Went online looking for a company to put a mirror in a frame I had that the mirror had broken in. I really liked that I could send them pictures of my item and get a quote for the job. Received a phone call with a very reasonable price within a couple days of my weekend request. At my convenience, I took my frame in to have a mirror installed and was able to pick it up the next day. They did a very secure job as it is a heavy frame. Staff was very nice.

This company did a great job after I had to deal with a crazy company "Ameriglass" This company came in and made everything right. So many mistakes that Ameriglass made I wouldn't know where to begin. Thanks again Glass Doctor.

Had a custom shower door installed. Glass Doctor called back and made it happen when other companies couldn t. Same price and easy install. No problems when I needed a second measurement and fixed an issue right away with kind professional installers.

Great customer service with very quick replies and the best price I could find. I requested a quote one day, received a response the next requesting some vehicle information to ensure they installed the correct windshield (my vehicle has 4 types of windshield available). The technician arrived the next morning and was done within 20 minutes of arriving! Thank you Harmon for all your help, I will definitely recommend you to all my friends!

Seamless experience! The technician was FAST, professional, and came right to my work to replace my windshield. Gave me a quick brief on what not to do to ensure it sealed well and lasted. Would highly recommend utilizing them for any of your glass needs.

I called to have a window replaced, scheduled an appointment and they came directly to my (new Hudson) location. I did call safelite to compare pricing and GD was more affordable.

I called the Glass Dr after a large mirror, in our bathroom, separated from the wall. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they responded. The repairman extracted the mirror, repaired it, in no time. They were efficient, courteous, and did a great job.

I suppose to have service from 3 till 5. Nobody show- up. After 3 calls to the Novi office I have been assured that service will be provided and technical will call soon. Unfortunately nobody called and showed. Very disappointing. I could ask another company to provide service
