Best experience in a stressful situation. From the call to the tech that showed up was a great experience! The Tech was amazing I could tell from the start he was looking out for me. He helped me get on with my work day as soon as possible. A Plus service!!

Great experience with Magnum Towing! Despite confusion with where I needed towed to, the driver was nice and showed up quickly. The company made up for the mixup with the drop-off location by going above and beyond to make sure I could get the new tire needed to get back on the road. It was a frustrating day overall but Magnum Towing pulled through to make the best of a challenging situation. Hope I never need towing again but would definitely recommend.

My experience and encounter with this company was great. The tow truck driver Haroon showed up promply at the scheduled time. He put my car on the tow bed gently and dropped my car off to the tire place. Haroon was professional and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this company and/or driver.

Yousif was amazing! Quick, professional, and even sent me a picture of my vehicle once it was delivered. If I am ever in the area and need a tow, I will not hesitate to call them again! My car was picked up and dropped off in less than an hour. 10/10

Called Magnum at 6:30 AM and they came quickly to tow my car. Yousif was the driver and tried to resolve it for me and save me some money on a tow to a shop. Unfortunately it needed more work than can be done on the side of a road. However he did take it to the dealership, checked it into service, and provided them an assessment of the issue for me to get the problem resolved ASAP. Great service! Very happy.Service: Car towing

I used magnum towing this evening when my car broke down...and not only did they get there really fast..like with in 15 mins after I called..the tow truck truck..his name was josh..was very professional...polite.and.very carefully with my car . His driving was on point....his truck was very clean...I was VERY happy with his service... he got me and my car home safe and sound...... I would highly recommend asking for Josh to get you and your ride home safe..... thanks josh..

Extremely fast, professional service. I called for a tow. Tow truck on site in less than 15 minutes. Driver Eli was courteous and helpful. I was towed safely from the side of a busy highway in the dark. Highly recommend. Keep up the great work!

Great service! Jake, the driver was awesome!. I needed to get my car from in front of my house to the garage (up a steep driveway) and Jake helped me with a flat bed truck. Right after I called Magnum, Jake called me and arrived within 10 minutes.Thank you guys!

I was driving home on 96 west tonight and blew a tire with my 2 young kids in the car. I could not give enough thanks to Ron who was to my car on a busy highway within 5 minutes of me calling. He changed my tire and had me back on the road so fast. My kids thought it was fun seeing a tow truck up close out the back open. This place was surprisingly cheaper than what I was expecting it to be. Josh was the guy that towed my car, he was very nice and got my car loaded and unloaded quickly. Highly recommend this company, I plan to come back when I need their services again.

The guy who helped me tonight was the owner, he was absolutely amazing! He got there when he said he would, he was quick about getting my car on and off the flatbed, the ride was enjoyable and he was easy to converse with. I definitely recommend this company.

I was having the worst day and after a long 10 hour shift with unsufferable management my car decided to have problems. There's nothing worst then just wanting to go home and relax after work but your car has other plans for you. So Magnum Towing was my go to, it was one of the first places that popped up for me for my area on Google so I called and Charbel was so nice and eased my stress from the moment he answered my call to dropping me off at Belle Tire. The last time I got a tow they didn't even ask me where I wanted to go I had to bargain with them to go to my needed destination. Charbel however asked me where I needed to go and took me there with no problem. He's very professional, nice, a great conversationalist, and turned a horrible situation into something peaceful. I reccomend Magnum Towing service if you've never used it and don't forget to give Charbel 5 stars!Service: Car towing

Charged $100 for a TWO MILE tow for a small sedan - from and to both in Novi (where they're located). Didn't tell me the price until the car was already on his flatbed. Oh well, purchased a AAA membership after this and won't have to deal with them again.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

It's never fun to be stranded on the highway, but luckily, my experience with Elie was great at dispatch, and the tow truck driver was a nice guy who did his job well. I definitely would use Magnum again. Thanks

My experience with this towing company was not great. Once my car was picked up the towing guy took my car to a lot across town without my approval. Then he lied to me and the auto collision place and said I told him to take it there, although I d never spoken to him. My paperwork with my insurance also had the correct location where the driver was supposed to deliver my car. Due the negligence of the tow driver my car was missing and even my insurance didn t know where my car was for over 6 hours. And it took a whole extra day for my car to be assessed by the collision place.

My truck broke down on 696 and I tried to call a different tow company. Man on phone stated they would be there in about 30 minutes, 45 minutes later still no tow truck. LUCKILY Ron from magnum towing happened to be driving by and stopped and asked if I needed help. Needless to say I took him up on his offer and it was a great experience. He didn t need to stop and help me but he did and I was extremely grateful for that. Will always recommend magnum towing and Ron especially. Thanks again Ron!

Magnum took care of my Kia Rodeo properly, giving it the best of care and getting it on time to its destination. The driver was courteous and took care to get my low rise car onto the truck properly. Nothing could be better!

My driver Naz was amazing and Super fast service & efficient ! He truly made a hard time pleasant which is hard during a car break down!!! Definitely recommend them if you re looking for a quick and professional service!!!
