Mr.Henderson is a very nice gentleman, he communicates well and is very helpful. I moved all the way to Texas. Helped me get my car shipped and when my car needed repairs he found a auto mechanic that is responsible and very friendly. I would highly recommend doing any busy with Henderson automotive rather it's towing or car repairs.

After a horrible accident in June of 2023 which totaled my 2019 Hyundai, I purchased an old new car for me (2010 Ford focus) that was solid but needed work. As a woman, trusting a car place isn't easy, so my GodFather suggested Henderson. I did not trust them, but I trusted him, so I went.Let me tell you, the ENTIRE STAFF were professional and just good people. Their estimate was better than the first shop and my baby needed quite a a bit of work. Including, Axle, brakes, shoes and motor mount. They had her for 4 days, after picking her up, I drove away and she was shaking, I called and was told to bring her back, which I did. 2 days later, I picked her up and she was purring like a kitten.She did need an alignment which, is not done at Henderson, they told me to where to go (around the corner) which was Ogeen K Auto Tire Rims (who also did a great job) and they got me right in and did my alignment.I would highly recommend Henderson Automotive!

First off, my bf has been looking for a car for a min. Finally he finds a decent place. They make an appointment with him and they kept up decent communication at first . We get off work and they knew we were coming to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee . He called and an Lady answers . He told her he had the appointment for that car and she says she sold it . I m just sitting there listening out of amazement . I could see the confusion and disappointment in his face and I instantly got mad . He told me that they didn t tell him that at all. Waste don t time then she hangs up while he s talking smh. Don t come here. Never bought a car before and I know I will not be coming here for my first one .

I had my BMW towed to there shop they supposedly checked my car out and told me I needed another engine in the car no diagnostic check then told me it was going to be $12,000 I had it towed to another shop which consequently it was only an engine strap which they over looked Henderson Automotive was trying to rip me off

The owner is a very nice, professional and hospitable young man who takes care of business. I would revisit this establishment as well as recommended him business. He s A-1 all the way!

The owner is rude, pushy and not very knowledgeable about cars. I asked for a tune up and he needed me to explain what that consisted of. I got my car back and it was worse than when I dropped it off. Needless to say I will not be back and you should be careful going here.***In response to the owners comments. I knew I was going to leave an honest review the first time we talked. it took 13 mins for DEANGELO the owner to figure out what a basic tune up was. Red flag #1. My car was never diagnosed! especially not thoroughly that is a lie. If you were to post our conversation you would be caught in many of the lies spread under this review. I towed my car to another shop that ACTUALLY diagnosed it and found nothing of which you said was the problem, you are unprofessional, rude, unintelligent and an unhinged liar. The tow was fine the repairs were not! You have no idea what your doing when it comes to cars I suggest u pick a new career. Deangelos customer service is extremely poor DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE.
