Was able to get the car that I wanted. My salesman Aije was amazing to deal with, friendly, was willing to work with me, and waited for me to get off work to pick up my car on Monday. I had a wonderful experience and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Cole and the service team are always helpful and professional. On my most recent visit they even worked in my mother's car for an oil change when she was picking me up from a scheduled drop off! I especially appreciate the consideration of explaining the status of the vehicles; what services are essential versus what can wait but is suggested. They always do a great job!

They overcharge for basic oil change - $100 for 4 cylinder car without telling you whether its because they used full synthetic or not. It's just $100. All other places, even with full synthetic, don't charge that much. And they keeps bugging you with text and email to change oils even though the due date is not even close. I wonder how all of these positive reviews generated....

I have purchased two cars from Feldman Kia and it has always gone better than I had anticipated. Mike and Anthony in sales were very helpful and got me the best deal ever. They had to go out of state to get the color we wanted. No problem the next day it was there. I would highly recommend Feldman Kia if you are interested in a Kia.

Very professional, Cole greeted me with a smile in the service garage. He asked for the name of the appointment and he was able to start the process of my appointment. I was dropping off the car the night before, for my appointment in the AM. I was in for a safety recall on a model from KIA. I also had in my center console my tags for my plate. I asked Cole if he could put it on my plate. With a smile he said he would love too. First impressions are the most lasting ones. I also received text messages throughout every process within 24hrs that kept me in the loop in regards to the service they were doing. Upon pick up of my vehicle everything was done with no added worries. Good job service team!

Always a pleasure working with the Feldman staff. I bought a 23 Niro from Drew and felt thoroughly informed and welcomed throughout the process. I visited the dealership to explore my options for purchasing a new car. Mike and Anthony were very helpful to me. Ultimately, Anthony, who I had met during a previous visit, was able to match me with a new Sorento. He was extremely professional and very accommodating throughout the entire process. I was able to drive my new car home. I couldn t have been more pleased.

I had brought my car in to fix several recalls and an additional issue. Joshua in service was very helpful, kept up great communication, and answered all of my questions.I am giving Kia Feldman the five stars because of the service and Joshua's customer service, but the only issue I had was completely separate. The older shuttle driver was very rude, I got to work nearly in tears. He would cut me off, told me "not to talk" when he was talking to another person in the shuttle, and spoke harshly and annoyed with me. He also hung up on one of the service callers and told him he wouldn't be back for "45 minutes", even though he was dropping me off about 5 minutes away from the dealership. Despite that, I still recommend Feldman. Everything else was perfect service.

Took my car in due to an unexpected issue, they were able to get everything sorted out and I was back on the road within a few days. Cole was professional, straight to the point, and overall very helpful. Very pleased with my experience. Will come back again if/when service is needed.

Joshua provided, fast, courteous, and professional service during my service visit for Manufacturer recommended Service. It was a wonderful experience i had during the service.Really treated very well and was able to provide clarification for the questions. Also I have witnesses other team members doing great job, Excellent JOB KIA of NOVI!!!It really means a lot!!

Joshua was great at check for my maintenance today. Only issue was that once I left I was driving away and felt some vibrations on my tires. I returned to the maintenance area and explained to Joshua what was going on. He checked my lugnuts and realized whoever serviced my car forgot to tighten them after rotating my tires. They happily fixed the issue right then.

Had a wonderful experience with Francis and JP going the extra mile to make sure we were able to try multiple vehicles before making a decision. We never felt any pressure and they really made this a great buying experience for us. Luke was great with the finalizing of the sale and would highly recommend working with these gentlemen. We've done business at multiple Chevy dealers and this was by far the best. Did try the used car side and would recommend working with the new car employees.

Took my Kia Rio in for a software update related to a recall. They told me it was all done and handed me my keys. I walk to my car and notice my window is down and there s plastic over it. I go back in and they told me they couldn t get the window back up (had no issues before). They take it back and manage to get the window up. Again they tell me I m all set and had me the keys. I go to my car and it isn t responding to the fob. In fact the windows and locks now don t work at all (buttons in the car or with the fob). Feldman tells me that I have to come back tomorrow cause the guy isn t in today. I go to leave and find that my turn signals don t work and the dash lights are flickering. I go back AGAIN and get no apologies. They find a fuse was loose/blown and replaced it. Everything SEEMS to be in working order now. Feldman took no responsibility giving me back my car without checking any functionality or even telling me about the obvious issue (window). Absolutely unacceptable. I will never trust this dealership again. Highly recommend you look ANYWHERE else. Feldman does not care or standby their work.

The sales people are only helpful for helping you sign your life away. The service double color hair guy is annoying and has slick remarks. Will never even consider buying a KIA again.

Andrew was a great salesmen. I went in wanting a KIA (I think the new ones are cool and edgy). I left with a Forte with 9 miles and for a good affordable deal! I'd recommend Feldman hands down over Bob maxey!

Bought a 2024 Kia Telluride in November and unfortunately was rear ended in January 2024. Had a good buying experience so I wanted to take it back there to be fixed. Left multiple voicemails with zero call back. Managers were rude when I asked about help with a rental car and were absolutely zero help. Really sucks when you spend a good amount of money and are just left high and dry when you need help. Called a different local dealership that said they will 100% get us into a rental, they were kind, and talked me through what the repairs will look like based on the estimate from insurance. This just made me even more frustrated with Feldman. Wish we would have spent the money elsewhere.

The oil change experience was quick and easy, if expensive. The sale experience was horrible. I went in to the sale with funding and it took 6 weeks to finalize the sale. I had to call the dealership to tell them that the paperwork had not been processed. They didn't even know! And then yesterday after a reminder about my oil change appointment, I hot a sales call to look at new cars while I was getting an oil change. My car is 3 months old, AND I got it at that dealership! Get your stuff together! I will not be buying another car from this dealership!

Took my car in for a recall. I advised when making the appointment I would need a ride home. No problem until I got there. I live 10 miles snd Feldman gives rides to those that live 5 miles or less. Really??? Hubby had his vehicle into Feldman Chevy. A ride home was no issue. Maybe because we were paying for services that were needed and I was not. Nope no 5 star that has to be earned and no customer service shown here!!!!!

Worst service center ever. Joshua of Kia of Novi is rude, nasty, and disrespectful. Extended warranty got declined and I was still charged for the diagnostic fee which isn t my fault the warranty was declined. No matter what my warranty said my deductible was $100 whether my car was fixed or not. I was still charged full rate of $202. I ve brought cars from Feldman, my family got cars from them and after this experience they will never have our business again. I m a technician myself and told them the issue and only reason I didn t originally fix it is because of the warranty I have. They only declined my warranty because they re trying to scam the insurance company!!!! The things they reports that needs to be fixed to the warranty company isn t shown on the statement. Funny how that works. If they want the review removed they can call me and make it right.

Service department performed perfectly, only thing that brought your score down was your sales department. As much as it is someone s right to get to Vape outside and all, I really, really didn t find it all that amusing to watch inside at the sales desk. A) looks incredibly unprofessional. B) I didn t want to smell it, nor was I going to ask the Salesperson to not do that. C) thought smoking in public places was typically a no go.But who am I to say how you want your Sales Room to look like, pretty sure all the popular clubs allow smoking in them these days.Other than that over satisfied with the service.
