Fantastic collision shop and great group of people! Steve and the team where to helpful to get my Jeep all fixed up after my accident. They had great patience going and explaining the process to me when I dropped of my car. They did a phenomenal job repair my number and exhaust that you can't even tell it was damaged. I plan to go back there for other repairs and extremely happy with the quick and friendly service along with the final outcomes! Thank you!

You won't find a better collision shop than these guys!! They do fantastic work - nothing shoddy about what they do. Even better, they are honest, thorough and committed to doing the job right. They did a fabulous job repairing my Grand Cherokee - looks as good as new! Plus, the manager, Steve, is really helpful and good about dealing with insurance companies. He takes care of everything! It makes life so much easier when you can deal with people who know what they are doing and aren't going to try to scam you in any way. Love these guys!!

First of all, these guys do high quality work.I have had a side mirror replaced on one car and a bumper replaced on another.I was quite satisfied with the work performed.Last year, I went there to get a quote on a factory accessory added to my vehicle.Steve took my name and number and called me back with a quote. I tried three times to get a time booked and they never responded.Most recently, I had a door ding so I figured this was more up their alley. I was satisfied when they did work on my car so I called on them again.Steve said he would take pictures and shoot me a quote. He never did.If these guys do get your car in the shop, you will be satisfied.I m giving them three stars because I am sick of being told one thing and their actions don t seem to correspond to what they say they are going to do.

Just got my car back and it looks like brand new! The paint job is flawless and I couldn't be happier! I have been a customer for more than 10 years and everytime Carlos does an excellent job, never disappoints. He is simply a master at his craft and takes great pride in his work. Steven handled my insurance claim quite efficiently and made the whole process stress free for me! These guys are a perfect duo I must say! I absolutely recommend this place 100%! Thank you, Carlos and Steve!

Loved the work these guys did. They made it easy to schedule a time to bring the car in and priced out multiple ways of doing the repair to give me options. Then they went above and beyond and fixed a wiring issue and a flap on the bottom that they secured. Good people and I would highly recommend!

Amazing staff and craftsmanship! Wish I had known about the place before I took my car elsewhere and had it butchered. Found out about CCC, after consulting about my situation they promised me they would correct any issue and make it look like it never happened.Promise kept!!! Problem solved, tricky paint matched to perfection! Awesome result!!!Thank you CCC! Highly, highly recommended CCC to anyone looking for any body/paint work!

very friendly staff, steve the receptionist was very outgoing and happy, made me feel slightly better after my jeep compass was sideswiped by a lady not paying attention on her phone. even said he would negotiate with my insurance company to replace things instead of refurbishing them for nothing extra. still waiting on backorder parts but thats a dealership issue not a them issue.

I recently took my car to Custom Concept Collision. I was hit in the back of my car. I went in for an estimate., and they promised to make my car look like nothing ever happen, and that's what they did. Looking at my car now, you'd never know. They do excellent work. The staff and owner are very pleasant and assured me all would be well. Price fit the work done. I recommend them if you're ever in need of collision work.

If you re looking for rust repair done right Custom Concepts is your place. I looked in the metropolitan Detroit area for about a year. If I found someone that would even take a look at the work that I needed done it would be with a zero warranty.I can t say my truck looks as good as it was when it was new because it looks better. The service at Custom Concept Collision was fantastic. This was my first time having a car repaired from an accident. Steve educated me on the whole process with insurance, and it was seamless. Recently moved to the area and thought I d should give this auto body repair shop a try. The staff is friendly and patient, most of all they made the process go smoothly by accommodating my busy schedule Etc. The bumper look like new again. These guys are great!!

CCC is an excellent body repair / paint shop and is capable of bringing your damaged vehicle back to NEW condition! Carlos is a true artist when it comes to custom detail work. I had them do some body repairs and rust repairs to my Mustang, then finish it off with a fresh paint job, and it looks absolutely new with perfect color match to the original paint. The attention to detail (inside door jambs, for example) was outstanding, and really brings it up to "show car" level of perfection. I'm picky, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Place is amazing! I am a car guy. I took my modern hot rod there to get some body work done. Steve was fantastic to deal with and Carlos is simply amazing! Everything came out like it was from the factory. I can t say enough good things about this place. They have a customer for life.

Great repair shop! The length of the passenger side of my Grand Cherokee was hit by a semi when I was sitting at a stoplight. They made a less than pleasant situation as painless as possible and returned my car looking as good as new. Steve, the manager, is a real good guy and very good at working with insurance companies, so after I filed my claim, he handled everything else. I had been referred to this shop by a friend who used to be in the repair business working for a dealer and I m glad that I took the advice. They used all OE parts, the paint job was top quality and the alignment & exhaust repairs were all done correctly. Would definitely recommend them or use them again - but hopefully won t need to!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. This shop has your interests in mind, they won t rip you off and they value your time. Steve the manager was very personable, even though my car was totaled beyond repair, one of his guys cleaned out my car and put all my stuff in a box for me. If I ever need work done again in the future, I will definitely be back.

My Daughter got into an accident and didn't know where to turn. She took her car to Custom Concept Collision and when I say they took care of her, THEY TOOK CARE OF HER They didn't take advantage of her and even went above and beyond the repair quote and made sure it didn't kill her paying out of pocket! Would I go to or recommend them? I highly recommend Custom Concept Collision. As a perfectionist, I was so impressed by the level of artisanal craftsmanship. Carlos did a phenomenal job matching the paint of my orange Pontiac Vibe and repairing/replacing my quarter panel and bumper after a hit and run accident. It is as if the damage never happened. It took three tries to get the alignment right, since my rear wheel rim and axle had to be replaced, but they only charged me for the first one, and I am satisfied with the final result. They also double checked my gas gauge and cleaned the float since it didn't seem to be reading right. The quote came in just under the quote from my insurance company, and it took about three weeks. I am so grateful to have found a mechanic I can trust. Steve was so kind and courteous over the phone and in person and Isaac drove me to the rental car place. These guys are amazing, Carlos and Steve treated me like family, very cordial and communicative. Tney fixed some damage in the side of the car and can't tell that there was a repair, amazing! plus the car was returned spotless and shining, haven't had it that clean in years! :)

I cannot say enough how much I trust and appreciate the team at Custom Concept Collision. I have been going for years, and I will never take my car anywhere else for repairs. Carlos, Steve, and the entire team are incredibly helpful, and they make sure that you know that you (and your vehicle) are their number one priority. They offered to communicate with my insurance company to ensure that I had an accurate estimate to complete my repairs with quality, but without being overcharged; they reached out with updates while my car was being worked on; they returned my car to me quickly and clean inside and out. Kind, helpful, trustworthy, and incredibly skilled Carlos and the team at Custom Concept Collision deliver everything you could ask for and more from a repair shop. Should the need arise, they are the only place that you should take your vehicle.

Carlos was awesome! He did an amazing job on my Explorer that had some collision damage. He was able to repair things instead of completely replacing them, saving me money! He even called to keep it another day to make sure the color was correct, as he noticed a slight difference in the factory paint color. My car feels brand new again! Everything was very clean and sanitizer was available inside, as well as wipes.

There is a reason this place has a 5 star rating. The work that these guy do is spot on! I needed some custom work done on my truck, (after market bumpers, light bars, fenders) two other places turned me down. The guys at Custom Concept Collision looked at what I needed and said we do this kind of stuff for fun. It was no problem. The work they do is professional and clean. They make sure the job is done right and looks great. I 100% will be returning with more business for them!
