Had an alignment done on my lifted 4 wheel drive Toyota, and it wasn't handling quite right after. I let them know, and they did an excellent job of double checking everything and getting it handling as it should. Rob showed me the process and explained what needed change on each test drive and now the car is handling the best it ever has.

Let me share a recent experience. I took my car in recently for a front end check/possible alignment. I was told the front left lower control arm and sway bar link were bad, price of $830 to replace. I had the part replaced for 200 but the person I had doing mentioned that it didn't seem bad and that the other side was where all the movement was coming from! I drove the car a couple days and it was in fact dangerous! I replaced the control arm on the other side for another 200 and had the car aligned. Drives great! The moral of this story is that not only was the initial diagnosis (which I paid for!) incorrect but it led to my driving with a dangerous condition when it was determined to be the wrong control arm. I now have 2 new control arms installed with the car aligned for roughly $450. Just about half of what the initial repair would have been! Lets speculate that if I had them do the repair and they had uncovered their mistake would it have then been 1600 plus to replace both control arms? The lower left one possibly not needing it? A reader can draw their own conclusions!

After going and calling around to multiple places to get an alignment done on my lifted truck they were able to get me right in to perform the alignment and replace some parts that had been worn out. I will recommend this place everytime!

My car was making an annoying, squeaking sound. Doug was gracious to schedule a (last-minute) appointment to have my vehicle checked out. The mechanic (Rob) spent time inspecting it but was unable to pinpoint the cause. He applied a lubricant, which resolved the issue. There was no charge since (according to him), he didn't have to perform any "repairs." I value knowing that I can entrust my vehicle to people of integrity. I would refer them again and again!

I dropped off my vehicle for 3 weeks while I was out of town Dec of 21. Picked it up in Jan they said they pressure checked my coolant system, said" I needed a new engine." Now it's spring getting nicer outside so I pressure checked my radiator to 15lbs and heater core hose was leaking. Found the issue in under 30mins. It's important to get 2nd opinions and double check everything.

I was looking for a place that could do front end work on my 32 foot class A motor-home and a couple of the places I called recommended Harold's. I called on a Friday afternoon and they said to drop it off Monday morning. We dropped it off at 8:00 AM, received an estimate, and a promise they would do it the same day. We got a call that it was ready at 1:30 PM. Did an excellent job and the bill was well under the estimate they gave me. Highly recommended.

The staff was friendly, very knowledgeable, and gave me valuable information that can prolong the life of my vehicle. They corrected what was wrong, in a timely manner, and was reasonably priced. I'll definitely use their service again.

Did not use them so i cant speak on their work but i will tell you that the customer service isn't good. Rude and condescending. I would still try them since i hear they do good work but I wouldnt buy them a beer.

Sloppy on a routine repair with costly consequences.I took my car In to fix the tie rods. The car wasn t steering right shortly after. I took it back to get looked at and one of the parts just adjacent to the original repair was broken (rack and pinion). I talked to a couple friends of mine who were mechanics and they both agreed these guys were likely over aggressive ratcheting the original part out and it s very uncommon for that part to break at the miles I had. They ended up charging me almost $2000 more to fix and some of the original repairs had to be redone anyway. Then it broke again the next day and had to bring it back for them to fix a loose valve.

Horrible place to go I took two different cars to him within two days wasted money on towing 4 times just for him to tell me he couldn't do the job. And one of them was a very simple job and I turned down many offers on the work just to take it to him and all I got in return was no work and out almost 290 dollars. Why call yourself a frame shop if you can't do easy or hard jobs

Hello Nice Persons!My experience was one of gratitude I needed an emergency weld done to my wheelchair. It was unusable and I was stranded in my van they took the chair promised me nothing but that they would get to it to look at it. I was called to come back to the shop in less than 10 minutes. I thought oh man it's not fixable ad I was sol. But to my surprise the job was already done. :PI spoke with Wayne the principle their at that shop and he was very nice but very busy yet he took the time to drop everything to come and look at the chair. He assigned a young man to do the job and he was very polite.I would recommend them for specialty welds in an instant.THANX TO THE TEAM AT THE SHOP I DIDN'T SKIP A BEAT AT THE JOB I DO!Wayne Hogan

Very rude. Was looking to order equipment and was told they were to busy and would and to take my business elsewhere. The funny thing is they just spent five minutes getting me the price but would take them a day to put it in writing, ( another five minutes).I can understand being busy, but if doing something that simple is too much. Can you imagine what type of customer service they would have.

Took a jeep there for back axle works tried to upsell me. Went to pick my jeep up and my audio system (500 watt subs) was turned all the way up and on channel 95.5 which I never listen to. Not 1 minute out of their driveway and my car dies in the center of a busy intersection. 0/5 stars, never taking any vehicle to them ever again.
