They fixed my punctured tire for free and cancelled and refunded me my money for a new tire order that I didn't need. I will surely get my future tires from them when they need to be replaced. Honest and nice folks! I was assisted by Jeff. Very nice guy!

I had an appointment scheduled at noon, and we made sure to show up early prior to our appointment (an hour early). They didn't even get to looking at the vehicle until almost two pm. We made sure to tell them it was a wheel bearing issue affecting ur Labels and the extent of the concern, and they still drove the vehicle on the main road. There was no need to drive it since you can tell by the movement of the tire sitting on a hoist in what kind of issue is going on. They were unable to get two of lug nuts off so no work ended up being done. Worse part is that after they did anything to it, we had more noises coming from the wheel bearing and the brakes than when we arrived at this location. We were already afraid to drive it to get fixed there.As of the same day at 4:05pm, my vehicle is sitting on a hoist at another auto shop in Commerce Two with the all the lug nuts off and ready for the new wheel bearing. In less than an hour, they have done more work and customer satisfaction than Belle Tire in the four hour of waiting.Definitely would NOT recommend this location!Honestly felt like they couldn't sell us any more work that they didn't care about doing any work for us!

Great people. Easy to talk to. They fixed my tire puncture for free. Giving you 5 starts is the least I could do.

This location either did not align my tires or they ripped me off. My tires had worn considerably since the alignment. I had a different shop look at my car and they stated that there was no way that my car was aligned. I had no problem with prior service, but this is too much. Comparing the fronts to the rear, it is obvious that there was no alignment done and now quite a cost to replace my tires. no thanks, I do not wish to bring my car back to you. I have already had it fixed.

Had an 8:00 am appointment, they got me checked in right away, even before a couple of other people that were walk-in, which I deeply appreciated. They discovered the source of my issue, repaired it, took it for a test drive and I was on my way within an hour. Thank you to Dan and his team.

It was a great experience. When I made the appointment, they told me it would be about an hour and a half and it was an hour and a half. Seating area was clean. This is the 4th set of tires we have purchased at this Belle Tire and every time they meet or exceed my expectations. I always recommend them to my friends.

One of the tires on my vehicle was loosing air. Dan Garbarz, Manager, and his team took care of it in no time. Dan has always had a great team. My wife and I are very grateful to everyone at this location of Belle Tire. Happy New Year to everyone!Vic and Ilene

Always a good experience at Belle Tire, wherever we travel. But the on in Novi has help my family cars for almost 20 years! Friendly folks, like Dan and many others, make you feel valued and never charge for something they are unable to work on!!

The team is super helpful I went in for a wheel alignment and they checked my alignment first and told me that I didn't need a wheel alignment at that time. Honest business will definitely be going back.

This was our go to place to take our cars until recently. My husband had a flat on the 20 yr old car and drove there on a spare. We bought a new tire and drove it. No issues with the tire but when we got the car back, the brakes were very squishy and had no braking power. Didn t have this problem prior to the flat. My husband took it back and they told us we needed new rear brakes and wanted to charge us over $600. Something didn t seem right about that so I talked to the manager. He was very vague about the car and didn t give me any details as to how they made that diagnosis. Rather unsatisfied, I took my car elsewhere for a second opinion. Not sure if we will continue to bring our cars there .

My husband's car was in dire need of new tires and we ended up purchasing 4 new tires from here. We were really happy with our experience! Jeff took great care of us and worked with us to find tires that were within our budget but were a good value. We'll be back!

Dropped off my car to have my tires changed. Booked an appointment at 10:30 and paid in advance. I called at 12:40 to check on when I can pick up my car and turns out they haven t even started working on the car.

Took my jaguar f type for a four wheel alinement and they gave me a nice 2 inch scratch on the left rear rim. I just had all the wheels reconditioned before dropping the car off for alignment. I went back inside unhappy after I saw the scratch to talk to the sales person all he said was that didn t happen here how would he know what I was talking about without lookin at the vehicle? I was more mad about him lying then the scratch at that point. He could ve said yes we did it sorry the alinement is on us and move on. Very unhappy with service will never take a vehicle at this location again.

I came in for a scheduled windshield replacement, and I can tell why I was recommended to this shop specifically. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and the moment I parked one of the guys from the shop came out to meet with me. They finished the job in half the time it was estimated to take. From my experience, I would definitely recommend this Belle Tire.

Brought the van in this morning because it picked up a screw. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed and treated with respect. This crew is professional, and knowledgeable, friendly, and humble.It s the little things that matter. In this instant gratification world we live in where we zoom in on moments and lose sight of the big picture, I noticed I was addressed with a Sir, which is not expected but appreciated, and heard another gentleman tell the customer he was finishing up with Thank you for your business. This is a language we sadly don t hear anymore.As I sit here in the waiting area, watching them finishing up with my van, I see interaction after interaction, and every one of them is genuine and honest. These are clearly my people and this store in particular has instantly become my go-to for anything Tires.Hoping this review helps and reflects the quality work these folks provide.God bless.

Dan is the best professional in this Belle Tire, and the mechanics are excellent. Impeccable service, honest, worth the price, my go-to shop, unbiased advice.They help me to run my car over 350K miles. Definitely recommended

I always bring my car into the Novi Belle Tire store because the service is excellent and the manager, Dan Garbarz, makes the visit a pleasant one. I came in to have 2 new Michelin Tires and everything was done in about an hour and a half. I stayed in the waiting room while the car was being serviced, you will feel comfortable there. I highly recommend this Belle Tire location for your automotive repair work.

Belle tire in Novi has very bad service. Asked for a simple alignment and tire rotation, dropped the car off at 8:30am and at 3:00pm still not done. Called a few times and no response. They are busy selling tires, but will not do the work after they get your business. Have gone to other tire shops and they are much better like Costco, Discount Tire and more.

Don t go to this Belle tire location. They make it a point to show you that you are the female and they are the males. I came to get air filled in one tire and they made me wait 25 minutes. There were 6 guys walking around. One was working. The other 5 kept saying he will be right with you. Why can t the ones laundering around take 30 seconds to fill air in my tire. If I had a slow leak I would be back to replace with you guys, but never again will I come back. Horrible management and no respect for others. Ken was great!

Whoever examined my car and helped me out at the front desk last Friday and on the phone , I just want to send a special thanks for all your help. Also, to the mechanic who knew what was wrong with my silver Toyota IM and told me unfortunately it has to go to Toyota. You guys were slammed on Friday and did your best. I always take my car to Bell Tire , first time at the Novi one and The Northville store is superb as well. Thanks again!
