Adam was efficient and informative. He provided timing updates seeing that I had an infant with me, he was conscious of our schedules. Our family appreciates thoughtfulness. Another associate said hello and gifted our child one of their stuffed foxes. Thank you for the great service, detailed explanations, and follow up steps.

Adam was a pleasure to work with along with the support of Johnny. Adam provided consistent communication during my whole service timeline and was onsite to greet me when I came in to pick up. I've worked with my fair share of dealerships and Land Rover Novi surpasses all of them with service.

Worst customer service they never return your phone call, or put u hold for ever That's why you shouldn't buy a Range Rover.

Routine vehicle maintenance handled without a problem. Even found a couple of minor issues, that were addressed.
