My mother always used this location and Sami knew her and ever since my mother use this location I ve use this location. I am disabled, so everything that they offer is expensive in my opinion but the individuals and crew there are very savvy and what they do and they know what they re doing, and I trust them with my vehicle, every time something happens they are the first people that I call, and they will work with you on the price, maybe it s just me, but I m glad that they do that for me, there s nobody else that I would trust and there s nobody else that I go to, now that my mother has passed away on December 1 of 2022. She always trusted Sami and she liked him and I continue to trust everyone there , I like talking to the person that answers the phone and his name is Alex, he s always courteous, upfront, honest, and specific I am very knowledgeable about when I explain to him what I think what s wrong with my car he tells me exactly what could be wrong with it, and I appreciate that, and he takes the time to explain , I like the patience that everyone there seems to exhibit when dealing with me by the way, I ve had mini services done by this location and recently I ve been very happy with every service that s why I continue to keep going back and as a matter of fact, I have another appointment in November 2023! Services: Tires, Auto battery replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Auto brake repair, Auto battery maintenance, Auto tire replacement, Wiper blade installation, Battery, Oil change

I had 3 experiences with this shop in the last five years.2015 my 2010 GMC yukon denali Hybrid has a bad accident from the right side, they fixed it for me and reutern it like new with no issues at all. Like magic.2016 I had problems on my GMC Yukon denali engine. hard vibration and white smoke from the back of the car??!, they told me the engine lifters broken inside the engine, I can't find a engine fit my car in the market, they help me and repild the engine. Back like new.2017 the same car keeps giving me stop warning on the dashboard even the dealer can't figure out whats wrong with car, I towed the car to their shop from the GMC dealer, they just used their magic and fixed it like never been an issue with it.If you looking for someone professional to fix your car? This is the right place!Professional people, friendly and very helpful.They know how to fix things right, fast and with reasonable prices.

I've used this place several times. They came recommended by a few friends. So far I've been happy. Prices seem fair and service is with a smile. Haven't had the need to do anything more than brakes and similar maintenance but I'd trust them with my car....

I recommend this place for everyone. I went there because I hit a lady and she drove her car to there saying it's the place where she feels comfortable for fixing her car. I thought she trying to make deal with them and raise the bill on me. I met Alex and he was so honest and understanding. They are just as nice as everybody in the comments said. I'll be back for any other issues with my vehicles.

I had work done with Nick. Very professional, returned all my phone calls, and the work was done for less expensive than originally quoted. He went the extra mile and was very pleasant to work with. I ve sent recommended him to another friend from out of state and the service was also exceptional. I've been a customer for 8 years and I have always had good experiences. Sam and Nick are the best! They explain the problem to you and they let you know the price.I have referred many of my family and friends to Car Stop,also the waiting area is clean and comfortable.Ive NEVER had a bad experience, Thanks Sam and Nick !

They are fair! They don't try to add a lot of unnecessary fixes to your bill. They do a good job on the work they do to your car and Sam (the owner) never forgets a name. He's always there to make sure the work is done right. He has been in business for many years and his customers can depend on him.

They checked out our family van, called me up later and said they weren't able to correct the issue, and gave us a recommendation about another business that could or to visit the dealership instead. I appreciate your honesty and integrity. There's not enough people like you in the field. I have 3 cars that I bring to you guys and I'll continue recommending you to my friends and family. I have brought my cars to this location for over 13 years they have always been honest and do amazing work. You can trust them. They are a family owned business. I highly recommend them! ABSOLUTELY!!

I didn't make a reservation this morning and just went to replace the brake pads and disks. As expected, it was Car Stop. It's a shop that's always friendly, has the best skills, and always receives cheaper repairs fee than you think. Maybe Michigan's number one car repair shop.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I have been going to car stop for years and my experiences have always been excellent. Prices are fair and the work is always done correctly and quickly. I would definitely recommend this place for any repair or maintenance needed on a vehicle.

Horrible experience. I advise everyone to stay away from this place. The owner Sam and his employees took advantage of me maybe because I am a female. Sam was very rude with me and it seemed like he was frustrated with me because I would ask him questions. He tried to pull a fast one one me by stating he fixed the issues on my Nissan Quest but they blantany lied to me. I did my research before I went and not to mention I took it straight to a different mechanic right after. Nothing was even touched, maybe that is why he didn't even want to provide me with a work order sheet of the "work" he supposedly did on my van. Never again will I even think about going to this place and I advise everyone to stay away from these dishonest pathetic people !!

Car stop is one of the best auto shops I've been to. They will have you in and out as quick as possible. The communication is flawless and Sam (the owner) will tell you there is nothing wrong with your car if there really isn't.

I love this automotive shop. Sam is fair and honest. He fixes what needs to be fixed. He doesn't try to fix what doesn't need it and gives a heads up on what will need fixing in the future. His staff is courteous.

Alex really took care of me. I had a new engine put in and was so nervous because everywhere I looked was really expensive or misdiagnosed my vehicle. Car stop knew exactly what there were doing!!

My daughter was experiencing where her 2005 Honda Accord was running hot.Technician was suppose to check out the thermostat and radiator so that she could confidently take a road trip to Chicago,IL the next day.Thermostat was replaced,she got to Chicago the car ran hot and was smoking.Before she could make it home had to have rusted radiator,hoses replaced at an astronomical price 1,200.00. I wish that I had insisted that the radiator be replaced since the car is 16 years old because the price quoted was very fair but my daughter decided to rely on technicians expertise.
