The people working here are wonderful and have integrity. They were honest with us and actually told us that we didn t need to fix something that another company had previously said needed to be fixed. Everyone there was great but we specifically worked with Ralph and Chris who are both great guys. Not only do they know how to fix cars but they also know how to talk to customers which is a huge plus! Thank you guys!!! A++++

Great customer service! Shauna and Ray were nice, welcoming, and funny. I came in to get my tire plugged around 5pm. Although they close at 6pm, they didn t turn me away. Other places probably would have told me to come back another day, but I definitely needed it today with all the bad snowy weather now. Shauna informed me of an oil change coupon, so she saved me time and money saved me from having to get an oil change another day, while I could get them both done out the way now and not have to worry about it anymore. Shauna consistently kept me updated about my service and was kind to answer any of my questions. My phone battery was low, so Ray was nice to let me borrow his charger. Now I can go home safely with my car fixed and full charge on me phone. Definitely recommend this location.

I initially booked my appointment at 1 P.M. Monday, even though they didn t close until 6 and I was told my appointment would be confirmed in a hour; it never did. I had to call at 9 A.M. the next day to get my appointment confirmed. When I finally made it to the store for my appointment I was told I would have to wait 45-1 Hour for an OIL CHANGE. Most places can have an oil change done within 30 minutes my appointment took well over an hour to get done. Why advertise a 30 minute oil change, why have customers book appointments if I still have to wait even though there are multiple slots open and multiple mechanics just standing around?

I highly recommend this shop. I brought my car in due to a hole in my exhaust. They were friendly and professional. I decided to get all of the services they recommended. As a result, my car now rides like a brand new car! Thanks for taking good care of my car. I'll definitely use you again!

I came on given time. They took 2 hours to fix tire nail puncture on 1 tire & when I asked front person said you gotta wait there's no option. I don't have prob waiting but "2 hours for simple tire nail fixing & the attitude" is crazy.The previous management was good & understanding.Go to some other auto shop, don't come here!

Manny was very kind and understanding . He told me what was wrong with my car in a way I could understand and they were able to fix it the same day. My appreciation to the technician Rob as well.I liked that they checked the car all over and sent pictures . Thank you! Service: Exhaust

Midas has completed work on my car which I have no problem.Today I called to see how long a quote would be honored for... the man didn't have that info but proceeded to tell me that the quote was too low for rotors and pads, $357.98. Today he said it'll cost $850.$850 was higher than any quote I received. And more costly than replacing drums, rotors and pads. I received a quote for $812 to do front and back. I went somewhere else to get the front work done at a lesser cost than Midas' inital quote. Maybe because I'm a female calling they thought I could be priced gouged. This is about the Midas on Novi Rd and 12 Mile.

Manny was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. I called them regarding a sound my car was making, and they were able to get me in immediately and were able to diagnose and repair my car within 3 hours. I appreciate the fact that they take photos of all repairs needed so I was able to make an informed decision. 10/10 would recommend!Services: Exhaust, BrakesServices: Exhaust, Brakes

This is a review for Manny. Manny helped me on my VW Passat and his honesty, Integrity, and Willingness to help solve my issue was great! He deserves to be a manger of his own branch or this branch, because he knew how to fix the problem quickly and easily. They re very dishonest. They said they did the tire rotation while I watched them not do it. If they screw people on something simple like that, just imagine what they would do just to make a few extra dollars.

Went in for a minor repair to replace some broken bolts on my muffler. They were fast with initial repair and I very happy. When I left, I noticed the engine light was on, which it was not before dropping the car off. (Not sure why they would released a car with a new engine light on). Had it scanned- O2 sensor issue. Took the car back. After keeping the car for most of day they said the car suddenly had 16 errors codes and they said I needed over $2900 in repairs and that it was only running on one cylinder!!!! Something was not right about what they said because the car had excellent pickup/Acceleration prior to leaving it with them. I drove the car home it ran Sluggish(because I believe they did something)and then issue cleared up after driving for a while. Took it to another place . They could not find any issues. I had the other place change one ignition coil along with the spark plug underneath it to see if there is any issues. Nothing was wrong. To think I could have spent over $2900 For a catalytic converter, spark plugs three ignition coils and 2 O2 sensors!!! Lady beware!!!Service: Exhaust

The manager treated me and my father like less than a human and flat out lied to us and then called me a liar. They did a sorry job on my car which caused more work needing done and about $14k later and 3 weeks later I finally got my car back. I will never come back to this midas after this experience. Buyer BEWAREUpdating my review as I went back for a credit I was given due to my last experience to have minor repairs. Thank you Ray for making this experience much more pleasurable. I appreciate you getting me in early and completing it timely.

Manny was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. I was given all of the information necessary to make an informed decision about further work on my vehicle in a helpful manner. Making an appointment was hassle free and the service was speedy. 10/10 would recommend

Great place to get oil change. They send updates to your phone through a link that provides pics and details of service provided. Staff is very friendly and advised on next steps. Quick service.

The employees are super friendly and helpful and were very willing to explain the problem when my check engine light turned on. Both my boyfriend and I have gone here regularly with good service and always very kind employees. As someone not very knowledgeable about cars they help me out and make the process easy.I meant to leave this review last year, sorry it's so late but I will be back to visit them soon!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I scheduled an appointment, arrived 20 minutes early and after 3 hours they did nothing to my vehicle, I ask about and explanation and I was told if I wanted to take my car to another place. After they reviewed my vehicle I received a quote for over $2,000 usd. They told me the part will arrive in 3 days if I payed that day and I did.After 3 weeks and 2 follow ups from my end I was told that they didn t find the part and I got my refund. I told them if I found that part they could do the work, and they say NO. I lost 3 weeks and over $200 usd from the diagnosis.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Scheduled an appointment the day before for noon on Saturday, arrived 10 min early. The person on Friday who took my call and scheduled my appointment failed to put it in the system. Ray at the desk advised no issue getting me in. 30 min later my car and I are both sitting and waiting. I was advised it would be another 45 min to get in. Why schedule an appointment and tell me no issue to get in when clearly it is. Disappointed as this is the 2nd time I called and scheduled an appointment and lost in the system. Last visit the person who scheduled the appointment admitted he input wrong when I came but wait was only 20 min to get in.8/28 - Thank you Mark, I have updated the rating to 4 stars and will turn to 5 stars as I will schedule an oil change at the end of the week.9/1 - Great visit, team wanted to right the issue. Highly recommend.

I had to leave my truck here overnight after it blew a tire across the street at 10 pm. I left a note to call, and the manager called me first thing in the morning. I told him a price point I wanted to sped on new tires and he gave me the options. When the tires I could afford weren t in stock as shown on display, he upgraded me at no charge to ensure the job was done same day. They made a bad experience (popping a tire) into a customer service dream, and I will be back for years to come. I would recommend this location & staff to anyone. This is how it's done! Had a horrible experience at Monro and gave Midas a try--what a huge difference! Midas was able to get me in for same-day maintenance for two consecutive days in a row. Everything from the prices, customer service (the managers are awesome!), and speed were top-notch. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Needed a muffler. Bad. Stopped here as it was close to work. The service was wonderful. Showed me exactly what needed to be done by taking me under the car and actually showing me. Gave me cost options and timing.I will always bring my car here. Don t be fooled by the name. They do all kinds of automotive repairs! Just a great overall experience! Highly recommend!! The manager is a pure joy to work with. She understands and is very knowledgeable of her job and you can tell she cares about her employees!

Absolute professionals! I received a comprehensive report with pictures of all problems and the severity of the problems. I called several times to ask questions and every question was answered and explained respectfully. So refreshing to have such great customer service. They have a good team of knowledgeable and kind people working there. The mechanic was thorough and helpful when explaining what work was going to be done, and what work might be coming up in the future. The front desk worker, Emma, was especially kind and patient, and made the entire experience much nicer. Definitely considering returning should I need more help, and encourage others to see for themselves.

This place is awesome! The folks that work here are honest. I came in and let them know my tire was pierced and that I wanted it replaced. They let me know that they could patch it instead and it d only cost a fraction of what a tire would cost me. They were quick, and I was in and out in about 40 min. Emma was super welcoming and knowledgable. I kinda want to be friends lol she s so cool! Overall, great place with genuine employees. Would definitely recommend.

The individuals that work at Midas are very nice and provide great attention to your vehicle and great work. Unfortunately, this is a corporate shop, the fee's and quotes are very expensive. Their model is to generate as much money out of nothing that they can. They wanted $250 just for them to tell me what was wrong with my air conditioning and to generate a quote.If you're looking to save some money check out Nicks Auto Repair shop down the road. Free inspections, great business, great work, and they just recently renovated their waiting room.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

This Midas might be the best one I ve been to. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Emma at the front. She was so swift on what I needed and how we can do it the most effective yet cost friendly way. There were a couple of customers in line and Emma got every single one of them in and out in a super timely manner. I ve never been this satisfied leaving a auto service center. They were great, friendly, fast, and caring. 10/10, 5 stars. Thanks!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

It would be great if Google would let me leave more than 5 stars because this Midas location definitely deserves them. I was treated like a VIP throughout the whole process. Called in to make an appointment, and in the spirit of the holidays perhaps I was told on the phone I was getting a $20 coupon. And they told me they would give me a ride to my office when I come drop off my car so I don't have to wait. So I take my car in and get my ride to work, they call me a little bit later to tell me everything is good, and I don't have to get the work I thought I did. They came to pick me up again and I was able to get on my way in a hurry. And I especially need to mention the person working the desk, Emma, was nothing but smiles the whole time. Can't wait to need another oil change. I will definitely be going here again.Service: General repairs & maintenance
