I had great service. The gentleman was patient with me as I decided on a sun visor after he pointed out the choices for the make & model of my car.It came just in time for the heat of the day.

I ran in here because I needed some oil for my car and a pair of light bulbs for my vehicle. They didn't have my vehicle's light bulbs, but it was cool. I got it off Amazon for 7 bucks, so no complaints ... they probably saved me some money for not having it in stock anyway

I popped in this location ONLY cause I forgot to go to the credit union first. Autozone is ALWAYS my first choice, I have never had a bad or an comfortable situation like this store on a recent visit. I went to purchase items for my vehicle, the guy that I met was Mark... Mark was cool, fair, and quite helpful, on the other hand another associate bearded older guy was very biased and made comments as I exited the store to finish my purchase, that I wasn't coming back assuming I was going to leave EVERYTHING I JUST SHOPPED FOR. Completely stereotyped the person and situation. After returning back in the store, I noticed Mark nudge the associate whom made the comment, hand gestures and the whole situation just made me not want to return. And I will never settle again do what I know best and where my money is appreciated. Whether I come in Michael Kors or Value World respect I came to spend. Trying to belittle people secretly isn't cool at any age.

They always have what I need for my Harley, and are incredibly well stocked for any automotive needs. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and know how to get the job done!!

Good service. I had to get new windshield wipers replaced. They were fast and courteous. I love my new wipers!! I had to go and get light bulb for my headlight the guy was dry and not to friendly. It won't hurt to smile a little.

This is the worst O Reillys I ve ever been to. Before the pandemic, they gave me the wrong engine air filter for my car every time, and one time had to order one from a store a few miles away, and it took them over a week to get it for me. A couple weeks ago I went there and the door was locked with the open sign still on at 6:30 PM, two and a half hours before close, with no explanation posted on the front door. Me and three other customers waited outside for several minutes. I saw an employee inside look at us, then walk back to where we couldn t see him.I went to the O Reillys in Ferndale and it was amazing, they even had more than one brand of air filter and the employees even knew what it was. Only took 3 hours for them to get me my air filter from a different store. It was also open during the posted business hours. Go to the Ferndale one, not this one.

I received excellent customer service from Paul. I dropped off a dead battery on Sunday (9/27/2020) morning at 10am and came back to the store a few times to check on it to see if it had charged, unfortunately after 36 hours (10pm on Monday 9/28/2020) it was determined that the battery was bad. Thank God I had purchased the warranty and was granted a brand new battery. I also purchased a Battery Maintainer and Electric Air Pump. Throughout the entire process, Paul was engaging, professional knowledgeable and thorough; not only with me but with every customer; both over the phone and in the store. I have to say that it takes a very unique person to be able to make each and every customer feel valued and feel like they re the only one he s taking care of. If you want phenomenal customer service, I would strongly recommend you go see Paul at O Reilly Auto Parts Oak Park.

I purchased a battery pack impact wrench. Folks it's worth the price. I needed to remove three bolts from my cars front struts, wow amazed.

Went there for wiper blades during the last heavy snowstorm after mine broke. Apparently the ice before the storm caused many others to need replacement blades to because there were at least 7 or 8 others purchasing them to. I was shocked at the crazy high prices until I overheard the clerk telling a customer there were less expensive ones in the back. There was only one salesperson at the register which basically made useless their advertised policy of free blade installation. He was working as fast as he could just to manage the sales so hardly anyone waited for him to install the blades.

I cannot say enough great things about the customer service here. Miyah was an absolute GEM and walked me through everything. She even helped me install my new windshield wipers. It was so refreshing to see someone with that energy! I truly don't think I'll go anywhere else for my car needs. Whatever they're paying her, it's not enough. I was out of my comfort zone but with her, everything was effortless.I would recommend this place to anyone!

I did not get the name of the man who assisted me, however I waited in line a while while made a bunch of calls and helped a bunch of people before assisting me. (I understand he may be busy but he could have acknowledged that I was there and told me to wait) . I then asked him for the part I needed and he had a question about the size of my engine... Which I didn't know, so he lists all this stuff I would need in order for him to help me. I couldn't find any information on this and he basically said he couldn't help me. He was extremely rude and did not help me in any way.

Do not trust this store ,they give you the wrong oil filter twice in three years and after I called they said they had no obligation to bring me a filter. I told him to make sure that He gave me the right filter because they made a mistake before.

It's definitely not the best, but something about the atmosphere is so hilarious that I'm sold. Even though the employee I've spoken to the last three times I've been here has been on the phone and taking breaks from talking to her friend to ask me questions. It makes me laugh every time, and I've always gotten the parts that I needed from them. I love it.

I in here this morning I forgot my little roller stool I have but O Reilly's had what I needed a hydraulic stool for under $50 couldn't pass it up I have 315 feet of baseboards to paint so this will be far better then crawling on the floor!

Always busy.Fully stocked. helpful Staff knows inventory well.Did sell me kit and when i asked for auxiliary items that happened to be in the kit, instead of informing me so, merely suggested full other products and sold me unneccisary items. I caught it and returned it without a problem, an honest mistake i hope.

The manager Reco is the greatest parts counter guy ever. I ve worked for 4 decades on cars, boats, trucks, basically anything that has an engine. Reco has found parts that no other store or employee could find. Recently, I went in to find some boat/marine parts. He spent hours researching and cross referencing to find what I was looking for. In the process I saved $400 over the boat shop s prices. Reco has shown the utmost professionalism each time I ve gone into the Oak Park location and truly may be the best auto parts counter I ve ever come across. Employees like Reco should be commended. Thanks Reco!!!

Some stupid salesgirl forgot a conversation we had about my order and completely lied about it. I called around 3:45pm to order an item and she told me it'll arrive around 6pm,. I called back at 6pm, she lied said she told me 4pm and when I asked how the item would arrive at 4pm, she then said she told me the next day. Just because you dealing with customers at the time and forgot my order, doesn't mean you have to lie about it. I only dealt with her. So, what are the chances that I forgot my conversation with the only store I called? How is it that my order would arrive in 15 mins? Instead of an apology, she kept insisting she was right, telling she's not about to argue with me, with her stupid attitude.

This is my favorite auto supply store. Some people like Auto Z---, but my preference is O'Reilly's. I have made a myriad of purchases here, as well as have had them replace auto wiper blades on my vehicle. They have everything, and if not, most of the time, it can be ordered. They are also great with providing auto info.

Neighborhood car supply store. Well stocked from car parts to tire and interior needs.of car. Bought some leather spray for my Lincoln and it worked really well. Located 9 Mile at Coolidge. Staff not very friendly

The worst O'Reilly's out there. It's the one closest to my house but I rather go anywhere else. Staff is not knowledgeable. Rental tools are messed up. And there stock is minimal. Go to Ferndale or Royal Oak instead

Paul is really condescending. Tries to upsell way to hard when I say I want a specific brand and type of spark plugs. I wanted cheap plugs for an engine I was replacing and he kept trying to push the OE plugs when i wanted to know if the engine had issues first. Once I know the engine runs fine I will swap out plugs for better ones
