Had a big dent on the door of my car. Really resealable quote, given that all other places quoted a roof touching price. Very accommodating and really nice work on my grand new Accord within the decided time frame. Really impressed. Would definitely recommend.

Hands down the best service ever. I have always got an inspection done on the car, for all the areas of concern and for free.In all the times I have been there, I never felt like I was lied to or trying to make a quick buck off me. I have referred several friends and they all are happy with the service. I would recommend this place for a reliable fix to your car.

The service that matters , Been using the services of Class Automotive since 2010 , Had my Jeep , Pt Cruiser , and Toyota Camry all taken care by them, Nilesh the owner will discuss with me as to what is required to get the car up and running and the options available. They are not cheap but reasonably priced and use genuine parts.I have also has couple of friends buy used cars from Class and are happy with there purchase .

I have very good experience with these people. They have carried out many things for my both cars since couple of years.. excellent service Always helpful and easy to work with.. honest opinion and work..I have referred many of my friends and all are very happy with.

I never wrote any reviews before but this service deserves one. I went to this shop recently for a timing chain replacement and asked repeatedly whether they can do the job becuase other shops honestly said they can't. Owner said they can do this kind of stuff in their sleep. I believed him and left the car with them. Original timing estimate was a weeek, so I went there on first Friday and asked for status, he said they were waiting for parts. Next few weeks, I stopped there couple of more times and heard one excuse or another but no progress on the repair. They never updated me or called me on status eventhough he promised to do so. Finally afer 25 days, I insisted to show me the car, then he said the car was not there and is in Roseville. I asked why and he said they gave it to somebody else to reapir it. I aksed for the details and found out it is a no name shop in that area. Long story short, I forced him to take me to that place in Roseville and found the car in the parking lot with 10-12" snow on top of it. Never imagined that they will outsource the job to somebody else wiithout my consent. I am so greatful that they didn't touch the car, can't imagine what would have happend if they opened up the engine. Drove the car back same day and took care of this repair and few other things at a dealer for half of the cost. Bottom line, they are not honest and have zero sense about customer service.

Would have given a zero if possible. This guy does not seem to know what customer service means. Called a couple of days back to ask for a quote to get my cars control arm fixed. To his credit, he did spend some time to give me the quote. I finally said I'll call you back to confirm (I wanted to get at least one more quote). When I called today to make an appointment, before I could say anything, the guy started saying "I can not waste anymore time with you just for a couple of hundred dollars!!!". I dunno what he thought or what was in his mind. Crazy. Will never what to do business with a guy with this mentality.

Lets talk about this guy,1. Wouldn t recommend this workshop for the following reasons. Here is what I have found.Any business operating in Michigan has to be registered so checked the Michigan Department of State for the repair facility.provided the city name and couldn t find his shop.2. The reason it made to search the state website is that when I had visited the place there isn t any name sign on the outside nor on the building. Anyone can use the link below and look around the buildings to find it out using google maps4. The owner who is Indian origin has a great attitude towards Indians, I will be loading it to you tube soon and provide a link. I am sure there might be some friends of them who wouldn't worry about it, but as a well wisher would consider once again.5. As the other low reviews say they charge double on the parts.6. Checked with BBB if they are registered but couldn't find this place. nor couldn't find on yelp.5. Last but not least if you got your vehicle repaired from this facility and something goes wrong, they wouldnt take the responsibility as this business is not registered in Novi, MI.

Really bad experience, been there to replace brake pad. But they damaged a screw on hubbearing and gave me additional quotation of $350 to replace hubbearing. So I approached another mechanic, brought Timken bearing for $70 and spent another $100 to fix . To my bad the later mechanic told me bearing replacement wasn't needed, just a screw could have been replaced.
