That was my first and probably last visit to this Feldman Chevi Novi service center. I m a surgeon and my time is very limited to do these kind of services, and when I get a bad experience I will have to share because it was a total waste of my time. I paid nearly 65k for this Truck, and compared to my BMW service on my X6 I gotta say that there is no comparison. I paid nearly $500 for the premium 15k miles service and oil change they had, and the photos attached says it all; (1) Half filled valvoline cane with no lid under the hood and left there ( thank god it didn t drop on all the electronics inside)(2) They used the wheels lock and threw it on the ground and left the plastic bag on the console.(3) Saw a check engine light for the first time .Fixed it later with another dealer. Didn t even notify me of it. Donno where it came from.(4) The rubber pads on the right back passenger seat is missing.(5) Didn t even top the washer fluid. I mean it is obvious from a clear message that it needs to be topped.(6) Didn t even wash the car or make it look like they tried to impress me with their services.(7) Eric the service advisor was indifferent; another car coming in the shop. When you normally go to service dealer with the big names they normally make you feel welcomed even if they are acting, but none in here. You re just a number and he is ready to leave.In general, I m disappointed in the service even though I bought my truck from there. Not recommended. Though I would have a good experience with $500 paid but none.

I was met promptly.Snacks and hot coffee in the waiting room was a plus.Having Diners, Drive Ins and Dives on TV a plus. Better than Fox News and CNN.Oil change completed promptly in 30 ish minutes. Great.If my car had been returned washed, it would have been perfect. Oh well.

I had a horrible experience with this dealership. In the past I ve leased my last 4 vehicles from this location and was taken care of, with no issues. This time I met with Violla a rude sales person that didn t listen to anything I said. I was driven around to cars and at the end handed a bunch of keys for the ones I selected and told to press the panic button to determine which keys belonged to what card, no big deal except it took me a while to locate certain features and such. At the end I chose an Escape and a Cherokee. I thought they pulled my credit once they informed me that I m good, they didn t all of a sudden I get notifications from 9 lenders from hard pull credit inquiries. When asked about it she said doing with about it, it s common. I also started questioning her about the fact they were not making anymore Escapes and how does that impact repairs she again said don t worry about it because you will sell your car before then. I sat there at the dealership for hours for them to tell me they will try in the morning in the meantime I text her and started let s try for the Cherokee since it was priced at 14,400 instead of 20,500 like the Escape. This was at 7:25 am she replied and said this was a great idea. I didn t get any more pills on my credit but was told 30 minutes before my meeting to return that they couldn t locate a lender and that they sold the Cherokee I was heart broken. I went to another dealership LaFontaine and was able to pull ahead of my lease and had them appraise and pay off my lease Feldman lost a loyal customer for life and I Welcome and encourage anyone to stop buying from Feldman

Be cautious buying a GM Certified used car from here. I have all the paperwork saying I did but they never registered it with GM. After reaching out to Sean the sales manager in January he told me it could take up to 60 days to fixed. I had to reach back out to him and he said it was fixed but it s still not registered with GM. I ve called Sean multiple times and sent an email to both him and George the General with no response. I just want my $500 refunded that I paid for this.

Brought my C8 in for 3 year transmission fluid change.Service advisor Eric was very knowledgeable about what had to be done, and took the time to make sure all the supplies were in stock. He also made sure to give me a rough price quote because he knew it was pricey.Just great customer service!

Had a very nice experience dealing with Brandi Gee in finance, she helped me with canceling a extended warranty. She made sure all paperwork was right and kept in touch to make sure is was right. Excellent service. Jeff.

Quick purchase and for the most part it was a good experience. The one area I had a challenge with was being sold vehicle for out of state. This was a issue as they have front license plate brackets, this was not discovered till after the sale. Partial my fault, as I came in at night. We were able to find a mutual resolution, and it worked out. Sales should be aware of this and proactively provided inputs and awareness

I work in Human Resources walking into this establishment today anticipating to buy a new car but left. I was dismayed to hear management speak to staff in a derogatory manner. There were instances where derogatory language was used, and statements were made that were not only disrespectful but also deeply concerning. One particular remark that stood out was when management said, "No one gets a day off If your dog is dying, I don't care." This statement, coupled with an apparent lack of empathy, reflects a disregard for the well-being of the staff. Such callousness towards personal matters and family emergencies is unacceptable and goes against the principles of respect and empathy that should be upheld in any workplace. It deeply troubles me to witness such behavior from management, as it not only undermines morale but also creates a toxic work environment. Employees should feel valued and supported, rather than belittled and disregarded.I urge you to address these concerns promptly and take appropriate measures to ensure that all staff members are treated with dignity and respect. Open communication and a supportive work culture are essential for the well-being and success to any establishment. Furthermore, reviewing the hours of business how is anyone at this establishment able to have a healthy work like balance with such extended hours. I will never return to this establishment and not recommend anyone to purchase or be employed here with this management team. Working in human recourses this behavior would not be tolerated I will be reporting this to all platforms.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to address these issues and foster a positive work environment for all.

The team at Feldman were very helpful, responsive, and professional. We leased our vehicle and the entire process was done online and it was probably the best overall dealership experience we have had. When we picked up our vehicle, they walked us through the vehicle features and made sure we were well informed. Thank you Feldman Chevrolet for a great dealership experience.

0 stars, going to Lunghamer next time did the online pre approval and credit application before to ensure I wasn t making a 50+ minute drive for no reason. They had emailed me back saying they had banks willing to work with me which is why I made the almost hour drive at 5pm. When I got there they then wanted to ask if I had someone to cosign (which clearly I didn t because I didn t check that box on the application) or more money down (which I told them I only had a certain amount to put down before making the drive). Sat there for about 2 hours for them to tell me they d call in the morning (which is understandable because the banks close) but it s two days later and I have received no call back with an outcome or to even simply say they can t work with me, just a text asking how my appointment went. Very disappointed and will not be using you guys again.

This dealership service department was a life saver for me today, particularly Eric in the service department. We were in Novi for a weekend trip on a very snowy day, when my windshields stopped working. I called the Chevy dealer and Eric was able to get me in right away and take care of a recall issue. Eric was professional, knowledgeable, and truly saved my weekend.

If I could give negative stars I would this whole experience has been a nightmare. First we tell our sales lady we have a claim out on the glass repair, we give that company all of our sales ladies numbers she gets a text confirmation yet moved the truck to another dealership, coating me money in keeping insurance on it after we turned it in and pushing the repair out by days, then lying about getting the text confirmation that she acknowledged! I asked to speak to George the GM. He said he would "speak to them" ok fine, so then I was told my husband's truck would be an even trade in they knew he had some over milage but they wanted to make the deal, so George said they would take care of the remaining payments & the over mileage fees. I now have a bill. I called spoke with Mimi who was rude & when I said I wanted to speak to George got a bit of an attitude with me and said she would tell him & call me back. I asked where do I send the survey back since they highlighted the answers that they want to get back, she tells me that we only have 7 days to send that in, doesn't say that on the survey. So no I would never send anyone to this dealership! I would tell people to run away from this dealership!

I have been a dedicated customer for an extended period. However, my most recent service experience was exceptionally disappointing. I dropped off my vehicle at 9 am with an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and a diagnostic assessment of a blind spot sensor issue. At 11 am, I received a call informing me of the sensor problem. I decided against the repair and requested that only the oil change be performed. Despite multiple attempts to contact my service advisor, Matt, over the course of five hours, my calls remained unanswered. Consequently, I visited the dealership in person only to discover that my vehicle had not been serviced and was still outside. When I inquired about the delay, Matt responded dismissively, stating that they were busy and suggested I take my car. Despite the lack of service, I was charged for the diagnostics and two filters, excluding the primary purpose of my visit, the oil change.

My car has an issue with the transmission and I have it recorded on my phone yet the dealership can t duplicate the issue so it can t be fixedOr broken down to dissect the issue. The car is in drive, once I put on the brake and go to drive again the car does not move. It doesn t move in drive or reverse.. I have to put it back in park and then drive in order for it to go. I have it recorded. But no help. Then I m told to wait until my warranty is about to go out and they will look at it again.. that s bull bc I m buying not leading and I want my vehicle to work properly at all times. What will happen if it does that then someone crashes into me thinking I m just pausing for a min?? No one cares right? I pay my note on time I get my oil changes all i want is a reliable vehicle which is the whole point of me getting a brand new car.

Friendly, fast, efficient. My service advisor Eric Tippett was excellent. Made sure I got my service discounts and helped me with the rebates. Provided professional recommendations about what to do about future service without being pushy. Waiting room is clean and comfortable. Beverages and snack were provided. Got out with Oil Change and tire rotation in less than 1 hour.

Wished I had shopped elsewhere. When my factory ordered vehicle finally arrived in August 1) I was told I was eligible for GM Price Protection since the price increased after I placed my order. Months and many phone and email conversations later with sales, finance, and management, they are saying I am not eligible, even though they gave me a document at delivery saying I was. 2) charged $300 for "VIN etching" which I didn't want, and they didn't even do. They said "we do it on every car we sell" for peace of mind etc etc. In comparison, we replaced our other vehicle at Mike Savoie Chevrolet in Troy in January, and it was a completely different (much better) experience.

My experience was amazing. It was my first time at this location to service my truck. From the time I pulled into the Service Center I was greeted with a smile. Although I can t remember the young man s name, he was very polite , professional and knowledgeable. He helped me get a better understanding of what was going on with my vehicle and what I really needed. He saved me a ton of money. Thank you sir.

Beware if your vehicle warranty just expires. Feldman Chevrolet with their GM Certified technicians charged me for replacing the radio and upon picking up the repaired vehicle discovered that the infotainment console still did not work black screen. Now it s the touchscreen that has to be replaced so did the radio have to be replaced???? Or was it the touchscreen that was the problem?? Two weeks + and still no car. Plus the Service Manager cannot talk to you now nor return texts. Plus the option to check the status of your vehicle in the automated response is broke. The safe continues can I give zero stars as a review?

My salesman, Kal Dabish made my decision to buy a new Equinox an easy one. The dealership took care of prepping the car I picked out while I went through the paperwork. From the time I arrived and looked at the selection till the time I left in my new car took only an hour and a half. The attention and service I got was excellent. This is the second time I bought from Feldman of Novi and have been very satisfied.

Once they got the OK on the things that they were going to fix, I had to call them every time to find out about the status of my car. After they finished and got paid, they never sent the estimates to me that I requested for future repairs. Not the worst, but definitely not the best experience.

I was so let down by another Chevy after spending 6 hrs there. I came to Feldman I was on the road with my new car in an hr and they SAVED me money! I m so pleased with their customer service. Viollca was absolutely amazing. She reassured me that they would make this happen and I just appreciated the honesty and respect everyone there had to show. Save yourself some time & money by going to Feldman Novi! They are amazing. I couldn t be happier!

Charlie Webb was our Novi salesman. He went above and beyond for us and we were there a total of 1 1/2 hours from looking at cars and driving off in our used but just like new Equinox. That was way quicker than other places I have been. He kept us informed at every step and made sure we got the exact vehicle we wanted. He literally worked magic.Everyone was fantastic and friendly and happy. The place was clean and so were the cars.I would recommend Feldman of Novi to anyone and Charlie, too I could not have wished for a better experience.

I went into the sales room after an oil change looking to see how much it would cost to turn in my lease early and upgrade from a double cab to a crew cab Silverado. I worked with Patrick, and he is a big reason why my wife and I will keep coming back. He doesn't push you into anything you don't want, but also never gives up when trying to find you the right vehicle. He showed me multiple trucks that either didn't quite have what I was looking for, or were way out of my price range. Anytime I told him it wouldn't work for me, it was no big deal and it was on to finding the next possibility. After almost exhausting all options, Patrick ended up checking into inventory at other dealerships and found a home run at a dealership in Ohio (Marky Mark's no less). After showing me pictures and me saying it was the one, him and the sales manager really did everything they could to make it a do-able purchase (and they have this in the past, which I greatly appreciate). I didn't expect to be signing papers that day for a new vehicle, but this team made it happen and I can't wait to get my new truck!
