They do the routine oil maintenance and brief the recommended works like battery replacement, serpentine belts, coolant change from car companies based on our model and miles. They do not insist but leave it to us to make the decisions. Quite compensating the total price with their discount coupons in every visit. I had done it twice and done for one of my friends vehicle too. Will get our work done in 10 to 15 mins during working days without much queue.

Service here was excellent and above average. I used a coupon, which Valvoline customer service had texted me, and got a full synthetic oil change with new air filter for around $100. They were fast, courteous, and professional. I recommend this Novi location highly.

Valvoline Novi, MI has very poor service professionals,After front right tire rotation 3 out of 5 nut came out because these guy have not given enough torque. My car was running on just 2 nuts, I am lucky my family is alive today.These people never fill coolant, my reservoir was dry.OVERALL WORST PLACE FOR CAR SERVICE

I have been a long term customer of Valvoline and have always received great service. But I received an uncomfortable and passive aggressive response to requesting the staff at Novi to not check my air filter. Moreover, they checked all the boxes on the receipt post payment for having checked and changed all the fluids but I am unsure if they did.Within a week my washer fluid went out and I was caught in the snow without it (that was clearly marked as topped up and I recall the staff filling up something with a hose in my hood. I am now unsure if they really did or not - my coolant did NOT need a top up for sure).I assume the staff was having a long snow day but I expect a professional attitude and service if I trust the company and if they are providing a service. Deeply disappointed and never stopping by with my business at the Novi branch again.

I didn't have much money left as I was in-between pay checks thought I needed an oil change come to find out I needed a fuel injection cleaning Dustin & his crew are amazing they not only saved me money they went above & beyond to insure that I was back on the road safely I would definitely recommend going here Thank you so much you guy's are the Best

Fast and reliable service. I called before I went and the information was given to me accurately, and in a timely manner. Upon arrival everything was as stated on the phone. Thank you for the great customer service .I ll be back

Technicians are not well trained. They didn't fasten my engine shield. Got stuck on middle of the road. Had to bring the car back and wait in line for long time to put it back and my shield got damaged too.

Very glad I listened to that "little voice" and went here instead of any other place. The 2 lanes were full when I arrived. The folks inside waved to me which lane to line up at. After about 6 minutes I was waved in and was greeted by Al and being my first time there he took all car info and mileage. They went to work while Al showed the services my car would need. Showed that priced that would be good for quite a while. NO HARD SALES. Al just gave the info and the decision was mine. I'll be going back for a trans flush next month. Pretty sure I've found my new oil service place. It's easy to get to, well ran, well stocked and professional. Good place good customer service.

The team here is always super helpful. I just pop in for a filter and oil and nothing else. They get me in and out quickly without any pressure for upsell. I love that they report your service to carfax.Updated: took my ram in Dec 19. Slowest oil change of my life. Of course they charged me and closed out the service time in 12 or 13 minutes then took another 10 to finish up. Got oil all over my engine bay. Yay, now i get to go spend time and money at the car wash cleaning up the mess.

There was an expectable wait of 2 cars when I pulled up. The service was quick and painless. The lights test, wiper blade check, and battery check showed that all was functioning well. Oil change was fast and price was good! Gentleman who was at my window was pleasant.

They are very friendly and fast. Person I spoke with was always very professional, like the crew. Very pricey though. Almost double than the dealership. But no appointment needed and you get out of there in about 10 minutes. Pay extra for convenience, if you wake up at the last moment.

This is the best oil change place I've been to in a long time! No upselling and no guilt-trips. I spoke with three different technicians while I was there. All were very friendly and professional and everything was done quickly.

They forgot to check air filters, asked if 32 psi was ok and saw them never check tire pressure, also forgot to give me the mileage sticker afterwards and ushered me out. Had to walk back in to ask for the sticker and asked if they checked my air, they looked at each other and said yes. Came home, checked, and every tire was under.

Went here for my first oil change and excellent service from Alex and Dustin, the manager. They didn't try selling me anything I didn't need, but just gave some recommendations for next visit. I will be back, very friendly and efficient service. Thank you guys

Came here was in and out in like 20 minutes. They checked everything they were supposed to check and was really impressed by the crew they had. They took their job seriously. If I lived a little closer, I would come here every time I needed an oil change.

I was traveling to Michigan to visit a friend and my check engine light turned on. It was a Sunday and I had work on Monday. The friendly staff scanned my car and explained the cause of the light. They also explained what to watch for to make I didn't damage my car . I forgot the name of the young man that helped me, Colton perhaps. His first named sounded like a last name.

I want to this oil change for the first time today with a coupon I found online. It was by far the best oil change experience I ve ever had. Not only was it quick and efficient, all of the employees were personable, professional, kind and explained everything to me. They all seemed to truly like their job and it reflected in the service they offered. I would definitely return here and recommend this Novi location to anyone! Went here for an oil change that was very much needed. Justan explain the process super well and clearly explained my pricing options. I m not very educated on cars, so this definitely helped me a lot. He then explained the air filter replacement process and informed me when I m likely to need it changed. Him and his team communicated very well through out the whole process and he is a true leader. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here for their oil change. I will definitely be back! I also appreciated how I got what I came there for. There wasn t any extra purchases that weren t needed pushed on me. I am always hesitant when going to get tune ups and repairs on my car but Justan made it 100% stress free for me!Services: Tires, Oil change

Great communication between the mechanic and customer. Austin is who assited me, was very polite and informative about other things that need to be done to my vehicle. I love this place because of the speed of service. They did forget to close my air filter box and it caused me to get a check engine light. The auto parts store checked the code and we found the problem. Honest mistake but it did create a headache for me.

Perfect place in the area for a quick oil change! They check tire pressure, battery and washer fluid as well completely free of charge. The entire oil change procedure took just 19 minutes for me (including pulling the car into garage, the payment) and only cost about 70$! (Make sure to keep your coupons from last visit to save money on the next visit)Excellent mechanics working on your car in record time.

Cash only first off. Then didn't tighten the bolts enough on my undercarriage skid plate. It came off 3 weeks later. It's a 4 year old vehicle and never has come off with any other company changing my oil, ever. Company said it was too late for it to be their fault- false the vibration of driving caused it and I don't drive much so it took weeks. Now have to replace at my own expense. Will never recommend or be back.Service: Oil change

Went in for a routine oil change on my 2019 F-150 Dec. 1. Following week, I noticed oil on my driveway. Took it back in, and told the tech/manager. He took a look, said everything was tight and I shouldn't have anymore problems. Two weeks later it is still leaking. I do not recommend using this VIOC. Not sure what they did, didn't have this problem before. I won't be back.Service: Oil change
