Recently had my car in for a repair and was quite happy with the speed they were able to repair the vehicle. They were very friendly and very happy to help but can't rate 5 stars as of now.Within three days of having an extremely expensive repair done, (with no financing option as advertised) my car again sits in their shop as I type this. Experiencing the exact same issues it had prior to the repair, I'm hoping it's an issue with the parts and not service.So once I'm able to see what steps this shop takes to help with warrantied repairs, I'm certain this rating will go up.

Honest and trustworthy.Unfortunately a mechanic that no longer works with this shop made a pretty big mistake on my car but as soon as I brought it to the attention of the owner he immediately jumped into action to make it right. He took the time to show me my parts and why they needed fixing so I understood where the costs were coming from and why it s important to fix them. I felt like even though a mistake was made, I was in good hands. I now have my car back and it s running better than it has in months. Thank you!

Jacobson Repair is a stand alone repair shop when it comes to service and knowledge. The techs are highly skilled, and the rest of the team is very knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to help explain any questions you have. They also had the fastest available appointment schedule I could find. 10/10 recommend them every time.

Caught a roofing nail in my trailer tire while hauling a load. Put my spare on and brought my flat tire to Jacobson Repair and they plugged it while I waited. They were fast, friendly and reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

This is the place to be for all your repair automotive needs highly qualified and certified mechanic.. Took my truck in for transmission problem shifter cable wouldn't line up properly they diagnose it shifter rod was replaced and for my shifter cable still never lined up but lined it up best way they could and felt aftermarket cable was possibly the problem needed to go OEM cable.. They also took a look over the whole vehicle gave me a list of things needs repair in the future before failure accrues keeping me aware .. Definitely at a affordable price. From the very first interaction that I had with Seth and the others at Jacobson Repair I have felt that I was in good hands. They didn't suggest anything that was unnecessary and they listened to me both as a customer and as an actual person. They even went as far as to take care of my bill today because they knew that I could hardly afford it with my honeymoon coming up very soon, and even more. They also made sure that we had what was necessary to get home warm. I look forward to being a life long customer at Jacobson Repair because they have a heart. They showed kindness and generosity to my family when they didn't have to. I am forever thankful.

Awesome place to get your vehicle serviced and repaired. They stand behind all their work. Had a problem with the job that was done . they immediately had a mechanic look at it and made a plan to repair the problem. they even gave me a ride home and picked up while they did the repair. They will make it right. Very friendly highly recommended

Not just an oil change place, its a one stop shop!! I had my oil changed on 2 vehicles, tie rods, alignment and auto detailing done. Great customer service and friendly helpful staff!! These guys serviced my 3500 96 Chevy Silverado Chrome stacker dually, new transmission was installed in escanaba after the original transmission in Milwaukee that was replaced failed. Just few weeks ago the brand new transmission cable that was installed in escanaba snapped and it ended up breaking the shift lever which made me need a whole new steering column. They went above and beyond. They treat those that do business and that those who have served equally as well. I was worried when they said it's hard to get it in the park to get the key out The thing is completely fine it says it's always been I don't know this anything different except it's more definitive of which gear you're in which I like almost like ASMR you can hear and feel the click into each gear smoothly.Usually I'm pretty hard to please I'm a difficult person but honestly no complaints thumbs up guys

Needed a brake job all around my 2014 Rav 4. Called Jacobsons and not only did they get me in the next day but picked up and delivered my vehicle as I had just had back surgery. Immediate and great work, called with updates and questions as they worked to be sure I was happy with job done. Jacobson Repair is by far the friendliest, most knowledgeable, and timely shop that I have been to. Seth was very kind and did a great job at keeping me updated. Kind and efficient group! Printed layout of things that needed to be fix on my vehicle with price quotes! Helped block a power steering leak so it was safe for me to drive home! You went above and beyond service by staying late and not charging me extra to get my car back when you said it would be done. And for driving me to and from work while my car was serviced.
