We leased a 2024 CT5. This was the smoothest transaction we ve experienced in the over 15 years of leasing. Matt Burrell is the best! He stayed on top of everything and quickly responded to our inquiries. He was so patient, kind & friendly! The service provided has sold us on staying with Cadillac if No I for future leases. We will refer all interested Cadillac customers to Matt Burrell!

Cadillac of Novi has the best service department I've ever dealt with. After a thorough inspection I was given a very fair estimate and service was completed within a couple days. While I waited I was given a loaner vehicle that was amazing. They communicated throughout the entire process and there were no surprises. I have been going to this dealership to service my Cadillacs for years. The service was great, but then after the pandemic you would be in the dealership for HOURS just for an oil change. The oil change before this one, I had an appointment for an oil change, arrived in time and three hours later they hadn t touched my car. I had to leave to go to work, so I came back and it still took two hours for a simple oil change. Spending five hours in the dealership for an oil change did not make me happy and I had decided after I finished my last Advantage Care oil change I would not be doing business with them anymore. I had to return today for my last Advantage Care Oil change, but this time I was in and out within an hour. They made me change my mind that I would keep doing business with them, and I will remain there long as they are not taking an inordinate amount of time for a simple oil change.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Oil change

My experience with Shane, Matt and Drake was amazing. They made everything easy and I really felt as though they cared and were not just trying to make a sale. I highly recommend Cadillac of Novi and I will return to do business with them in the future.

It took me a while to get an appointment after numerous calls with no answer. I actually had to visit the dealership to talk to someone to get an appointment.However, once here Eamonn greeted me with a smile and with a very pleasant and friendly attitude and got my car in right away. Everyone is friendly, very comfortable atmosphere for waiting.Service: Oil change

We recently had our vehicle in for service . WOW , they really made it happen within two days , Christopher Frank , Allee Kukla were so professional . Andrew in the loaner vehicle department was so helpful as well . Tim Wooster the service manager even came out to thank me for our business , and if there was anything we needed to please call him . Merry Christmas everyone and thank s again .

The people at the service department are completely unprofessional. I went there to get work done on my car; was told the parts were back ordered. But I need to pay for them so that they can order them! I should ve known right then that this was just to get my money! Well I paid...not a peep out of them for 6 weeks. Every time I called, I would be told I d get a call back as soon as my advisor was available! I guess my advisor was never available because I never got a call back!So I call around to another dealership and not only do they have the part; they can fix my car in one hour!!! I called Cadillac of Novi to ask for a refund and they tried to give me the run around! When I went there; my advisor Ms. Dianne... didn t even recognize me... this lady was so quick to take my money; wasn t even bothered to apologize to me!!!!I m NEVER going there again!!! Worse dealership ever.The advisors always talk with an attitude; are horrible at communicating and when you ask them questions they become aggressive!!!!Don t ever go there!!!!

I was contacted by Mike regarding a negative review I posted a month before where he apologized about my initial visit to the service department and informed me Jesse would call to set up an appointment to make the repairs to my veh. Jesse promptly called, apologized as well and delivered a very nice loaner and drove my veh to the dealership where my veh was repaired and returned to me in perfect condition. I would like to thank Mike and Jesse for the very professional service and I will visit Cadillac of Novi in the future.Service: Body & Trim

Dealership sold me oil change package for My 2019 Escalade ESV, to set up an appointment for oil change is a challenge , they make it very difficult for a basic maintenance, wait time is unknown even with appointment! which could be 3 weeks out to begin with, booked loaner twice , department was out of cars Twice! what is the purpose to schedule an appointment 3 weeks out? They expect you to drop off the vehicle and come back by the end of the day hopefully it will get done type of attitude. I used one oil change out of the package and have no desire to come back to this dealership. On my way out called Cadillac Dealer in Rochester Hills was given multiple choices of days and time convenient to me , basic oil change tire rotation took less than 45 min and I was on my way.Service: General repairs & maintenance
