I hope?) know that it takes a few minutes at most to install them. I expected you might charge me a (more than fair) extra $50 or so for the additional parts and labor, not quadruple the price of the job...I'm honestly not even sure whether to assume ignorance or malice, because there's no way I could have quoted a customer what you quoted me for this job. Maybe your guy looked it up wrong? I can't say for sure. I was so shocked I asked him to repeat himself, and he said the same thing twice, with confidence and bravado.As for me, I canceled my appointment. I'll install the bolts, dial it in the best I can in my garage, and wait for that opening my HONEST local guy has after the upcoming holiday. I was hoping you'd come through for me in a pinch, but all you did was attempt to pinch me.As for anybody reading my review, I recommend steering clear of this place. I wish I wouldn't have spent $1600 with them putting new tires on my CR-V and trailer earlier this month.Edit - got it aligned locally, including the camber adjustment, for $87 out the door. The only good thing I have to say about Belle Tire is that they were at least upfront and honest about the intention to charge me $400 for the same alignment...Edit 2 - I took the CR-V on the highway for the first time since they put the tires on it, and it shook like it was nervous from about 63-78 MPH. Having learned my lesson, I had my local shop check it out, and gladly paid them the $62 they charged to index and balance the tires properly. Smooth as glass now. Lesson learned!

I was a customer at discount tire for 25 years. I went to Belle and purchased a set of BFG's. I love the tires and got them for 100 less than what discount wanted. THIS IS WHY I WILL NEVER BUY FROM BELLE TIRE AGAIN - This morning I traveled 20 miles and arrived to the shop at 8:09 am. The one employee at the check in station took forever to handle the one customer at the counter. He seemed hard of hearing and short on personal skills. He then asked me If I had an appointment and I said no. He took my name and said that I don't have an appointment. I said I was here for a tire rotation and balance. He said it was going to be at least 2 and a half hours. I was quite upset and told him the last time I was here it was the same story. At that time I drove it across the street to Discount tire in okemos, mi where they got it right in. He said that he has a full shop and indicated that people leave their cars overnight. I told him they need to leave a Bay open for walk ins and pointed out that I arrived shortly after they opened for the day.The belle tire employee CALVIN STURGEON asked me if I wanted an appointment. He didn't offer a card or to write the date down. I told him I was going to give a bad review. He also told me that it was his store during our exchange at the counter. When I was leaving I asked him if he was the owner and he said no - his card indicated he is the assistant manager.I am writing this in the lobby of discount tire . I have been here for 10 minutes and they just pulled my truck in for rotation and balance - free of charge.I WILL NEVER BUY FROM BELLE TIRE AGAIN. I SUGGEST YOU TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AS WELL!!

Be aware to access this page you must give a star. Follow up to previous review. To my dismay I purchased the insurance as I will not return even to save purchasing a new tire. I feel I must express the extreme ambivalence from the help that we already have your money and I couldnt care less that you can stare at me for half a day or try and inconvenience someone else to come get you. Shopping at belle is not worth saving a couple bucks. Discount Tire is right across the street and have always treated me right.

Exactly what happened to Steven. Walked in at 8am only one employee in lobby. He was obviously on personal call. When he hung up he told me it would be 3 hrs to fix a bad leaking tire. I verified 3 HRS! Yep. Yada yada. Im at Discount Tire now. Truck ready before I finished this post.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Go to Discount Tire. I bought tires from Belle Tire in November 2022, from the day they were put on, my steering wheel and seat would shake. I've had it in for balance/rotation/alignment 4 times in 5 months. On the 4th time, the salesman told me that a layer of dirt no more than 2mm thick in my wheels was causing the problem. They cleaned the tire, told me they balanced it again, and sent me on my way. Nothing changed. A couple days later, I went into the same store and asked for the receipt, so I could call Michelin for the warranty. The guy said, "oh she was the one with mud in her tires," laughed and loudly declared to the entire store that he would show me where to properly clean my tires while he stormed out the door. When he got to my car, he realized the tires were spotless. He admitted they were clean and gave me my receipt while telling me it must be a drive train issue because it can't be the tires. Fastforward a week, Michelin told me I could take the car to Discount Tire for the warranty work. I took it there this morning, they said it wasn't a bad tire, but it was one of the worst tire balances they had ever seen. They said this is pretty typical for Belle Tire. When I drove it home, it drove beautifully like it always did before Belle Tire touched it. I called Discount and paid $177 to have Discount Tire take over the care of my tires for their lifetime. Definitely worth it after how I was treated at Belle Tire.

We had an incident with our CV joint failing while on a road trip to Grand Rapids on a Friday afternoon. We called around and asked if anyone could take a look, and this Belle Tire said they could immediately. We hobbled our way there and they were so nice got it figured out and told us they could have it fixed in 3 hours. We walked to the nearby mall to kill time, and they called a little over 2 hours later that they were done.The man taking care of us was friendly, and really to the point, keeping the issue clear he even showed my husband exactly what the problem was on our car. All the employees were nice, the waiting room was nice and clean, it was a good experience.

My Jeep started breaking down on me this afternoon and I managed to limp into Belle Tire only able to go 20mph around 2:30pm. I am from out of town but the guys at this shop really helped me out. I am sure they were really busy with a lot of cars to work on, so I really appreciate Jim and Roger for getting me back on the road before they closed so that I was no longer stranded. Thank you again!!

Family was on an out of town trip and caught a flat driving home. Called a few places and check some reviews, but Calvin from Belle Tire Okemos just was so friendly on the phone it made our choice easy. Very clean, friendly, and Chance took great care of us. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

I'll start with the only Positive I have and that is that I'm very pleased with the tires I picked out.I will not spend another penny at Belle Tire. I was told an amount when I asked for a total with all the so called work that had to be done, only for it to be $500 more.I did not like that I wasn't shown the condition of the so called bad parts, nor was I happy that it was assumed that I put my vehicle in the ditch because there was snow and mud build up. Some people work out the elements and drive down dirt/mud/snow 2 tracks or dirt roads.

My mother in law took her Lincoln to have the alignment done. The techs / mgt came back with over $3,000 in mileage / age recommended repairs they required before they would do the alignment. What a bunch of crooks. She took it someplace else and the items they told her to replace were fine and the alignment was performed. I will be sending a formal complaint to MI licensing division so they will audit the business and practice before renewing their repair facility license. Beware!

Unexpectedly and urgently needed a new tire and stopped at Belle tire in okemos. Assistant Manager, Calvin Sturgeon was very helpful. My mini needed a tire that wasn t in stock but he managed to get one delivered on put on my car the next day.Appreciated the friendly care and determination to help. Thank you for great service!

I had an appointment that I made online and was greeted almost immediately. They took my truck right in for my 4 tire replacements. I was told about my brakes condition but declined service.So really where the low rate comes from is how there is one guy there who talks about people,/customers loudly and with disrespect- as soon as they leave.( I am sure he made a comment about me as soon as i left!). While he was one the phone with someone, (i didnt want to overhear but hes loud)he proudly stated in a loud voice " a lot of people dont like me!" I understand that and agree with that statement.I asked about my warranty on my new tires ( i declined the addl warranty) to the guy who checked me out and Obnoxious guy busted in on the conversarion. I felt like i was stupid because I should have known what the tire warranty covered. Thanks loud guy! I dont think any type of counseling could improve his behavior but Belle tire should be aware of his loud disrespecting nature- honestly, he probably doesnt care.

Worst experience!SalesPerson(Jarrod r. Darling) was really rude and non-cooperative.visited here for wheel-alignment check, after 1 hour wait the salesperson called and informed that control arms are broken and advised me to change them before doing wheel alignment. They're not even ready to check wheel alignment and insisting to change control arms. Salesperson quoted me around $3k. However, I refused to do so and later I had my car inspected at different service location and at showroom as well, they said there is nothing wrong with the control arms.Literally, I'm frustrated now by the behavior of salesperson and the false quotations.I don't recommend this service center to anyone!
