2-3 hours wait for an oil change, appointment at that I mind you. I only go to this one since it's close to me.

While I was satisfied with the oil change and tire rotation that was performed, I was deeply upset that they charged $40 to patch a slow leak in my tire (from a nail). The work was good and they completed it in a quick fashion, but the customer service was sloppy.Started with me walking in, and just standing there waiting for someone to come up and ask me what they could help with. Lots of hustle and bustle and people walking by me, but no one stopped to ask "Have you been helped." Not a huge deal, but, come on.Ended with me picking up my car and noticing that despite me asking the customer rep to have the garage check my tire pressure (I was there to get a new tire anyway) the other tires still looked low. Grabbed my digital reader and sure enough they were low. Customer rep said she'd get the technicians to fix it. Guy came out, fired some air in and stomped off. I checked the pressure again and it was over 40 for a tire that required 30. Rep said that my device probably wasn't accurate (it was). A man that I assumed to be a manager of some sort just stood there the whole time and watched me.Like I said, nothing outrageous, but just sloppy customer service.

I took my vehicle for a "Works" package which includes tire rotation and checking tire pressure. The tires were NOT rotated; I KNOW this because I mark my tires prior to dropping it off for service. I went back in to talk to my service advisor and he claimed "if the tires are worn they do not rotate them." I was quite surprised, they don't mention this as they give you the invoice/paper work, I had to go look for the marks I put on my tires. They also DID NOT check the tire pressure. When I came home I checked my tire pressure, 25, 28, 30, 30. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!Services: Tires, Oil change

Well, I'll definitely keep them in mind for car services.My tire was busted t just coming off the freeway on Wednesday March 9th and when I got there , they didn't have my tire size as mine are low profile with the rims but nevertheless offered to swap it with my spare tire.And when it was all done and i asked about how much they told me it was free. I can more than pay for anything i want in this world but i truly appreciate good customer service, their waiting room is very clean, everyone was smiling and none of them would take tips . Bill the gentleman that brought my car over was very nice and even declined the tip i offered away from everyone insisting he was just glad to help.

Performed the synthetic works package. Prices were higher than other dealers charge for full synthetic changes, but I kind of expected that from a Lincoln dealership. What really rubbed me the wrong way was looking at my invoice and seeing they added BG motor oil additive without asking me. I can t stand BG and Ford exclicitly states not to use third party additives in their oil because the additive package in Motorcraft oil is plenty sufficient. I was charged $15 for this and more importantly I got a non-OEM product that the manufacturer explicitly advises against put in my car without asking me. I was very disappointed by that.

Go here for my oil change . Its a bit far but worth it over the other places. The waiting room has good coffee, snacks and a huge tv. Better then sitting in your car. Prices are fair for a dealership.

Came in with a car having delayed shifts, possibly from loss of power when accelerating. They charged $115 for 1 hr. diagnosis, then said take it to a muffler shop, it's clogged catalytic converter. I did, and to check the 3 cat's and look for other power loss reason, they also gave up and charged another $250. Then back to Varsity and asked for a trans flush, saying just humor me, I want to be certain that I have the right fluid, clean, before trying again, and it was coming due for a flush anyway.They charged 1/2 hr , another$57, labor to scratch their head and decide to refuse to do the flush because they were sure it was the cat's being bad. I went to another Lincoln dealer for the flush, and got charged $100 more for the flush than Varsity usually does. It did not fully improve the problem, so I tried the family owned shop down the street asking them to check the cats. They did some diagnosis and found it was the throttle body, which I found out was the most common reason for power loss in this model of car, but the dealer did not make that diagnosis...which cost me over $500 in getting nowhere because it wasn't diagnosed right to begin with. Got the throttle body replaced and the problem is gone.

Will not be going back. Never got a call that my car was done and could not even get ahold of anyone on the phone. Had to call the salesman who sold my car to figure out the status. Took about triple the time quoted and I showed up right when they opened.
