found myself in a pinch and it was a hoilday and no one was open so i picked up the part and prayed that Quality repair could save me in the moring i have never used them but my shop had gone out of business and i was looking for a new place i found it now i normally make a apportment for my truck not just show up but thank God for them being so helpful and saving the day they were so nice great price they didn't try to over charge me because i needed it right away and they didn't talk down to me being a women i will use them from now on and it will be supporting a neiborhood business Thank you guys for great service great price

The New Owners have been operating since around March 2023.I been with this location since 2009 when Derrick The Mechanic started working here for previous owner. I follow Derrick where he goes and i been with him over 20 yrs, 3 locations.Quality has communicated very clear to me diagnosis, prognosis, and efficiency repaired my vehicle.Also, they suggested to me not to getsomething done another auto place suggested. Why not? Because it wasn't necessary on current vehicles in the 2000s. And if I do it it could cause other things to act up.I have witness that Eddie tells the customers of there matter they disagree with come talk face to face. He will show you paper trail and etc to resolve the customer dispute. He will accept responsibility also if the dispute is the companies.The other mechanics have been the source repairers. I thank God for there hands, Wisdom, Knowledge to continue me being safe in my ride.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Battery, Oil change

My Ford Escape 07 had a bolt come out my caliper and I had to force vehicle to get to the shop while grinding. Within a hour they blessed me and fixed it and I was able to make it right to work without a issue! All right before they closed to.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!! They want to sell you all kinds of extra services, and if you dont give in, they treat you very poorly. If they cant make a ton of money off of you, you are nothing to them!

Worst experience ever! I went to get my bumper replaced and a light fixed by Jim. The cost was $1050 and he told me it would take 2 days because he had to paint the bumper. 2weeks went pass and he was avoiding my calls. After calling from a different number he finally answered. At that point I didn t no longer want to be serviced by them and ask for my $1050back. Well it s been a month 1/2 and I have t gotten anything! Definitely got scammed! Sad part is I was referred by a friend and she told me when she went up to the shop another woman pulled up going off about her money and how her car wasn t fixed.! Do not trust them! If I could do no stars I would!

Big Jim is great! He always fixes up my car and gets me running again. Most of the time he figures out what's wrong over the phone just by me explaining to him. He's amazing! Prices are fair & he's so nice.

I won't star this place, but will review it.Derek, the owner, is wonderful. Reasonable prices, and good work.His associate, Jim, on the other hand is a rip off artist.Our drive train snapped, and he quoted us $1600, to replace it, the transmission and the clutch.He kept our car two weeks, saying he was waiting on the transmission delivery... Once he was finished the car drive good for one day.I took it to my regular mechanic, who had quoted more, but I should have just gone with, only to find out I was totally screwed.He put the wrong drive shaft on, it was the wrong year, an automatic, I have a manual, and if course too short. Annnnd when removing the snapped drive shaft, he cut the bolts of with a torch, instead of just taking them off, damaging my frame. Also he never replaced the trans, this was supported by comparing serial numbers, and nothing was wrong with it. He didn't touch the clutch, which also was fine, which I knew, because I had just had it replaced two years prior.So all in all, he took us for $1800 total to... Screw up my car. And now I have to pay my regular, trusted mechanic another $1200 to repair all the damage, and have a special bracket fabricated, to hold my new drive shaft in place.

DO NOT EVER GO TOIntegrity Auto Service10200 W. 9 Mile Rd.Oak Park, MI48237Thank God I'm ok. I picked up my car and drove it after a repair on my brakes/rotors. I drove a few miles and there was an awful noise and wobbling. I drove directly back to the repair shop and Derek the repairman said that I needed a tire. He said the belt was worn.I proceeded to try to drive to a tire shop. I had to pull over in a few minutes due to severe wobbling and disturbing noise.I HAD 2 LUG NUTS LEFT. Both were almost off. My other 3 must have come off during the drive.NEGLIGENCE once is awful but I returned and this man looked at the tire and never checked the lug nuts!!! A critical oversight.Thanking God again.

All about the money was going for a long time because I trusted Derrick but one day I took my car somewhere else and found out I had been getting over charged$$$$ by Speedy Greasy Derrick. Just wow he sound impressive until it comes to the charges. RIP OFf don't do it

worst place ever. they just want yur money. went there twice in a row (over the span of 2days) spent 600total and my car still got the same issues i came in with 3weeks later. called and went up there to complain about the botched job and was told the problems im having are standered. NO!!! Ended up taking it another place finding out what they did at speedy was all wrong. dont believe the eye twitching lil man(owner). hes rip-off in a lil shell... save yur money and sanity on this place everyone... invest in a REAL shop.

Make sure you ask them how much they charge before you check anything there is a charge fee and it's not cheap either
